I like the story and the way it develops. though I think I missed a few things therefore I will re-read it. Gonna throw this out there. And it may upset some folks. Straight male here, Disabled Combat Vet, and most defiantly what one would call an Alpha male. That said, I am a rape victim, not once but over years by my older step-brother. Not shy about talking about it or ashamed or it. It is a sore spot with me at times as I have been told as a straight male I had no idea what being raped felt like. My gay little brother was the one who laughed in their face. And kept me from needing bail money. ( oh if anyone wants to know my step-brother is in prison doing 27 years, not for what he did to me but to someone else, who I would like to meet and help if I can.) I am saying all this to back up this comment, the author did and wonderful job of putting forth how rape or an attempted rape victim feels and acts. Not everyone acts the same, but there are some things that are across the board. I give her a huge thumbs up for that. And if anyone who reads this needs to talk with someone that has been in their shoes and came out the other side with most of my nut and blots intact. Let me know. No matter what side of the fence you are on or if you are standing on the fence, I do not care, we are all human and that is what counts to me. Got long-winded but that part of the story struck a large never with me.
I love the storyline and you really can grow with the characters in the story. you just feel like you are actually there in the moment and can get into the mindset of how each person feels and the person that wort this book was really on point with making you love reading it and I hope there will be more to read soon
I- wow. I really love this story so far! The updates aren't really regular which sucks, but as a fanfic writer I totally understand how the writer fells when updating, and it can be hard to update regularly. The characters are great, some of them making me want to reach through the screen and strangle them, and others making me want to hug and comfort. The story line is super awesome too! As someone who grew up in a toxic household, I can say that I love the way that the writer portrays how one can feel after going through abuse. Especially the sexual assault part and how Annabelle finds it hard to be physically involved with Fenris. I wont go into lots of details, but I really love this story! I hope it gets updated soon
