Haile walked up to Tsubaki with a worried expression."Miss Tsubaki are you all."He let concern creep into his voice as he patted her back gently to not make it uncomfortable.

."I'm-I'm find Mr.Supreme, thank you for your concern."Tsubaki said shaking off his touch with a slight hint of red gracing cheeks.

Haile smiled at her."Oh thank goodness, I thought I said something to upset you, I would hate to see your beautiful face to be twisted in such ugly emotions."He said with a sigh of relief as if a load was dropped off his shoulders.

Tsubaki blushed a shade brighter."Mr.Supreme I don't think that is appropriate right now we are at school."She said fixing her glasses fidgeting as she was caught off guard a bit.

."Haha I just couldn't help myself, sorry if it's disrespectful but you are so cute I couldn't resist and look my teasing worked, don't you feel better already."He said with a charming laugh.'These girls are way to naive, but can't really blame them they don't have much experience in such matters while I'm a master, well not really I've had my fair share of rejection when I was younger.

Tsubaki blushed even deeper if that was even possible, she just stood next to sona no longer saying anything.

."So are you to finally finished, flirting on school compounds is against the rules."

Sona who was forgotten off to the side finally couldn't take being ignored anymore and said fixing her glasses again.

."Hahaha you are mistaken miss shitori, I have much respect for a noble school such as this, I would never disrespect it or you, we are outside the gates now, not on the compound."Haile said smiling letting her remember where they were standing.

Sona looked and indeed they were not pass the gates yet, outside the gate is not considered on school premises, she frown at being one up.

."Anyway miss shitori, would you be so kind as to lead me to my assigned class."He said skillfully at the right moment before things got out of hand, it's easy to lead sona by the nose for him at least, he knows her biggest weakness after all, getting her would be easy and simple, even more so than getting rias, rias herself is easier to get but the power she has behind her that Doesn't like to follow her will, would be the hard part.

Especially rias overprotective brother which is the strongest devil ever and one of the strongest beings in the universe, so yeah she is easy and hard at the same time.

As for sona he is confident he can take her own overprotective Satan sibling serafall, she is about Mid- Satan Class, he can beat that easy but he may also antagonize the entire devil race if he doesn't tread lightly.

Sona frowned at not getting the chance for a come back, but she also doesn't have anything to come back with so she gave in.

."Yes Mr.supreme please follow me, vice president "welcome" the other students for me while I take Mr.Supreme to his class thank you."Sona said and began walking on the path to the grand noble school.

Before Haile followed he spoke to Tsubaki."See you later, I no longer want to see a "mask" on your face, it is getting quite chilly without your beautiful smile."Then he turned and followed after sona, leaving Tsubaki in blushing but also surprise looking at him.

.'What just happened?."Tsubaki thought to herself.

Sona look back at the two.'How did he do this, where is my overly serious Tsubaki gone."Sona though to herself as she continued walking but slowed down enough for Haile to catch up.

Haile eventually caught up with her and follow her deeper into the school.

Haile and sona arrived at his classroom and as he thought, it was indeed class b2 with the perverted trio and that one perverted girl that can measure dick size.

Haile smirk.'I can't wait to see her reaction when she see a mythological beast in real life."He thought to himself.

."Alright this will be your class for the rest of the school year, class b2."Sona said to him pushing up her glasses on her face, she looked at her watch."Class starts at 8:30am, it's 8:00am so it hasn't started yet so come to my office so I can fill you in on more rules as I wasn't able to tell you all of them before."

Haile raised an eyebrow at her."You even have an office,sounds like you own the school,you some rich pampered princess orsomething?."He said to her, he already knows who she is but she doesn't know that.

."Aren't you also the same thing, pot calling the kettle black,this is a school for the rich."Sona said with a slight smirk at finally having achance to retort, she quickly walked along to not be backed into a corner again.

Haile shook his head at her, he let her have that on purpose, he knows her situation in her family and the entire devil world, as she is nothing special in anything but intelligence, but even then there is Beelzebub whose own intelligence is above her own by miles, her strength is nothing at all, she had actually trained but now she is still only equal to rias who didn't do much.

On top of that she has a slight inferiority complex as her big sister is a Satan while she isn't anything much, she only has her intelligence to rely on.

Because of all these things sona is only interested in intelligent people, as there are so many powerful people in the world even amongst devils.

Just her own sister alone is one of the rulers of the devil race, so she recognizing her own intelligence and try to capitalize on it, cause she know that she won't be able to stand out any other way.

