Haile, Akeno, Rias and Koneko were in the room drinking tea and talking about random things that pop up, he didn't know how they got to talking about a sperm whale.

."Um Haile, I ah, I think I might have something to tell you, it's not anything bad or anything."Rias said softly, she was thinking about this for awhile now but she couldn't find the right time so anytime was the right time.

Haile raised an eyebrow."What is it, we still need secrets, i thought we were passed that."He said drinking his tea looking to her.

."This is, I actually have another peerage member, it's not that I was trying to hid him or anything, it's just, he is kinda special, he also has nowhere to go, please don't be angry."Rias said apologetically thinking of what he may think.

Haile looked at her strangely."What do I look like, am I that bad, do I have a permanently angry face or something, why would I be angry for, did you do something that would make me angry?."He asked calmly as he relaxed in the chair.

."I guess not, it's just you know, with the Kiba situation."Rias said softly.

Haile chuckled."I suppose, but this person you are talking about I've known all along, how can I not feel that amount of uncontrolled magic in the place I'm in."He said as he glanced to a door.

."*Sigh* I should've known, I have him sealed in those two doors, he is a very "special" kid, maybe you can meet him and put him on the right track."Rias said as she tapped her chin in thought, she doesn't want to abandon him.

Haile rubbed his chin as well as he smile."Turn a bitch to a man,HEHEHEHAHAHAHA!."He laughed menacingly as he looked at the door, he knew what to do, he shook his head soon after, he can't do that.

The girls started to feel bad for the poor boy, they could tell things will not be easy for him, to bad he was born a boy and not a girl.

."Unseal him let me take a look at the poor basta-i mean the good boy, I'll take care of him."Haile said with a kind smile on his face, he got up from his seat putting down his tea.

Rias sighed and got up as well, she walked towards the door, she open it and walk inside looking at another door locked with chains and yellow tape reading keep out.

All the others came in as well Haile smirk as he walked up to it, he's going to have fun with this, instantly he put a serious look on his face as his eyes grew cold and heartless.

Koneko shivered as she stepped back her hairs standing on end, she had a confused look on her face as she looked at Haile, her body just wanted to run away just then.

Rias also saw his expression and got worried for little gaspy, she took a breath and touched the door, a large red magic appeared and the locks started to disappear, she opened the door.

.""Ayhhh, what's going on!"".

From the room within a casket like box a very feminine scream sounded out in surprise and terror.

Rias walked in and up to the box."Hey Gasper, it's me Rias, I hope you have been fine here alone."She said seeing him not coming out, she turn and asked Akeno with her eyes.

."Sure."Akeno said as she walked up go the casket and pull up the cover."The seal has been broken you have to come with us."

As the cover was removed it revealed a small "girl" with blonde hair and pink eyes dressed in Kuoh academy uniform, "she" had pointy ears and fangs also.

."No, I don't wanna go, I wanna stay here, the outside is scary, don't bring me there!."The "girl" exclaimed with tears in "her" eyes as "she" sat up with "her" hand between "her" legs.

Rias rest her hand on the child's head."Haile this is my other bishop his name is Gasper Bloody and yes he is indeed a boy but just likes to dress in girls clothes."She said rubbing his head as she felt sorry for him.

."So this is him huh, alright."Haile said coldly as he looked down at the pathetic excuse for a man, he walked over to him and look him in the eyes he frown.

Gasper started to cower as he got close, his body tremble violently, he suddenly had flashbacks of a time in the past, he bowed his head.

."Stand up."Haile said calmly in a commanding tone, he put his hands behind his back and looked down at the thing before him.

Gasper suddenly sprang up and stood still as his body shook, tears started running down his eyes but he couldn't speak he could only do what was told.

."Ha-haile is something wrong, are you angry."Rias asked a little frightened for Gaspers life, she had never saw this side of Haile before, he looked more frightening than ever but he still seemed calm.

Haile glanced at Rias and her mouth was glued shut on it's own, Akeno was calm as she just watched on to see what he will do, she trust him, Koneko was just confused because her senses were all wonky.

."So...what is your name boy."Haile asked him with an expressionless face.

Gasper wobbled as he silently cried."M-m-m-Mmm....m-my na-me is Ga-aassper Bloody."He said as he could barely speak with trembling lips he didn't dare look him in the eyes.

The three looked on at this with surprise especially Rias, she was shocked that Gaspy was talking so much, but she now understands what Haile is doing.

."So Gasper, from now on you can refer to me as Lord, it is my job to make you a true man in less than 4 days, ok do you think we can do that."Haile said calmly to him.

