Chapter 18: "Home" affairs

John's (Harrison) POV

Once everything was up and running, we went about monitoring the system to see if there was anything we needed to take care of personally, after all, we needed to take care of our hunters, or agents as we now call them, as we weren't really hunting anyone so much as helping them.

Normally we only had level 3's around the world at most and a few level 4's as well, but as they were in an abandoned location and the location was normally inaccessible, we tended to ignore them most of the time, not so much because we were lazy as because our organisation hadn't grown to the point where we could send agents to every nook and cranny of the world, so we had to prioritise.

We were then alerted to an alarm when one of the areas near a level 4 was disturbed or a new level 4 appeared, we found it to be in a house in Lawrence, Kansas and the same place had a previous residue of level 5 activity as well, which just made me remember the episode "Home" where Mary Winchester's mind was burned, which I wouldn't want to happen if I had any say in it and guess what...

...

I DO!

I then quickly moved on to tracking down the whereabouts of the Duo and John Winchester, which wasn't too difficult, whilst at the same time hiding from the sight of Missouri Mosely, who would either tell the boys or their father to expect him, not that she wouldn't be contacted for recruitment, don't get me wrong, but we planned to get the people directly involved with the Winchesters after a certain time, Bobby bless his soul was an exception as he was always there for us in a way that I don't think even he knows and has our respect for that.

Winchester brothers POV:

Sam wakes up from another one of the nightmares he's been having for the past few days, the same visuals of his (EX) girlfriend's death and a tree as well as other details he can't make out, he sighs and starts to sketch everything he can remember to try and understand what it means to him.

Soon he finds some older pictures which he correlates with one of the visuals he sees in his dreams and finds that it has something to do with their old house where they used to live before all this started.

Dean then enters the room and sees Sam still engrossed in drawing something, he interrupts him at his usual time, "Sammy it's time to eat, I don't mind having an artist in the family, but even the artist needs to eat to be able to draw".

Hearing this, Sam nods his head and picks up some papers and joins Dean for a bite to eat.

After they have finished eating, Sam, after much deliberation, decides to involve Dean in his problems.

Sam then tells Dean about all the pictures and dreams that have been bothering him.

AN:

Hey guys I am back with the start of the Home episode, still not really well as such but feeling better nonetheless, will work on delivering the chaps at regular intervals but will always prioritise quality over quantity so if I feel the quality is dropping I would rather stop/work harder to improve that than feed you something I don't feel is right for people giving me their time to read.

Also here is a shoutout the support of "marius_brute" for sharing their valuable stones with us, thank you for the same.

And thanks "BLITZ2" for reminding me of the novel, will work on my posting intervals now that I am getting better.