So in a partner that is to be her husband he would have to be smarter than her to make her submit, strength is not important to her its only secondary to intelligence.

So she kinda developed a inferiority complex because of how strong her sister and others in the same age groups is compare to how she will ever be, without even putting in as much work.

So she is using this way to win in a battle with her own ego, she is determined to reach great heights with her intelligence leading her peerage as her strength.

As he was thinking all this they had already arrived at the student council room, sona opened the door and entered first with him following behind.

He walk into the room, it kinda looks like the principles own office, just a normal desk and rolling chair, a huge bookshelf and a large bench, but even bigger than the principals.

."Have a seat there for now Mr.Supreme, the other members of the student council are out at the moment."Sona said motioning to the bench as she went and took her own seat at the desk.

Haile sat down and look around the room, his eyes then landed on a chess board on the bookshelf and he smiled.

."Hey miss shitori, I didn't know you all also played chess, I myself am a bit of a master."He said smiling, he is lying he is quite a master in chess, being the most powerful man in the world is boring, so other than killing enemies he also played chess with Grandmasters.....he lost but he is still an master nonetheless.

He sincerely doubt sona is at Grandmaster level yet but it is only a matter of time so he'll take his chances right now in beating her with his experience.

Sona frowned at what he said."Mr.Supreme it's not good to brag with lies, look how old are you, how can you possibly be a master, if you are trying to win me over with this then you digged your own grave."She said with her words dripping with displeasure as she fix her glasses out of habit.

Haile smile on the inside at this evilly but on the outside he let a graceful smile touch his lips."Oh you think I'm lying, how about it then wanna good a round with me."He said pointing toward the chess board.

Sona frowned again."Why should I, I already know you're lying."She said getting fed up with him but trying to retain her grace and elegance.

."Oh if you know I'm lying then what do you have to lose, just a quick game so you can know for sure, just a fun little game."Haile said softly to her mixing in a charming tone to change the atmosphere to a bit warmer one.

Sona looked at the chessboard."Alright then, I tried to spare your feelings on account that you are a student, but if you want to be embarrassed so be it."She said standing up, glared from the light outside reflecting on her glasses.

Sona went and set up the chess on her desk and pull out a fold out chair for him to use, she sat back down and folded her arms under her breast that were barely there compared to her sister, rias and akeno.

."Well, I will show you, I'm not just hot air, even though I was doing it for the girl."Haile still smile as he said, he sat down face her.

Sona frowned again."Then let your actions speak for you instead of your foul mouth that only knows lies."She spat venomously but then she thought to herself.'Why am I getting worked up like this for.

."You can go first, Mr.Supreme, as the student council president I won't bully you."She said this time calmly not agitated like before.

Haile didn't refuse, he can't really afford to underestimate her, his chess skills didn't come from talent, they were over 40 years of experience under his belt but still he is only a master not even close to Grandmaster yet.

He looked at the board and calculated all of his own possibly first moves and sona's as well, he moved his white piece expertly.

Sona gave him a slight look.'It seems he can really play, but there's no way he's a Grandmaster, right?.'She thought to herself.

Soon they made move after move, move after move blocking each other, killing each other devouring each other's existence.(*A.N*Ya'll I'm just talking bulshit, I don't know a single thing about chess other than which piece is which, so to who ever is interested in this I'm sorry, I'm a checkers man)

Both of them sweating for two completely different reasons thought.

."I'm winning see, even I am not a master, you can't beat me so how can you be a master."Sona said letting a triumphant smile lay on her face, as she felt victory was already at hand, though he was better than she thought she will still win in the end.

Haile who was silent and sweating as well just smiled as he was dying of laughter on the inside, he is currently "losing" on purpose to make her lower her guard.

That's why he went through the trouble of bragging in the beginning, to make her think he was just hot air.

Even then she would still be careful out of habit, so to get around that he would pretend to be losing but still putting up a fight, that way she would think he was giving his all, so she would get careless but only for a while so he will have to seize the opportunity to crush her.

But before that can't forget the plan so he smile charmingly at her."Sona how about a small bet."He said softly to her.

."A bet, you know you are losing right, you think you can get out of this situation and pull a win, you must think you are really a Grandmaster, also this is a school, gambling is against the rules."Sona still sweating a bit said while looking at the chessboard suspiciously, but still can't see what could possibly give him such confidence.

Haile saw this coming."Well just don't think of it as gambling, think of it as you giving me a gift for winning."He said making the arrogance in his voice apparent.

