"Lynx, can you please give me some time with dad after 3 years?" Vivi asks sincerely.
"Of course my heart princess. Just… Can you have someone take me to the vaults, I really want to dump the gold." I bow deeply with a smile while pointing up at the gold dust cloud.
Igaram looks up at the gold before looking at me.
"Mi-mi-mi! Come, follow me. I will take you there." Igaram
"Thanks! Oh I will send a message to Mikita, so the rebels know why you are gone. And please welcome my friends down there on the ship. Take the prisoners to the dungeon and be careful because of Smoker. He is a marine captain that temporarily worked with us." I briefly explain before grabbing Igaram and flying where he shows me.
"... You have a quite particular boyfriend there, Vivi." Cobra just gazes behind me.
"Excuse my words- He is quirky as hell, but he treats me well. Oh, by the way! After Crocodile was defeated by the captain, he extracted the sand-sand fruit and gave it to me!" She turns her hand into sand for everyone to see.
"But he used it as well!" Chaca is confused.
"He can make contracts with people. Since he has a contract with me, he can use my powers as well." Vivi explains.
"The monarchs of the desert… Is the prophecy coming true?" Pell asks.
Cobra grabs Vivi by the shoulders.
"You can both use the powers? Do you really like him?!" Cobra stares into her eyes.
"Y-yes, he can and I do love him. What's wrong dad? Who are the Monarchs of the desert?" Viv asks confused.
Cobra let's go of her shoulders and stares at the sky.
"When the first rulers of the Nefertari ascended to the throne, there was a prophecy made by a witch. 'When the king and queen both can control the desert, is when the kingdom will prosper and ascend to a new age! A prosperous age that will last generations.'" King Cobra feels now conflicted.
His daughter that he hasn't seen in three years, has matured and got a boyfriend. They can even control the desert like in the prophecy! As a king he is delighted for his people, but as a father he is vexed.
"Do you really love that man?" He asks her carefully.
"Y-yes… Since the time he saved me from drowning, I only loved him more..." She looks at the floor, embarrassed from her fathers gaze.
"*Sigh* You know that you can't marry him being a pirate. But I will try to support you. Just don't burn yourself." He smiles at her bittersweetly.
"Y-your majesty?! You can't be serious?!" Chaka and Pell look at Cobra in disbelief.
"Thanks dad!" Vivi hugs Cobra happily.
'Well, at least I get to see her happy.' Cobra smiles to himself.
"So, he can form contracts? Who else does he have contracted?" Cobra
"..." Vivi just stays silent, alerting Cobra.

"Milk?" Smoker looks confused at Braum, since why would pirates drink milk and not booze.

"This looks depressingly poor, but thanks!" I make all the golden sand fly inside filling the room.
"Damn air takes too much space! Incinerate! Winter's chill!" I start to melt the dust and cool it down into solid gold. After a few minutes I finish and lean on a wall.
"Damn, I'm tired as hell… But I did train my control and endurance! Igaram, can you bring me to the throne room? I want to have a little break before we start to plan the country's future." Lynx
"Mi-mi! Didn't you say you don't care about the country?" Igaram
"Like I will let Vivi handle the country is such a poor state! Before we leave, I plan to at least make it more manageable!" I look at him with a serious expression.

Everyone sits down normally in their assigned seats with Cobra sitting in the honor seat and Vivi besides him. Mikita, Robin and Zala sit around me as they used to be part of the organization causing havoc. Annie just skips over and sits on me ignoring her seat.
"Ah finally, Daddy's lap! Nothing beats it!" She just snuggles into me and dozes off.
Cobra and the retainers look at Annie in confusion, seeking answers from Vivi.
"She is an orphan he adopted on the way." Vivi leans over and whispers.
'Well to adopt a random orphan, he must not be that bad…' Cobra nods and focuses at the table.
"Thank you all for coming! We are gathered here to discuss the future of Alabasta!" King Cobra starts off.
"As a king I would like to ask you all first for forgiveness at my helplessness." Cobra bows towards the audience.
"Your majesty! You shouldn't bow so easily!!!" Chaka
"Mi-mi-mi! Chaka, Pell. Wait for his majesty to finish." Igaram just stands there waiting for further words.
"This is the least I can do to you Kohza and the people who suffered. And for your two groups who had to interfere and help us survive." He looks at the rebels first and then at us and Smoker.
"Anything for a friend!" Luffy
"It was the right thing to do." Smoker
His gaze finally stops on me.
"And I have to thank you the most Clawe D Lynx! Your knowledge and planning saved Alabasta of many fine citizens from spilling blood needlessly. The intelligence you provided reconciled our people in the face of the common enemy… That we sadly couldn't bring down ourselves or prosecute since the accident." Cobra again lowers his head towards me.
"Well, I wouldn't be able to do it on my own. I mostly made connections and deals, resulting in the most efficient way of dealing with it. I just hope that you will be able to get up to your feet." I know this time is not the time to make jokes, so I act like I should.
"Well then I also got to thank you for returning our national treasure to us." Cobra
"Wait WHAT?! LYNX! WHAT DID YOU GIVE THEM?!" Nami looks at me menacingly.

