23 ONE PIECE THE END

Laffetti was waiting for me at the end of the forest, when he felt that the battle was over he prepared the broadcast den den mushi and pointed it towards the forest. All the people watching the broadcast could see was a silluate coming from the forest.

Managing a government was not a problem for me as I had experience managing with all the blues, the rules setup on the other hand was a problem.

On the first year I called for a open air meeting of all the kings of the world on sabaody. This caused the public to be curious of this event.

When I reached the meeting spot I saw everyone was present.

Me:"It seems all of you are here, let's start this meeting. We will be discussing many things that will decide the future of where we go from here. This meeting will help shape the future for the people. If you have any questions or doubt's in the things that are gonna be said then I highly suggest that you keep them to yourself until the end of the briefing."

I signaled the spokesperson to start. The main point of this meeting was to show the public that we were planning to make a new world in which there would be no discrimination and the future would be bright. The main issues were the corruption of many of the royals and how they treated the public. This caused many people to frown in the table as most of the people were corrupt and misused their status. One of the main people was sterry(sabo's step brother).

ST:"I decline in having the government in my kingdom."

Me:"And may I know the reason?"

ST:"That is my kingdom I will do as I like with it as I see fit."

Me:"And how do you see it fit?"

ST:"I will make all the poor people go out of my kingdom and make my country a rich country."

This caused many people to have veins pooping in their head's. I wanted to kill him at that time but I had to show that we were different than the celestial dragons.

Me:"Oh is that so then how will you find workers that will clean your country and how will you build buildings and all the manual labor you need."

ST:"I will buy slaves for that."

Me:"Then I take your post as of right now you are no longer a king, you are hereby released of your position and a team of highly skilled government officials who have already gone to your kingdom and doing research of corruption will expose all you wrongdoings. We don't want a celestial wannabe in this world. It's time has already passed."

After saying that all the members of goa kingdom who were corrupt were taken and sent to interrogation without any time wasted.

Me:"The spokesperson will now be talking about all the countries state and their doings in the past years. I will tell you and the world that we from now on are not to use our powers to harm the people."

The spokesperson continued saying that the king will be chosen by the people and he/she will have a chance to stay in power after 5 years where the election will be held with the authority of the world government which is now renamed the world council.

Me:"I will tell everyone this as of now even my position as the leader of this council can be contested by the public if there are any suitable leaders and the max a leader can stay in power is 20 years so that the public can decide who the next leader will be."

Most of the kings were taken and interrogated into saying all their wrongdoings. I wanted to stabilize the power in this world before going to another.

Timeskip 5 years

New leaders were chosen except for the good ones like alabasta, drum kingdom and dressrosa. the world was becoming a better place. There was a problem with the pirates but with the help of dragon, we made a adventurer's guild where the people who only seek adventure form a guild and go to adventure.

We gave every guild master a den den mushi so that they could receive missions that can help the public where the public could not handle it. The first 4 guilds were from the yonko's and after 3 years of advertising and public hypnosis they were the most popular and famous guilds in the world.

This helped a lot of people in the world where the military would not reach.

We also made a military unit like the marines but this unit would help the island maintain its peace domestically. The units were there to help the people and make the life of citizens better.

I was also combing dragon to be the leader of the world council. It was hard but within the years he was well versed in politics and management.

For protection I made a special squad that was dedicated to protect the leader of the world council. They were not under any body and could govern themselves. I had made one of the member a hypnosis member and used him to instill loyalty to any new member that entered into the squad.

When the election happened I was once again made the leader and there were less problems in the world.

As we had reached verth, we were able to bring back technology that could help further develop our technological side.

With vegapunk and ceaser working together we were able to create computers and satellites so that communication was fast but for broadcasting and multiple calls den den mushi were still used. The computers were mostly used for missions given to guilds and the completion reports.

Timeskip 5 years

I wanted to leave this year so I had everything planned for departure.

The relationship between me and the girls Robin and Perona had reached its peak and we had made a family. I had two kids with them with robin I had a boy who looked mostly like robin but had physical capacity like mine named Escanor while with perona I had a girl who looked like me but had physical capacity like perona's named Merlin. They were trouble makers and had caused scenes in the world council meetings as well.

These years I leaved most of the work to dragon and only did the work that must be done by me. The adventure council was formed with 13 members from different guilds who shape the rules of the adventure guilds around the world.

This caused the world to see that the world government now cannot influence the adventure guilds.

The military unit was keeping the islands safe and with the help of the public they were famous as well.

The history of the void century was publicized and also my story was written and sent to public. This made many people happy reading my adventures and how I had planned most of it. But now it was time to go. I had addressed the council that I will be leaving the post and will move forward and leave from the public eye.

I having said that said that my candidate for the leader seat was dragon who looked younger as I had transferred some of the lifespan of the celestial dragons which helped him progress further faster.

I had prepared for a last speech to the public and it was already set up so I signaled the operators to start.

Me:"Hello people of the world, I am Zen D Hiroshi for anyone who doesn't know me. I have come before you to make a critical announcement...I am officially leaving the post of the leader of the world and also the world as a whole. You may be wondering what I mean but I am leaving this world for another and will never be seen again. I am sorry for bringing it up now but it was the right time as I am also leaving my post as the leader of the world council."

The public were silent as they kind-of knew I was gonna leave. I had floated the idea that I was gonna leave for a year now and spread it like wildfire.

Me:"I may not see you again but I am keeping all the memories that I made here, I am willing to ask for forgiveness from those I failed and thank you for those who helped me. I had many people follow me in this journey even the cleaners and the helpers who were doing small tasks helped me reach this stage and I give my heart felt gratitude to them. I am sorry for not meeting you face to face but this is how it should be. Like Gol D Roger said in his last moments talking about raftel I also left something there, something that may never be seen in history and I would like for all the adventurers to go find it as the thing I left there is something you will definitely enjoy. With this I leave this world to the hands of the next world leaders. Thank you and God bless you all."

I had left a request in raftel to find verth as only me and my crew knew where verth was and I had left them a series of clues leading to verth. While in verth I had left my last ship filled with treasures which I had gotten from raftel.

I faced my crew that wanted to go with me. Laffetti, van, doc, robin, perona, enel, my kids and a few of my crew members and some of my birds that had decided to follow me to the next world. I placed them inside the subspace where I had prepared for at-least 100 years of food and all the things needed to know about the world. I had also made books of all the things I read and know of so that my kids have education.

I was prepared for the next world but before going I turned to the door.

Me:"Now everything is up to you dragon?"

Me:"I am ready to go to the next world."

With a flash i was gone while dragon was just outside the door listening to me.
