15 It was not because of me!

Just as Bill hand about to grip the bottle, Bill felt someone palm on his shoulder.

*BAM

The ground below Bill cracked, and a web of crack can be seen. Bill quickly awoke from his intoxicated state. His previous blank eyes gradually turned into normal.

"W..what happen." Bill, with a hoarse voice speak. Bill was startled hearing his own husky voice, and then he starts clearing his throat as to return his normal voice.

While coughing, Bill didn't realize that someone was still standing behind him. The man behind him patted Bill shoulders, and quickly Bill winced at the sudden touch.

"Bloody hell!" Bill cursed loudly and swiftly turned his head only to find his teacher Eddie standing there with his palm placed awkwardly on the air.

"Eh? Teacher, you frightened me." Bill patted his chest repeatedly.

Eddie expression was still blank as ever. He briefly glanced at Bill. "What are you doing here?"

"What am I doing here?" Bill confusedly muttered. He then glanced around and startled when his eyes landed on the cracked ground. Bill covered his mouth in shock, and his head turned to Eddie.

Bill shook his head rapidly. "It was not because of me."

Eddie which saw the changes in Bill expression shook his head. "Nevermind, just don't come here alone next time." Bill nodded at his words and quickly stepped out from the room. From the corner of his eyes, Bill could faintly see the glass bottle on inside of the room and gradually, his sight was blocked because the door was slowly closed by Eddie.

Bill unconsciously heaved a sigh of regret.

Bill and Grandma didn't stay too long at Eddie house since Shea was alone at home, and Grandma was worried the lass would wreck the house with her new pet.

"I'll visit you the day after tomorrow, teacher." Bill said excitedly.

Eddie nodded without saying anything. His demeanor was irritated Bill at first, but Bill grew accustomed to it after he observed him today. Eddie was cold and unapproachable and only revealed his gentle side to Grandma Thia. Bill couldn't help but shook his head inwardly at his manner.

It seems that the power of love was so great that it could move a cold person into a gentle one. Bill wondered if he would have an opportunity like that in the future.

"Don't forget to eat properly, Eddie." Grandma Thia reprimanded Eddie which gladly accepted by the latter.

"I'll be going then." Grandma Thia waved her hand.

"See you soon, darling!" Eddie waved his hand excitedly. It seems nagging from someone whom you loved will make you excited.

Bill shook his head slightly and muttered softly. "Lovesick fool."

"What did you say?" A furious tone could be heard from behind, Bill body immediately went rigid because of it. Without answering, he quickly pulled Grandma hand and dragged her away from Eddie place.

Their figure gradually went disappeared. Eddie glanced toward the sky which already became dark. The dark sky is accompanied by the sight of a beautiful purple moon. Eddie eyes flickered by the presence of it, and his eyes which previously blue turned into black for a second. He then turned his body and entered his house.

Bill, who oblivious the changes on Eddie, leisurely strolled while holding Grandma hand. Bill mind was preoccupied with tomorrow plan. He already planned to use the northern gate because he knew that John team was stationed on the Eastern gate.

Arrived on the house, Bill and Grandma greeted by the sight of Shea chasing around the wet cat. It seems Shea was bathing the cat, but most of the cat is afraid of water. So, Bill could guess the rest.

Grandma Thia immediately feels a headache seeing the previous clean floor now tainted by wet paws and footprints. Grandma tiredly pinched her forehead.

Shea only just noticed two people is standing at the entrance door after she is catching her breath from the running.

"Eh? Mom and big brother Bill?" Shea surprisedly said. Then her expression gradually turned into horrifying chicken after she realized there are many paws and footprints on the floor.

Shea quickly lowered her head and fiddled with her fingers in nervousness. Bill only laughed at the little girl behavior and patted her shoulders lightly.

"Good Luck and goodnight, Shea." Bill grinned and went into his room.

At first, Bill planned to tease the little girl. But then he remembered his body condition must be optimal for tomorrow plan. So he chooses to head his room to have a good rest.

"Goodnight," Bill muttered.
