Training with All Might

The day after the slime villain event and receiving the quirk "One For All" from the legendary hero All -Might, Izuku was excitedly waiting at the Dagobah Municipal Beach park for All Might, who had promised to train him. Izuku was so excited to be training with his role model, that he had arrived 15 minutes earlier than the agreed time. All-Might arrived 10 minutes after Izuku in his pick up truck.

"Young Izuku! I am glad to see that you arrived earlier than expected, this just gives us more time to train. While your current vessel is able to get a handle on the power of my quirk, it has to get used to it's power, so I will be helping train your body until you clean up this entire beach, to get you used to its power before we begin training you to use it, we have 10 months before the UA entrance exam and I expect you to be able to use at least 25% of One For All's power by then."

'That makes sense, my body would probably get some injuries if it suddenly had to deal with the massive force of All Might's quirk without me controlling its output, training my body further also wouldn't hurt.' "Lets get going then All-Might" "Eager are we, young Izuku?" "I'm trying to get into the best hero school in Japan, even with you training me I cannot stop working as hard as I can"

'I was afraid Izuku would just rely on the power of his two quirks instead of training to become as strong as possible, this just reassures me he was the perfect successor for my quirk' thought All Might, leaving any doubts he had about accepting Izuku as his successor to rest.

The both of them walked into the beach, Izuku gawking at the amount of trash left on the beach. "Why are we in a junkyard? I thought this was supposed to be a beach" "This place used to be a great romantic beach back in the day, but people used trash coming in from the ocean to illegally dump trash here, you're going to clean it up as training, heroes used to be people who did community service in the days before Quirks started appearing."

"So i'm supposed to carry all of that to your truck, which would serve as training improving my strength and stamina?" "Correct, young Izuku, great observation. You will be cleaning up the beach returning it to its peak form, which would double as a form of training your body to get used to handling my quirks power."

For the next two months Izuku trained his body extensively, managing to clean the entire beach during this time, to which All-Might was extremely surprised and pleased. As Izuku activated his new quirk for the first time he felt heat and light all over his body, similar to the feeling of sunlight, when he described this feeling to All-Might, All might mentioned that the quirk affected everyone differently and that his original quirk might be powered by sunlight.

Sunlight was something Izuku was not to exposed to as much as other kids his age, mainly due to the dojo being indoors and him being fast, meaning that he was not exposed to the sun on his way to and back from school, the dojo and anywhere else he might go to. As Izuku realized this he realized why his quirk seemed to grow so erratically, it might grow a lot one day yet barely grow at all during another day.

He hypothesized that it was because of the amount of sunlight he was exposed to during that day, as he went through a lot of growth during the two months he was training at the beach and had spent a day of training indoors which did not near as much effect as training in the beach did.

During the next 8 months training, Izuku once again went to the Dagobah Municipal Beach Park where "The Youthful Heroine, Recovery Girl" was waiting, her quirk allowed her to heal anyone she kisses using their own stamina, which made her the backbone of UA's training as she allowed the students to go much further experimenting with their quirks than they would've been able to without her healing ability.

Izuku's attempted to use "One For All" for the first time, which greatly amplified his strength. His punch, aimed into ocean, caused massive waves and changed the atmosphere similar to when All Might himself punched the slime villain. The backlash from the punch broke his right hand, something which Recovery girl attempted to fix very quickly, with Izuku having enough stamina for her to completely heal it, leaving him exhausted, ending his training for that day. He managed to control "One For All" a few days later, only using about 2-3% of it without the risk of losing control and using 100% of its full power.

By the end of his eight months of training Izuku managed to use 40% of "One For All" without losing control, he also realized that he could control whether he wanted to release the same type of air vibrations All Might does when he punches, or control all of the power into his fist to mimic normal punches, just with much more power. This could be useful when rescuing civilians as even the air vibrations might end up in them being hurt.

All Might was very pleased with Izuku, who also chose to take the entrance exam, instead of getting a recommendation from All Might, because he didn't want to be shown any favoritism because All Might trained him.

About a week before the UA entrance exam Izuku's martial art's teacher Chao Fan also decided to go back to China because Izuku had mastered everything he could teach, the only things Izuku could do to improve his martial arts further was improve his speed and strength, or to create new moves that he could incorporate into his fighting style. Chao Fan was getting old and wanted to die in his home town, so he would be buried with his parents.
