"Man I really need some action in my life!" Val said towards the sky.

Val Luna, male 19 years old. Live in a small apartment for 2 years since his parents kicked him out for not having a good grade in school.

'Growl'

"I know, I know ill get you some food buddy," Val said rubbing his tummy.

Arriving at a convenience store, Val bought some cup noodles and a drink.

"That will be $2.75." Said the store clerk.

"Here you go," Val said handing a 10$ note.

While waiting for his change, a Christmas card caught his eye. The card didn't seem much, it's just like any other Christmas card you would spot in a shop. The card was red with a Christmas tree in the middle of it. Though that's not what caught Val's eyes. Underneath the tree, there was some writing. The writing says, 'Do you wish for adventure in a new world?' This obviously shouldn't be something written under Christmas card, yet it was there.

"Here's your change sir." The clerk said snapping Val out of his mind.

Usually, Val would not buy something like this, but something kept on telling him he should. So he bought it.

Back at his apartment. Val boiled some hot water for his cup noodle. While waiting for the water to finish boiling, Val kept looking at the Christmas card that he bought.

Opening the card up, there's nothing besides a white canvas.

"Well since I bought it might as well use it, though Christmas wouldn't be here until 2 more months."

"Since it's a Christmas card let's send it to Santa, though I stopped believing in Santa when I was 3 when I didn't receive the gift that I wrote to him about wanting a Summoning System that allows me to Summon characters and item from my favorite anime and games, then again it could also probably be because my mom and dad just said Santa isn't real and I should just go to my room and study."

"Well, whatever might as well make one last wish for the fun of it."

Grabbing a pen Val wrote what he wanted.

After about 5 minutes Val finished writing what he wanted.

"Seems good, let's read it out so there's no mistake. not like anyone else is reading this."

"Dear Santa,

it's me Val, the person that wished for a cool Summoning System 16 years ago from you, and to this day I have not received it. After that day I have stopped believing in you, yet it's funny that I'm writing another for you even though I have stopped believing in you. But as I'm a forgiving person I shall trust you once more and this time I wish for a journey. A journey in a new life. I hope you can fulfill this wish.

"Now then address, since Santa is depicted to live in the North Pole let's just put that."

'Kettle Sound' (A/N: I don't know how to write hot water boiling sound)

Pouring the hot water in the cup noodle, Val waited a few minutes before eating to let it cool a bit.

'Let's go put this in the mail since I'm waiting for either way.'

Walking to the nearest post office box Val dropped the card and walked back home.

[Next Day]

Waking up Val sees that he's no longer in his room.

"Uh...What the?" Looking around all Val can see is big lushes of tree and vines surrounding him.

"I don't think I'm dreaming and it doesn't seem like I'm high on drugs." Val continues talking to himself while looking around.

[Beep]

[Welcome Host to The World of Velfom]

"Beep? Host? Seems like I have transmigrated." Val said calmly.

[Host is correct]

"Was the letter the reason I arrive in this new world?" Val asks the System.

[Host is smart indeed, Host is correct, thanks to the letter you sent to Santa. He has granted you the wish.]

"*Sigh* Well this is troublesome isn't it then."

"This, like the whole thing! If I had known the letter was true then I would also have asked for some Godly power so I can live! But since I only said that I wanted to explore a new world, I have no actual way of even surviving!" Val said in an outburst.

[Do not worry Host, you have me!]

"I see, are your functions the same as the other System?" Val asks.

[Please be more specific Host]

"I meant like inventory, shop, quest, etc. Those kinds."

[Host is Correct, however, everything is locked besides three functions.]

"Tch, of course, they are locked, anyway then what are the three functions? Val asks.

[Status, Quest, and Summons.]

"Wait...Did you just say Summons?" Val asks as his voice grew in excitement.

[Yes Host, I said Summons.]

"But how? I only ask for a new world and now that I think about it I never ask for a System!" Val said as his realization of the System.

[Would Host like to read the message left by Santa?]

"Message? Go on."

[Hello boy, it's me Santa. But you probably already know that but anyway I'm here to tell you about your wish. I have seen your letter and it does hurt me a bit from seeing you say that you don't believe in me. Sad news aside since I have seen your letter I decided to grant it to you along with the System you asked for 16 years ago, and if you wondering why I'm granting your wish, let's just say fate decree so. Hope you enjoy your new life and your System.

Hearing that Santa had granted his wish including his Summoning System Val could not help but yelp in joy, jumping around and praising Santa.

[I do not know Host, for the second question because Host might be arrogant just because of me, so Santa decided to make sure you don't become like what of those arrogant Chinese XianXa noble, Santa decided to implement it so that Host know how weak you are.]

"Kind of sad being compared to those Chinese XianXa noble but whatever, also what is the class section all about?

[Class can either be obtained from the Summon Section of the System or Host becoming said Job. The classes can range from Janitor to Dragon Slayer. Each class has its own perks and weakness. For example, becoming the class Dragon Slayer Host will receive some Dragon Slaying Skills, of course, that is only if you buy it from the System shop. If Host were to actually obtained the class from slaying a Dragon then Host must come up with the skills himself, but Host can also buy the skills if Host is lazy to make up any skills.]

"I see that's pretty interesting, then let's get to the main question. Do I have a beginner gift of some sort? And if so, use it."
