Through the small portal with the hand holding the baton, sand comes through and forms my body.

With no one maintaining the air in Luffy anymore, the air rushes out and he starts to fly around like a balloon. About a minute of randomly flying around into the distance, I pull the air and summon Luffy back.
"I feel weird…" Luffy comments as he drops to the floor.
He is currently stretched like an overused balloon or something else I don't want to mention. Seems like being stretched out like that pushed him a bit to the limit and will take some time to get back to normal.

"Hey, can any of you heal him? Waiting for natural regeneration would take a while." I turn to our spectators.
Siren, Janna and Sona come closer to use their healing abilities on Luffy, since I have my arms full.
My other summons just chuckle since the show was quite fun. Annie and Lux even rushed to me asking about the game.
"Daddy! What was that game?! I wanna play too!" Annie
"Yea! What does it take for me to play as well?!" Lux
I think about it for a bit and nod.
"Well we can have training pokemon style. Just need more people who are willing to do it. Later, we can even get real pokemon!" I smile at them.
"What are pokemon?" Annie looks confused.
"They are supernatural animals and plants you can use to do things or fight other pokemon in battles like I just did." I explain briefly.
"My vote for the next summon is for someone from the world where these pokemon live!" Lux hops happily.

The rest of the spectators have mixed expressions.
The one with shining eyes like Chopper.
And the ones who are confused as hell, not knowing what the fuck just happened. This includes Zoro and the Shandians.
"Damn it! Those two got a good battle while I had mine stolen from me!" Zoro frowns annoyed.
"WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?!" Laki gawks not knowing what to say.
"What is rubber so that the straw hat wearing guy didn't get destroyed and could hit Enel?!" Kamakiri
"... We got our homeland back without doing anything." Wyper clenches his fists from the feelings of frustration.
"So was this the show, he wanted to show us? He showed off his strength as he plans to rule us, ain't he?" Braham looks at Wyper.
"Don't worry about that. Even if I will be put on top, I treat my people well and make them prosper. You will see soon how I will fix up Skypiea and Shandia. But wait for a bit, I need to ring the light of Shandora." I smile at them while walking over with the powerless Enel over my shoulder.
They all look at me but don't do anything brash.
"You know where the light of Shandora is?" Wyper asks.
"Yes. But like I said, just a moment." I extend my arm with the Enel-on-a-stick.
Generating a visible lasso, I throw it around his next and tighten it.
"Don't resist me no matter what." I mumble lightly.
But after a pokemon battle and a new summon, there is only one thing to do.
"I caught an Enel!" I yell while raising the baton hand high in the air showing off Enel.
"Luffy!" The just healed Luffy jumps over and yells in victory as he hits his chest.
"Ok, the battle is over Luffy, you can speak normally again." I chuckle at him.
"Luffy? Ah I meant really?" Luffy asks me, kinda sad.
"Don't worry, we can play it more later." I reassure him.
"REALLY?! WOHOOO!!!" Luffy runs around happily.
The Shandians look incredulous at us.
"Was our homeland really returned by these two?" Wyper sighs.
"Sadly, yes…" Laki sighs as well.

At this time Janna floats over.
"Lynx. I have something I want to talk with you about." Janna
"Huh? What is it?" I tilt my head since I have no idea what it's about.
"I am happy that you summoned me since you filled the time that I usually would be alone with fun and exciting things. But I really dislike reasonless violence. I don't mind helping to save people like here, but going around the oceans just to pick fights like this crew is doing really doesn't fit well with me." Janna says with visible bitter-sweet feelings.
"Oh, I understand that. Everyone has their preferences. So you want me to send you back or something?" I ask a bit sad because of the feeling she might leave me.
"No, returning back to the oceans by my lone self would be torture. You said you wanted to expand your kingdom up here. Since I like it here, can I stay here and come when you need me?" Janna asks hopefully.
"I would like that too for now. I want to learn my new weapon first and since I need a lot of space, the ship is no good. I can take care of the order while I am here, play music and later join you back for fights!" Sona approaches me as well and asks.
"Oh, that's just perfect. Come closer then." I get an idea and smile at them.
The two girls look at each other and come closer. I drop Enel on the floor and grab onto his head. My soul energy rushes into him and first starts to extract his memories about the use of the rumble-rumble fruit, the location and the manual of the Ark Maxim and lastly the rumble-rumble fruit.
Since I gained experience from extracting the powers, Enel didn't die nor was he damaged as I pulled out his powers. With the powers midway the lasso thread connecting us, I shift the path of the powers towards Janna.
*Rumble!!*
Janna feels the powers of lightning permeating her. Her silver hair starts to float up as electricity jumps between it.
"HAAAAAAAA!!!" She quickly flies up and discharges lightning at the sky, shell shocked everyone present.
I turn towards the Shandians and smile.
"Let me introduce you to your future governor. She is a spirit that materialized from the prayers of people in need. She is the mistress of the wind and now lightning. I give you Janna Storm!" I announce as Janna slowly floats down with lightning sparking around her.
I send the memories of lightning powers from Enel to Janna, while Enel just looks like he lost his soul.
"I promise to be kind, fair and to protect everyone living in the Emperor cumulus." Janna says while slightly smiling.
"Well, let's proclaim our victory then!" I create a portal and pull out my bow.
Picking Enel-on-a-stick I nock the base of the baton onto the bow, look at Giant Jack and aim above it even when I can't see the top. Borrowing the lightning ability from Janna, I close my eyes and let my haki, the lightning enhancement and the bow haki enhancement mix together to observe towards the top of Giant Jack. Feeling what's up there, I smile and open my eyes. Channeling my mana into the bow to increase its strength, I draw it back.
'So many amusing gazes around me~' I smile as most of them look lost or are waiting with excitement.
"Power chord! Tailwind! Zephyr! 100.000 years of death- Sky judgement! Let the bells ring for your funeral!" I enchant the baton and shoot it.
*FWOOOSH!!!*
Like lightning, Enel disappeared from sight. Feeling the connection still I am surprised- Somehow, Enel didn't die just by the acceleration of the baton pushing further inside him, but he most certainly had his organs rearranged.
'I want the bell to ring well and I need to be close when he dies to get his soul energy… Let's give him a bit of armament to him so I can summon him back and retrieve the baton. I like it too much already.' I think to myself and send over some armament haki.
I just wait under the confused gazes of everyone so I start to count down loudly.
"THREE! TWO!! ONE!!!" I yell.
*GOOOOOONGGGGGG!!!! GOOOOOOONG!!!!..." The bell starts to ring loudly, echoing loudly so everyone inside the sky island, Jaya and the nearby ocean can hear it.
"He rang it… The light of Shandora…" Wyper says.
The Shandians freeze, but their blood basically boils. As if the sound is in their genes, their bodies stiffened up, looked up to where I shot Enel and no matter who it was, tears started to flow down their faces.
All the weapons they are holding fell to the floor as they themselves fell on their knees.
All the Straw hat members here just close their eyes as they listen to the bell.
"Wow~ That sounds beautiful." Lux smiles happily.
"Sure is." Mikita
"Yea! It rings so well… I need to learn to do that 100.000 years as well~" Annie chuckles.
"This is good for sore ears after all those lightning strikes, heheh!" Braum
"Alright, my job will be to also ring this bell everyday!" Soan declares.