"Wait, you obtained the sand sand fruit?!" Luffy has awoken just recently and hasn't been informed of what happened.
"Well yes, but actually no." I don't know how to explain it so an idiot like Luffy can understand.
"We thank you sincerely and also captain Smoker and Tashigi for the assistance of the natural crisis." Cobra
"It was mostly the Strawhats that did it. We could easily be replaced in the operation." Smoker crosses his arms annoyed by the fact.
"Well the help of the marines helped to keep the civilians safe if something happened." Cobra nods.
"Now, let's start with the discussion." Cobra became serious.
"I think the first point should be infrastructure. I suggest that me and Vivi start to use the fruit to clean the cities of sand and use my combination of powers to create canals from the Sandora river to the major cities. This will allow easier transport between them, irrigation, cities will be able to get water to survive in droughts and small villages can sprout between the cities." Lynx
"If you would do that, I would be sincerely thankful and reward you accordingly." Cobra
"Thank you, but I don't need rewards, since this concerns Vivi's future." I answer calmly.
"Oh? Why do you say that?" Cobra sharpens his eyes.
"Because Vivi is my woman and she wants to lead this country to new heights." I declare without batting an eye.
Silence descends the table. Me being surrounded by women didn't help.
"So you are the guy that Vivi fell for?" Kohza looks at me assessingly.
"Yes, but what does that matter here?" Lynx
"I asked since you just mentioned it." He continues to stare at me.
"I mentioned it as the reason why I don't need a reward. Please keep your head in the game for now. You came so we can discuss the future of the people, not my relationship." I glance back at Cobra while I annoy Kohza.
"Fine, let's leave that behind. Any other suggestions?" Cobra says while Vivi blushes by the side with a silly smile.
"Establish trade routes through the canals, give aid in budding businesses for a start. After that I would suggest you establish garrisons in all cities, but coastal ones should be the priority against the attacks of bastard pirates. The bastard pirates meaning the criminal ones, not the adventurous ones like us.
Patrol boats at the river delta to stop any of the bastard pirates to go inland. Maybe establish a city where pirates are welcomed and have a bigger garrison of troops there to overlook as most pirates would go there for restocking. It would be great if some of the garrison would include the rebels, who have the right values." Lynx
"That's all great and fine, but we currently have no funds for all that. The continued droughts and civil war drained our coffers too much. You saw it since you were there." Cobra says disappointingly.
"Nami, what were our spoils at the casino? And how much would 300 tons of gold convert to in berries?" I face Nami.
"You don't plan to…" Nami looks with fear at me.
"Just give me the numbers, woman!" I raise my voice.
"... 200 mill- 400 million in the spoils and that gold would convert to a bit over 500 million berries…" Nami gives up faking the numbers after my glare.
"Like we discussed, 25% of the spoils are mine so from 900 million is… 225 million. You can slowly use this money to bring the country back to its feet, without interest. If you embezzle it, I will come and punish the people accordingly. Smoker, would you be so kind~" I smile at him.
He only grunts and pulls out his baton, showing it being half discolored. The men who saw that quickly figure it out, sitting or standing a bit more straight and clenching their ass cheeks together.
"M-much appreciated…" Cobra sits a bit uncomfortable in his big chair.
"Well that all for my part. You can discuss the other minor things by yourself. Wake me up when the food comes." I lean back and start to nap with Annie in my arms.
"..." Everyone just stares at me for a while in silence before they start discussing. Well mostly Kohza's and Cobra's sides.

"Ka-kaw!" A NewsCoo flies into the palace with the newspaper as the discussions are starting to end.
Pell quickly pays for the extra edition before widening his eyes when he looks through.
"Y-y-y-your majesty! I think you should look at this… Like right now!" Pell hands over the newspaper to Cobra, who reads it loudly for everyone to hear.