Gasper looked down."I-i don't know."He said shyly as he bowed his head down.

."CAN WE DO IT YES OR NO!."Haile shout at him as he created a small sound wave with his voice that even startled the others.

Gaspers hair stood up."YES!!!."He said as tear dripped more down his face, he was so scared his head druped even more.

."Good, I appreciate the confidence, thank you."Haile said this time as he smiled slightly and patted Gaspers head.

Gasper was surprised as he looked at him in wonder, did the mean person suddenly changed, he wanted to know what just happened.

."What's wrong Gasper, do you not want me to be kind to you, do you prefer me to treat you badly, yes, no loudly."Haile said with the same smile on his face.

Gasper shivered."NO LORD!."He said as he breathed heavily, his knees trembled slightly as they got weak.

."So can you tell me why you are so scared of existing, you can tell me anything so don't be frightened, as long as you follow my words I will be good to you, understood?."Haile said gently rubbing his head softly.

Gasper nodded with watery eyes as he sniffled, he opened his mouth but no words came out.

."Do you not want to be fearless and brave, being able to first of all go outside and in crowd without being scared, do you not want to be strong, to do anything you wish, say anything you wish, become a real man worthy of praise and admiration."Haile asked as he looked him deeply in the eyes.

Gasper nodded his head like a chicken, his eye shun brightly as he looked at Haile with that same admiration, he imagined a life where he was even half as cool.

."The first step is believing, once you believe then anything is possible, bad things come to reality often because it is easier to believe bad things will happen than it is to believe good things will happen, take my hand and shout, I WILL SUCCEED."Haile said as he held out his to gasper.

Gasper looked at the hand then his own feeling conflicted.'Can I really, I don't know if I can.'He thought as he moved his hand a bit then stop as he pulled back slightly.

Haile didn't say anything more, he just held his hand out waiting for him to make a decision, this is his decision now.

After a deep battle with himself after five entire minutes he took the hand and shook it gently, he had a look of innocent determination but his legs were still shaking."I WILL SUCCEED!."He shouted to the top of his lungs as more tears came down but he held the handshake firmly.

."Mm nice, good, I'm proud of you already, I hope you continue to make me proud."Haile smiled softly as he held the handshake and brought his in for a little hug.

Happy tears came from Gaspers eyes, he felt like he had already succeeded, it felt great for someone to be proud of you, he suddenly grew even more determined.

Rias, Akeno and Koneko all watched amazed at him, he had achieved what they were trying to do for a long time now in less than 7 minutes, they almost couldn't believe it.

Now the first order of business Haile looked at Gasper and used his statistics on him..

Haile scratched his chin lightly."So Rias what is Gasper exactly, the energy is quite strange."He asked her so she will tell him.

."Huh oh, Gasper was originally a Dhampir, a Vampire Human hybrid, now he is a devil but retains his Dhampir physiology, he also has a Sacred Gear Forbidden Balor View."Rias said with a proud smile, she looked to Gasper, to bad she will have to give him up.

Haile nodded."I see, come with me Gasper, your training begins today, it is still early."He said as he looked back out the room it was bright evening sun was still out and everything.

Gasper nodded his head shyly, he held his head down not wanting to look at anyone, Haile saw this and frown."Gasper, look pick that shit up, you can't let it collect dust, take it up and put it back on."He said sternly as he fold his hands.

."Huh...."Gasper was confused, he tilt his head and looked at Rias and Akeno for help they were just as confused as him though.

Haile looked at him." Haile said as he turn and walked away.

Rias, Koneko and Akeno looked at his back with strange emotions and feelings in there heart, as be was speaking they felt a burst of something they can't describe.

Gasper was in shocked, he felt like something vibrated his very soul itself as his body shook but not in fear but a bone deep pride and valor, he felt energized as the words of wisdom resounded in his mind.

He clenched his fist and walked forward and after Haile with as much determination as he is scared.

Out in a random forest outside of Kuoh town, were Haile and the now determined Gasper, they were both standing infront of a small pond that looked too perfect to be natural.

."Now Gasper, the start of all power is the mind, you are more powerful than you think but just your mind is telling you otherwise, now we have to condition it, we only have 3 days maximum 4, so we are going extreme."Haile said calmly as he put his hand to the ground and control the earth forming a metal ball with chains attached.

Gssper instantly connected the dots and started to panic."I-i don't know ho-how to swim."He stuttered softly with his overly feminine voice.

