24 New world

I was taken to the void again as I awaited Lord Empty. He appeared before me amused at what I had done.

EMPTY:"You have done a fabulous job of stabilizing that world and amassed a lot of power, but the next world will not be about power but about how you are able to gather followers and be strong in a sense as you have manpower to back it up."

I was confused as to what he meant. I had followers and loyal ones at that but this new world might be a challenge for me as without my powers I would not be able to do so quickly.

EMPTY:"Fret not I am taking the powers I give you. I am only limiting them to once per month. I am also sealing your physical abilities and only allowing you to use your hypnosis once per week. This will be a challenge for you. The time in your subspace will be stopped and your life will be recorded so that the inhabitants can see the journey.Go now."

I was sent to the next world and awaited the moment.

I woke up in a bed with the ceiling close to my face and a thin blanket. I looked around and found the room was filled with such beds and there were kids around the age of 5 and the beds were bunk beds. There was around 20 beds that were all filled. I needed knowledge as of now and went down the bed and looked outside the window. I saw buildings of 1990 style japan. I saw a paper boy that was putting newspaper in-front of the doors of the houses.

I now knew where I was but not which universe I was in. I found the matron who was 40 something years old. I hypnotized her to get any information I could. I asked her for anything that was related to supernatural or anything that cannot be explained. The only thing I got was schools opening that were meant for students that could not be handled by local schools.

I had seen movies like this back in my world, where the guys in these schools compete to be the strongest in their own schools and then fight among themselves to keep that position. As I was thinking that Lord Empty sent me a note.

World Crows zero and High&Low mixed.

I knew much about crowz zero with genji's story and the spin-off's but not much about high&low. I had only watched the last movie which is High&Low: The Worst. It was specifically about oya koukou(Oya high-school). I was gonna go to suzuran as I wanted to take the school even if it was the hardest among the schools.

After everything was done it was time for breakfast. I knew that I had to make money fast and secure my source of income but I had no idea how to begin. I had just used my first hypnosis charge to make the matron loyal to me.

I wanted to put steal on upgrade so that it would reduce the time of cool-down. It would take 1 week to upgrade and I would have to do another hypnosis on someone who would be my money-bank until I get my own source.

I wanted to have a high-rise building so that I can live lavishly but I also wanted to start a yakuza so I need to have more that 1 of those buildings. I was new in this place and the others did not know about me. When the matron introduced me as Zen, a ex-suzuran student, heasked what I would do. I said.

Me:"Take the top."

Most them did not understand me but the matrons and some of the older one's understood what I was aiming for.

Time-skip 2 years.

I had hypnotized all the people in the orphanage and some business who were single and had a lot of money on the first year.

After the upgrade of steal finished I was able to do it once per fortnight. I also upgraded my hypnosis ability which gave me the ability to hypnotize anyone without cool-down or limit. This gave me many advantages.

I reached the age to go to Japan elementary schools so I enrolled in the local public school. This increased my followers with the school teachers and staff.

On the second year I was able to find a wealthy old man who was secluding himself in his building and waiting his death. I hypnotized him to adopt me and name me his successor. Now I had about 5 buildings across Tokyo and Kyoto. I had a sizable sum now and the children and the orphanage members were very loyal to me. I had made homeless kids and adults loyal to me and work for me.

I got to know from my informers(hypnotized followers) that I was at the same age as murayama form high&low. I gathered all the people I wanted to create a yakuza gang. I wanted the most powerful gang in Japan.

The process was long as I trained everyone in combat and gang fights. I was making progress as well as my physical powers were sealed. I made some of the people who wanted to have a safe life work at the marine company that I had made in Shizuoka I had made my home in Kyoto living in the top floor of the high-rise apartment where all the floors were filled with my gang members.

I wanted to expand towards Toarushi as there is where suzuran is located. The time needed to reach there was 8 years as right now I was 7 year old.

In these 2 years just like laffetti I found a person loyal and intelligent enough to become my right hand man. His name was Miyamoto Aki a decendent of Miyamoto Musashi(In Japan the surname is written before the first name). He was old and was in his 50s. He had the drive I needed of my second in command. He had the strength I needed in my right hand man.

I used the transfer ability on Aki and a dolphin, with the ability of faster brain speed and capacity, the ability activated and now Aki can process things more clearly and faster than normal humans. After that incident I got another note from Empty.

'You will not be able to upgrade this ability like the rest and can only transfer one thing to one person anymore and the person will explode. I am making an exception with your second in command.'

I now knew I needed bodyguards and transferred some of a whale's lifespan to Aki on the next month and he started looking like he was in his 30's. I trained him in hand to hand and sword fighting. I needed to steal gun-fighting from veterans in the field and sent people to search for world war veterans.

