2 New Powers!

Since i didn't get any replies. I had to rack my brain for the powers Xander could have. I finally thought of them.

Xander and Riana were walking on the path to Riana's house.

"Xander, You didn't have to come all the way to my house. I'm sure that your mum must be worried about you." Riana said as they stopped in front of her house.

Xander remembered what his mom did when he was at school.

"Don't worry much. Mom went out, I mean she's doing her job at the restaurant." Xander said.

"Ok. See you tomorrow." Riana said. She was heading inside the house.

"Hey Riana, Could i walk you to school tommorow?" Xander asked.

"Why... would you want to.... do that?" She stammered. Her face was red.

"If you're saying No, I'll just..." Xander was interrupted by Riana.

"Of course, Of course you can. See you Tommorow!" Riana said and ran inside.

"Same old Riana." Xander said.

Xander was walking home then he realized something. He wasn't walking, He was hovering.

"What the..... I'm just hovering in the air." Xander said. He was still moving forward as if he was walking but his legs weren't touching the ground.

Xander lost concentration and landed.

"It seems like the voice gave me a power." Xander muttered, trying to hover into the air again.

He managed to achieve it but this time he was hovering forward at the same speed the cars that ran him down were going. Everything was a blur in his eyes but he saw something, A brick wall.

"If I hit that at this speed, I'll die." Xander said. He was scared, ever since he got his accident, he was afraid of getting another one.

Xander slammed into the brick wall but instead of him to lose consciousness. The brick wall shattered on impact.

"I think I'm Invincible!" Xander shouted and suddenly stopped.

Xander looked at his legs and saw he was still hovering in the air. Xander breathed a huge Sigh of relief.

He landed.

"I think my hover is connected to my thoughts." Xander theorized. To test that theory, He thought of hovering forward and that was what he did.

"With these powers that i have, I will get rich but first i need to get home." Xander said and hovered to his house.

Xander was lucky that he figured out his powers on a road which people hardly pass. If anyone saw him, There would be a big commotion.

Xander got home and brought out the house keys from his pocket. He forgot how his house was in such a low grade; When his dad died in the early years before Xander was born, His mom had signed a contract that willed all the property to her but the Lawyer had provided fake papers and now Xander's Mom had to pay $1300 to stay in the house with Xander.

"This is the reason why she started part time jobs." Xander muttered and unlocked the doors.

He had decided to do something he hadn't thought of in his past life. He was going to get a one time job and help contribute.

In the process, He thought he could stop his Mom from doing Part-time jobs and let her rest. Xander dipped himself in the tub and quickly had his bath. He left the bathroom and went to his room, then he opened his closet.

"I have to admit, The selection of clothes i have are out of date. It's so unoriginal." Xander said and pulled out a red shirt and faded blue trousers.

"Time to search for a job." Xander said and pulled out his phone. He connected to the Neighbor's network. Xander connected to the Neighbor's network because his mum couldn't afford a Router or a Modem.

Xander searched and saw a job that he could easily get. It was a Cafe and Pool cleanup job. The best part of it was that the place wasn't far from here. It was just the Next city.

"Cleanup Job, Here I come!" Xander exclaimed and hovered out of the house after locking it.