."Don't worry you won't die with me around, only drown slightly."Haile said with a smile as he strapped them to Gaspers feet with a snap of his finger.

Gasper looked down then to the sky in hopelessness, he was then pushed into the pond.

."Ykaaaaaaaa help me igaggg I'm drowning!!!".

*20 Minutes Later*

.""Haa haa haa haa *cough* aggg *vomits* *cough* haa haa"".

Gasper was now seated on his knees vomiting and coughing like crazy as he had ingested alot of water into his lungs, but instead of fear Gasper had an embarrassed expression on his face.

."I don't understand how you almost drowned in knee high water, the thing wasn't even deep, if you had just stop for a minute, calm down and accessed the situation then you would have realized, I'm disappointed."Haile said with a shake of his head.

Gasper hearing that felt like someone stabbed him through the heart with a garlic covered silver spike that had spent 7 years in the sun's rays, he didn't like this feeling, he disappointed the Lord and also himself, his head hung down as he bow his head.

."Gasper pick it up, what did I say, now you gone and drop the damn thing again, the price of your crown is now worthless."Haile said as he looked at him calmly.

Gasper's eyes widened as he held back up, he reached down to the ground and as if reaching for something, he held back up and put it on his head, that was his crown.

Haile seeing this nodded, good the kid is visualizing, that is a good step forward now he truly believes that there is something on his head that will subconscious prevent him from bowing in the future for now.

."Good, now go into the water and walk around a bit till you're tired."Haile said as he sat down on the ground drinking some lemonade from nowhere.

Gasper nodded as he got up and got into the pond with great struggles as the metal balls was still on his legs, he started to walk up and down.

."Don't worry it will get easier."Haile said with a smirk.

*10 Minutes Later*

."Haa Lord haa I can't g-go anymore haa it did not, did not become haa easier."Gasper said as he stopped his body was trembling as it was hard to breathe.

Haile had a proud smile on his face, the reason being throughout this entire 10 Minutes he was steadily increasing the weight of the metal balls, now they were closer to 800 pounds each, he knew Gasper was strong but his mentality was holding him back alot, that is not even his upper limit he was just tired now mostly because of the water.

."Alright you can come out, great job gasper, I'm proud of you, I hope you keep this up, you can do this, you are very talented."Haile said making sure to add to Gasper's ego a bit, he has to inflate his ego.

Gasper felt a little embarrassed at the praise but he felt all warm and fuzzy on the inside, he felt it was all worth it in the end, he clenched his fist.'I will try harder next time.'He thought as he walked to Haile.

."Gasper hold out your hand."Haile said as he had four rubber looking bands in his hand, he put them on Gaspers hand.

Gasper's hands fell."Wha , what is this."He said in surprise as the bands were extremely heavy, but he could still manage they weren't as heavy as the balls.

."These are weight bands, I will not tell you how much it is, just never take these off, do everything in them and make sure to walk around every half hour, so that is it for your training today, how do you feel."Haile said with a smile on his face as he made the metal ball go back to the earth and put the other two bands on Gasper's legs.

Gasper flex his hand a bit."I-i feel nice, I ha-have this feeling in my chest, It-it feels good."He said as he put his hands on his heart with a bit of struggle.

."That feeling remember it, that is pride, pride in yourself for your accomplishment, continue improving and you will continue to feel it, your crown is now worth a little more."Haile said as he patted his back encouragingly.

Gasper nodded his head happily.

."Alright come let me drop you back home."Haile said as he created a magic circle and both he and gasper disappeared into it.

Haile and Gasper appeared back at the research club, they walked into the club, Gasper was a little stiff as he was carrying alot of weight and also keeping his back straight so his crown wouldn't drop.

They walked into the room where the other was they saw them Riad good up with a worried face."Gasper are you alright."She said looking to see if he was hurt.

."What type of person do you think I am."Haile's eye twitched at this, was he a monster or something.

Gasper shook his head."I-i'm fine, h-he didn't treat me ba-badly, he was n-nice."He said with a blush on his face as he was going to bow his head but remembered and held back up.

."Oh really, Gasper, you seem different already, guess your training went really well."Rias said with surprise as Gapser did sound more confident and his body language was not as drawn in.

Haile nodded his head."Alright my job is done for today, I will go home now."He said, he went and give Rias a kiss on the lips, he then kiss Akeno on the lips also she held it for longer as she used tongue, He then kissed Koneko on the forehead an turn around and saw Gasper looking at him strangely.

."You better not have any Ideas."Haile said to him as he summoned his magic circle and disappeared.

Gasper looked disappointed.