The plans were coming smoothly and I had got permission to get home-schooled and go to education department to complete the grade. The rest of the orphanage member were sent to schools near the areas.

Time-skip 5 years

These years were hectic to say the least. I had got my hands on a old war veteran, from the Vietnam war, who specialized in gun fighting and stole all high knowledge and skills. Then I upgraded them and taught it to the members.

I had established a security company that had about 7000 members both male and female and were very skilled in fighting. The business had boomed after one of the shogun's sons who I had hypnotized got saved from an assassination attempt by the company guards.

We were now one of the wealthy families in the country.

The total number of buildings that I owned were in 48 in Shizuoka alone as my real-estate business spanned throughout the country. Right now before me is a yakuza boss who wants 50% of all the profit I get.

Y.B:"I won't say this again give it to me or face the consequences kid. Even if you are young I will not hold back. Even if you are wealthy you are young and you will not be able to contest against me."

Me: "Why don't I give you a offer instead?"

Y.B: "You playing with me kid. What better can you offer?"

Me: "Ohh~ you are gonna like this. You submit to me and kneel down and I leave you alive."

As I said that the yakuza boss started laughing and without warning jumped towards me with his small knife. He could not get near me as I had bodyguards near me at all times. I also had a assassination squad made up of enemies that will kill anyone in a moments notice.

He was subdues by Aki who held his hand and put his face on the floor while holding both hands of the yakuza boss.

Me: "I gave you your chance but you don't take it seriously and act on impulse."

All his members were already knocked out by my gang and only he was left conscious. Aki took his weapon and threw him towards the sofa. He looked at his members all knocked out.

Me: "This is what I like about you yakuza, you underestimate others too much. I am also a proud yakuza but I don't like to underestimate anything."

I stood before him and held his face. I right now had the strength to squeeze a piece of coal and make it partially diamond. This yakuza had no chance. I bashed his head to the sofa armrest repeatedly.

Me: "Take him to the room and get every information out of his head. I want his territory to be mine. It has been long since I let these guys play as they like Kyoto should be mine."

AKI: "Boss who will we be attacking next."

Me: "No one who follows us."

I had made a group of hypnotizes that would make things easy and were able to do the job just fine.

Me: "Aki call squad 1 leader."

AKI: "Yes Boss."

I had made different squads to lead different sections of the country that had one of my buildings. Squad 1 was Tokyo, Squad 2 was Sendai, Squad 3 was Sapporo, Squad 4 was Niigata, Squad 5 was Yokohama, Squad 6 was Kumamoto, Squad 7 was Fukuoka, Squad 8 was Hiroshima, Squad 9 was Nagoya and Squad 10 was Osaka. The one's watching Kyoto was Squad 0 who were the first one's I had made loyal and the leader was Aki.

Sq.1L(Squad 1 Leader):"Boss what can I do for you?"

Me: "It was the right time to come here. I have a task for you, start taking over the yakuza in your territory. Also tell squad 5 and squad 10 to do the same. I don't want any noise, do you understand?"

Sq.1L:"Yes Boss. You can expect results within this week."

Me: "Don't be too fast. I want it to be done in a year. I don't want any attention on us. If they try to sniff us send a assassin to them and stray them away from us."

Sq.1L:"Yes boss."

Me: "If you have any questions ask Aki."

With this I knew I started a gang war in Tokyo, Yokohama and Osaka. I did not want to touch Toarushi because it was the area of Genji's father and I did not want them to face us yet.

After 1 week I got asked by squad 5 leader if it was possible to kill anyone if they were making things out of hand.

Me: "Who is it? Is it one of our's?"

Sq.5L:"No boss he is from the local Yakuza and seems to be a favorite among the locals."

Me: "Give me the details of this man."

Sq.5L:"Yes boss."

I say the information and I was shocked that I found another descendant of a legendary family. The man's name was Tokugawa Kamiya the descendant of Tokugawa Ieyasu. I called the squad 5 leader.

Me: "Bring this man under us as soon as possible and give him a job of guarding the area."

Sq.5L:"Yes boss. But why boss are we doing something wrong? I promise the locals don't love us but they will favor us always."

Me: "No need to use force on the locals. This is to help the public favor us more than the other party and make us look good. If I place him someplace else than it will be detrimental to us. The cleaning is still underway just make sure if there are some who also are like him get them under us no matter what and relay this message to the others as well."

AKI: "Boss is it so that we can have the favor of the public and also the legendary descendants on our side?"

Me: "Yes Aki. This will help us in the long run. Squad 5 leader you know what to do. I am trusting you here."

Sq.5L:"YES BOSS"

After that incident it was smooth sailing for us as we took Tokyo, Yokohama and Osaka without losses and only gains. I had gained many businesses that I named after the squad leader who got them.