Summary: Sir Crocodile formed an underground organization to stage a rebellion in the kingdom of Alabasta, trying to take it over by using the banned Dance powder and blaming it on the king of Alabasta- Cobra. He murdered, manipulated and deceived the people.
The Straw hat pirates have saved and escorted princess Vivi to Alabasta and defeated the organization. Sir Crocodile was later defeated by Straw hat Luffy and executed by Clawe D Lynx.

"He? We-what?" I wake up from the nap from the stack of papers falling on the table in front of us.

Smoker wants to hit me the most, but his curiosity and confusion won out. He calls the number.
"Hello? Smoker?" A voice sounds out.
"Hello you fucking bastards! Clawe D Lynx here after stealing the denden mushi from Smoker's ship! Would you bastards be so kind to explain why you criminalized your own people? I'm really curious~" I act as annoyingly as I could.
"... You are Clawe D Lynx?" The voice responds.
I put my index finger to my lips so no one makes a sound.
"Yep~ Was just chilling on the ship as we were leaving Alabasta when the NewsCoo dropped the new bounties. I understand our bounties as I shed a bad light on you and the government by sharing the information. But I was totally confused about putting a bounty on your own people~" Lynx
There are some whispers heard from the other side when the voice speaks again.
"Captain Smoker and his aide Tashigi were deceived by you and aided you in your plans of throwing bad light on us. They are disqualified by marines and will be brought to justice as traitors." The voice.
Silence descends in the throne room once again. Smoker's nostrils flare and his veins pop up on his forehead. Tashigi slumps in her chair without a soul.
"... I gotta say, you fuckers are retarded as hell! I just outsmarted them once, but they only followed their 'orders' while following real justice you bastards aren't willing to deliver. You rotten bastards disgust me and I can't wait to sink you all into the ocean. But thanks! I will take care of the two better than you ever would~ Oh and one more thing! Go choke on your own dicks!!!" I cut the call with visible anger.
I pass Annie to Robin beside me. While standing up from my chair seriously.
"You have heard how rotten the government and the marines are in the upper echelons. There are some good ones but they are rare, just like pirates like us who sail for adventure and freedom. And I can't stand it anymore!" I hit the table with a fist blowing some steam.
"Even if you can't stand it, what do you want to do against the whole world?" Cobra looks at me calmly, seeing a spark in my eyes.

"Yea, we shouldn't provoke them too much or something bad will happen!" Nami
"Heh, what can they do? If they send an admiral they will leave themselves open from the New world! We maybe aren't strong enough yet, but that changes quickly! Now, since you two will be pursued, do you want to join us? You have a high bounty, no ship nor a place to go." I turn towards Smoker.
"That would be my last option, ever. Why would I join the ones who caused me to become wanted?" Smoker
"Because you are too recognizable, can't bounty hunt, nor would want to join other pirates since they are scum. We are your only option that can also have you prove everything wrong with the marines." I don't back off.
"I'm not that easily persuaded." Smoker
"You can think all you want, but you will realize it soon." I shift my gaze to Cobra.
"Even as we travel, I will personally come back to help the development of Alabasta." Lynx

The mealtime actually relaxed the atmosphere of the room with our weird eating habits, our playing around and singing. Terracotta, the wife of Igaram, was actually happy to have a cooking challenge against the eating of Luffy.

After the feast everyone went to the royal bath.

Braum relaxes with me and doesn't say anything seeing my smile. He grins himself as he thinks about the guys being hit by karma called Lynx and Women's wrath.

Vivi, Annie, Robin, Zala, Heph and Mikita all freeze up before smiling.
" Cover yourselves girls!" Vivi warns the other girls not contracted to me.
"Who is up for some target practice~?" Annie smiles.
Tashigi, Nami, Marianne and Lola just cover themselves a bit confused. But then they notice the audience of men looking over the wall.
"Ah perverts!" Tashigi turns herself around.
"Those guys… Happiness punch!! That will be 100.000 berries each." Nami uncovers her boobs making them nosebleed and fall over.
"NAMI!!!" Vivi is shocked by her.

When the guys fall over I gaze at them and say.

The men all scramble back onto the wall, While I put my hands on both Smoker and Braum and shake my head to not go.
As the men scramble back on the girls open their lower half of their towels… And show erect dicks to the guys.

Seeing their state, Smoker looks at me warily.
