1 First sight

Today is the busiest night in emergency room.So many patients comes with a thounsand diffrent case.

And today Nam joon standby as TRIAGE in ER.

Nam joon just drank water from his glass,suddenly the sirens sounding loudly in front of ER door.

"Fuck...what the holy shitt night..!!"

Nam joon run fastly to the door when the ambulance parking in front of ER.

The paramedics carry the patients to the RED triase room.its mean immediate emergency.

"Unknown victim in Heongleong corps building...head trauma, massive bleeding behind the head,decreased conciousness..!"one of paramedics report to Nam joom.

"Blood pressure 60/40...weak pulse irregular..150.."

Namjoon pulling the patients jaw up and down then open it to insert endotracheal tube hose deftly to the patient.

"ET 37,O2,RL....!"Namjoon ordered the nurse.

"The bleeding cant stop,doc..!"one another nurse reporting to Namjoon.

"Dep continues..!Arterial clamps..!"Namjoon reach out his hand to take the blood vessel brace pliers.

"Prepare the blood..the bleeding wont stoppp..!!"

"Aritmia,doc....!!"

"Whattssss...??"Namjoon shocked and take a look to EKG monitor.A straight line appears.

"DC shock..!!300 joule,Epi 2 ampoules,hurryy...!!"Namjoon archieve DC shock and spur the patient heart who has stopped beating.

"Come backk please..!!"Namjoon sizzling worried.after trying three times by using DC shock to stimulate the heart beat,that patient come back.

"Thanks..for comeback..."Namjoon sighted in relief,wiping the patient  bleeding face and look at his patient face.He is look so adorable even in coma..!he looks like someone...someone he is looking for when he is still in London...is it him...??someone who is so alluring him...

"Good job,doc...!he is back...!"the nurse name Joyce praising Namjoon while wiping  sweat from her docter face.

"Prepare for OK room now..hurry..!"

Namjoon order Joyce to do it faster.

"Or we will lost him again..!!"

Namjoon walked unsteadly after four hours struggling in operation room to save his patient.

He sat exhausted in docter shift room,change his operation theatre coat ,just wearing scrub suite and take rest for a while.

Namjoon is general surgery and his father own this hospital..its mean he is the heirs..the one of biggest and famous hospital in Seoul..!

"Hei man..how about your patient? I hear he is dying..you save him back..?"

Suddenly Namjoon hear someone talk him and he looked for the sound direction.He is docter Jung ho seok, Namjoom cousin.

Namjoon just nods and smiled to him.

"You are great docter,Joonie arh..!"

"But he is still coma in ICU room..they find him in Heongleong corps building with head trauma,he was like the victim of premeditated murder..!"Namjoon tried to assume from the injures he sustained,and find something strange in patient head.

"This chip..!!"

"Wow..sound tense...!"Ho seok look surprising."Just wait and see the observation..!"

"I will find Seok jin hyung to talk the detailed result of Cito scan.."Nam joon said and walking back to ICU room to observation his patient post surgery review.

"Ho seok arh..find out about this chip for me..!"Namjoom give that chip into Hoseok hand."Thanks..."

"How..?still in coma..??"Namjon asked to the ICU room nurse who is in duty to take care the patient.

"Any reactions..?"

"No..quanta status,doc..!"the nurse replied to Namjoon and look at EKG monitor.

"Just wait for the best doc...!"

Namjoon take a deep breath and look towards the hopeless body  the ICU bed.

"All right just call me if there is any  slightest change happen to him!"the nurse just nods.after saying like that,Namjoon  fill and sign the patient board report before leaving the ICU room.

During his step leaving ICU room to ER back his cellphone is rang.Namjoon take alook to his phone.dr kim seok jin incoming call.

Namjoon pick up the phone.

"How...?the result is come out already hyung..?"

"Yes...come to my room now...!"

Namjoon walked back to CT scan devision to find his hyung to know the result of his unknown patient.

"Jooniee arh..amazing....you are coming to here so quickly??its seem this patient is very special for you..!"

"Fuck you hyung..!your words is unreasonable!he is my patient..of course its my duty to know his result!"

"Okay..iam just joking..dont take every words so seriously in your mind,joonie...!"

"So how about the result?"Namjoon asking in unpatiently voices.

"His pathology reflex is still positive..so his condition will slowy improve..and there is no damage to brain tissue..!"Seokjin said it while pointing his finger in the scan result area.

" So how about his blood clots in the brain?"Namjoon continue the question.

"There is not too much blood clots under the durameter,it is expected to be absorbed in the next few month..!"

"So in conclusion,we must wait for him to wake up from coma?"

"Yes..wait until he is really awake and compomentis..hopefully the patient does not have amnesia..!"

"Whatsss..??your mean there is possible to get amnesia?"!Namjoon asked in surprised tones.

"Yes..!"Seokjin nods and smiles."You can own him..i heard  from the nurses he is looks pretty even in coma.."

"Fuck you,Kim..!dont provake my emotion with your useless nonsense!"

"Lets bet..!You will be interested with your Mr X .!"Seokjin challange Namjoon with raising the bet.

Namjoon just showing his annoyed look and walked out from Seokjin room.

Seokjin just smiled seeing Namjoon behavior.He know the nature basic of Namjoon who is always harbored his feeling because he is Super Alpha.

He must working hard to hidden his another identity and covered it as great surgeon.

•~~5 Days later..~~•

Jiemin opened his eyes slowly,staring around in confusion.

He was in the room that look unfamiliar with medical devices attached to his body.

Jiemin looked at the nurse,who was seeing the EKG monitor.

"Where am I..?"Jiemin muttering confused."And who are you..??"

That nurse looked surprised and happy.she is immediately calling someone.

"Docter Kim..your Mr X is awake..!"

Namjoon run fastly to the ICU room after pick up the nurse call.They named unknown patient with Mr X because until this time no one come to hospital to claimed as patient family.

Namjoon paid great attention to his patient who was about to enter lost case.

When he is coming to ER the guy is approching death.He is dying with his head trauma.

His pragnosis is black its means hopeless.its like from ten person just  only one can survive by miracle.

When Namjoon arrives at ICU,he is walked into patient bed,and start to checking the patient eyeball reflexes.

Sudden the patient is grive along and start moving.

"Deg..deg..." Namjoon can't stop his heart beating.

He is quickly pulled his hand from patient eyelids and take alook to EKG monitor.the patient vitality is going well.

He turnes back to the patient,at the same time the patient eyes began to open and stare at him.

And its so strange,Namjoon cant stop his heart beating  and for the first time thier eyes clashed with contact.

"Fuck...what the hell goin on..?"Namjoon mumbering with himself.

And slowly his patient is fallin into sleep again.Namjoon took the patient wraist to check the pulse,with his eyes back to EKG monitor again.

Everything is going well...maybe this guy need to take some rest to handle his head trauma.

"Dont stop the observation..and report the condition to me every hours..!"Namjoon said to his nurse after signing  the patient status board.
