Strange egg

The egg was slowly and silently absorbing the blood on Shaw's hand while he was busying inspecting it , he hoped it was a treasure that could help him.

Suddenly the colours on the egg shined bright ,Shaw was so scared that he threw in on the ground that was when he noticed his hands were clear of blood " what just happened ,how is this possible " ,Shaw thought loud in anxiety .

The light was so bright that Shaw was so scared that he thought of running ,some expert or some beast might see it and he might end up in trouble .

But he unwittingly walked towards the egg.

Has his body made contact with the bright coloured light of the egg ,he suddenly felt a great urge to swallow the egg ,it felt as if the light had evoked a sleeping dragon inside of him.

His body also amazingly began to glow with four bright denser coloured rays of light the egg seemed to have noticed as it flew towards Shaw's palm .

His movement towards the egg was not on his own accord it felt has if something inside of him had found it's long lost mother his body had gone out of his control .

Shaw was badly shocked when he saw the ray of light burst out of his own body ,Shaw was not just precocious for nothing " could it be I have something like this in my body "Shaw thought .

" And could it be the existence in my body has a connection with this egg on my palm " Shaw thought loudly. but the urge to swallow the egg was getting stronger that it was already getting out of hand .

Shaw could only shake his head if swallowing it was the only choice ,then he had do it ,if it was just to block the bright rays of light from the egg he had to do it .

He closed his eyes with determination ,he might be only nine but he thought like a sixteen year old " if you want it then take it!!! " screamed Shaw has he threw the egg in his mouth .

The egg surprisingly entered through Shaw's throat smoothly, it flew directly into Shaw's barren dantian that had not gone through cultivation .

In Shaw's dantian was an egg that looked identical to the other egg but had just four colours round it but by inspecting it carefully one would find out that the vitality was more than the five coloured egg , the five coloured egg flew towards the four coloured egg like a longing mother as they spined round each other in a spiral motion as they began to fuse together .

By this time Shaw had left the fountain and walked back in the dark night to the clan which was not to far from the fountain the light had surprisingly gone ,but Shaw could not know what was going on in his body .

He could just hope for something good to happen .

He finally arrived at his clan and stealthily went to his quarters as he did when he left .

By this time the egg had completely fused and formed a huge nine coloured egg ,in the next moment the first colour which was pale yellow began to crack like it was hatching and as if a new creature was going to be born .

Yeah a new creature was going to be born an infinitesimal pale yellow dragon with two wooden horns flew out the crack it had the supreme aura and pride of a dragon round it ,it eyes seemed to have the whole earth in it's control .

It floated round the egg as it suddenly roared .by this time the other colours on the egg had dimmed as the dragon was the only glossy existence in Shaw's body .

Shaw had the roar loud and clear his face was full of trepidation.

" dragon ,egg,could it be I swallowed a dragon egggg !!?".

Shaw was sweating profusely , in the next moment Shaw saw pale yellow beams of light in the air flowing towards him in all direction ,the speed was so fast that Shaw could only watch and hope for something good the beam of lights went straight to his abdomen and through the pores of his skin ,Shaw groaned in pain he covered his mouth to prevent the others from hearing especially Master Wilfred .

During their training they learnt endurance but this pain had gone beyond his control he could only grit his his teeth and truly ,truly hope for the best.

Shaw couldn't withstand it again as he passed out .This didn't stop the beam of light they still flowed in his body ,his bones seemed to have grown pores as they absorbed the light greedily for a long time till they were filled the story of Shaw having weak bones had already become history, the beam of light ceased to flow into Shaw's body again but a pale yellow core had already formed in Shaw's dantian .

Several dark silhouette were descending in the same fountain where Shaw picked the egg .

Their appearance suddenly became clear they were strapped in expensive robes that had the image of a violet sun at the back of it , they were experts from the Sunset clan .

A pear shaped faced man with green eyeballs yawned with a lazy expression as he said " I told you guys not to come but you were adamant thinking it was a treasure ,it might have being some Alfred's family punk playing some tricks"

A man with long and bushy beards sneered and said " Am sure I saw something those coloured light were not normal , nevertheless let's go it might have not being as we have thought "

The pear shaped man smiled and said " Let's go ,we need good sleep , tomorrow will be tiring and will also be a great day for our junior ones ".

The others nodded their heads as they leaped and merged with the darkness of the night .

As soon as they left other experts also came to check the so called five coloured treasure that had spread round the Clamshire state like wild fire .

The sun rose up from the horizon with dominance as it dispersed the darkness of the night ,predators began to search for their preys ,as plants joyfully absorbed sunlight from the sun ,butterflies took their roles in the pollinating of flowers ,birds flew in the sky searching for what their young ones would feed on .

Shaw rose up lazily from the ground as he first stared at space before his memories began flowing back "what happened when I blacked out and what in the hell were those beam of light " .

" Baptism day " Shaw slapped his forehead as he remembered what had led him in anger to the fountain ,but strangely he felt as if he had grown stronger and could endure the baptism he felt his bone full of strength ,he pulled off his shirt as he checked his body in front of a substance that looked like a mirror .

His dark hair was still as alluring as before his dark eyeballs still remained the same but he felt his body had gone through a transformation " ohhhh " .

His eyes suddenly shined with a bright light he noticed he had grown in height and his former sickly body had become more masculine he was still thin as before but he was far more healthy .

" could it be a reward from that egg ?,what of the dragon ? ,is the egg still in my body ?" .

Shaw asked his self several questions but nobody could answer him as he just spoke into the air .

He felt more courage in awakening something good .

He prepared for the day has he wore his most favourite robe ,it was a green robe with the painting of a phoenix on it it was gifted to him by Master Wilfred on his eight years old birthday ,Master Wilfred to Shaw was like a father .