."Well if you want to give ME something sure, what is it you want me to bet."Sona said emphasising the word "me" as she gave him a side look but wasn't really angry, as he did indeed have some ability to back up his arrogance.

Haile rubbed his chin as if he was thinking about it, he then gave her a deep look as if hesitating about something.

Sona seeing this grew curious of what he wants, she started to think of what it could be.

."What is it you want from me."Sona said with a raised eyebrow.

Haile look as if he finally had the courage to say it."I want a date with you if I win."He said softly looking into her eyes with desire that of a devil.

If this was a ugly man that said it, this would be a completely disgusting and perverted moment but fortunately for Haile he is anything but ugly, infact after being a younger version of himself, he rose from a 8 to a solid 9 out of 10.

Sona who heard this was surprised, but she was not shocked, she is aware of her appearance, it maybe sound arrogant but it's the truth, only thing she worry of is her chest.

."So you want me to go on a date with you if you win, aren't you afraid that I will tell Tsubaki about this."Sona raised and eyebrow at him, she saw him flirting with her queen so she assumed he was interested in Tsubaki.

Haile shrugged his shoulders."We are not together."He said off handily.

Sona though about want he wants for a moment."Mmm alright, so what will you give me in exchange for such a precious first of mine."She said looking at him.

."What do you want, maybe perhaps...me."He rubbed his chin at the first part, then put his hands on his cheeks shyly and said the last part blushing.

Sona gave him a deadpan look."Disgusting."She said that to him but her lips were twitching with a slight smile on her face.

."Alright, for real now, I don't really have anything that you would want."Haile rubbed his chin at this dilemma, he then said."How about in....a couple days time I tell you a secret that is 100% guaranteed to shock you."

Sona gave him a stink eye."You want me to go on a date with you for a secret."She said confused at what he said.

And Haile took it."Well I just don't want to give each other anything to materialistic, as that would be considered real gambling, I respect you alot so how can I make you do that, it would make me feel guilty."He said with a sigh and a shook of his head,

Sona gave it some thought, it does sound reasonable, she knows he is trying to bulshit her but it is still reasonable nonetheless, what does she have to lose anyway, he doesn't have anything she wants, not like he will win.

."Alright I accept your secret, so try your best."She said to him with a smirk, probably today she had shown more emotion than a couple years.

.'Phew, luckily she took it, I've currently run out of shit to spew.'He wipe away a bit of sweat from his forehead.

."HOW??? HOW IS THIS...."

Sona was shocked speechless.'How could I lose."She thought in absolute shock as she stared at the board that portrait her defeat.

Haile wipe away his sweat, he breathed a sigh of relief, he would be lying if he said that was easy cause it was not, she almost got him a few times, but he's not embarrassed or anything.

He knows he doesn't really have talent in chess all that skill was from decades of practice against Grandmasters all over the world, her intelligence really is top notch for her to narrowly corner a master, he is not even a regular master he is around the top in his previous world.

."So I win miss shitori, it seems I am lucky enough to have this date with you after all.."He said seeing her still in disbelief.

Sona turn to him with complicated emotion in her eye."How did you do that."She said with a bit of depression in her tone.

."Didn't I tell you before miss shitori, I am a master, so do I have a date."He said smiling mysteriously at her.

Sona sigh with more depression.'Well all I have to do is go on one date with him, as long as my sister doesn't find out it's find."She said shuddering at the thought of her sisters wrath on the town.

."How about Saturday then."She said with defeat in her voice.

Haile nodded his head."That's fine, well I should probably get to my class, it's starting in about four minutes."He said to her getting up looking at Sona's watch."Do you have to come with me?."

."*Sigh* yes I have to go talk to your teacher so she will know you're here, we should probably wait till the class already began so you can be introduced to the entire class."Sona said also getting up, she feels loss now that she had lossed in the only thing she felt comfortable with, her intelligence.

Haile looked her expression and hide a smile, he put on a concern expression."Are you alright, you don't have to worry, you almost had me, if we play chess next time you will win."He said trying to comfort her and he actually wasn't lying this time, if they played again in the future she would have probably surpassed him by then.

."Yes I'm find, thank you for your concern, as the president I shouldn't show such an expression to a student, sorry for that."Sona said taking a deep breath to calm herself.

Haile nodded."Well let's talk about something till time runs out."He said to her, so they chatted about random things, first thing rules but he got bored and switched the subject to more personal stuff.