(POV Straw hats on the ship)
"They rung it! They actually rung it!!!" Usopp cries from happiness for Cricket and the monkey bros.
"So this is the sound of the bell Noland heard?" Sanji smiles.
"I wanna see the bell!!!" Nami has berry signs instead of eyes.
"The varse is singing?" Conis and Pagaya have no words to describe it.
"That sounds like one hell of a KO for some reason…" Buggs makes a thinking face.
"JURAAAAA JULALAAAAAA!!!" the giant snake stops and cries into the sky as tears start to drop from it's eyes.

"It's a miracle! After 400 years of silence, I didn't think that bell would ever ring again. I'd almost given up! Great warrior Kalgara, can you hear it? The light of Shandora rings again!" Chief
"..." Aisa just stares at the sky with no words to describe it.

"The gods exist?!" McKinley looks shocked at the sky.

"Hey boss? Isn't this?" Masira looks at Cricket.
"Yes. There is no doubt. Now that's a great adventure." Cricket smiles proudly.
"From the sky…" Masira
"Now I am shaken!" Shoujou
"There is only one bell that rings like that." Masira
"The monsters that appear along the emperor cloud… It all makes sense now…" Shoujou
"C'mon… How could they leave me down here?" Marianne pouts.
"Since it took them so long they must have fought, right." Cricket
"Well that's fine then as long as they remember to summon me soon." Marianne pouts while drinking tea.
"So does this mean we confirmed that people really live in the sky?" Masira
"Sure looks that way. That sound is proof! We can hear the sound of a large golden bell. El Dorado really exists in the sky. Noland, my ancestor really wasn't a liar. And you all told me so, you believed… *Cough cough!*" Cricket falls on one knee as he coughs.
"Boss! Are you alright?!" Masira and Shoujou.
"Those guys are okay… I was so worried." Some tears flow from Cricket's eyes, making Masira and Shoujou smile stupidly.

Pulling at the air, the bloody Enel on the baton appears.
"Have a taste of your own powers. El thor." I throw him off the baton slightly into the sky and vaporize his whole body with a lightning pillar.
With his kill I actually obtained 10 soul energy, making my total to come to 14.
"Now, with this done we can proceed with our plans. Gan Fall, you will go to all of Skypiea, tell them that Enel is dead and they should all be present at the entrance of Upper garden, which will now be called Shandia. You are also to evacuate God's residence. Have them be there in the morning." I turn to Gan Fall to explain, which seems to garner the Shandians favor.
"I… Understand. But let me tell you that we won't be able to live well without some of the cultivating varse." Gan Fall still is thinking about his people.
"Why should we share our Shandia with you after all that you did!" Kamakiri
"You should be happy we don't kill you all and be happy that the blue sea people are here." Wyper says hatefully to Gan Fall.
"You all stop. No more conflict. What happened in the past will stay there and can't be changed. You can either learn from it or make the same mistakes." I turn towards the Shandians.
"Nice, to see you are listening to my lectures occasionally~" Robin appears smiling.
"Well with you being so knowledgeable, I have to give it some thought. So you found the real Shandia?" I ask Robin.
"Yes, we can go down anytime. I made a passage." Robin smiles.
"Good. Now back to the topic. You don't have to worry about not having enough cultivation varse or earth as we call it. We brought enough for trading and later I will create a portal to my other kingdom in the blue sea. Food won't be a problem." I explain to him.
"Then I have no objections. I will go now. Let's go Pierre!" Gan Fall flies away with Pierre, leaving us with the Shandians.
"Now for you. First go down with Robin over here to the entrance to your true homeland, there you will split into two groups. First group that will restore the best maintained houses to a living standard, of course if there aren't any historical relics. Those will be taken to the side so Robin can study them. The second group will go pick up the rest of the Shandians in your village and your belongings to move back here." Lynx
"Everything was packed and the Shandians are coming on boats since we decided that this is our final struggle." Laki explains.
"Good, then just have them move it into the prepared homes. I will go save our ship from the snake." Lynx flies off.
"Well come with me. We have a lot of things to do." Robin beckons.

"Hmm how should I get the snake on our good side? I totally forgot it's name… OH! I have a portal!" Lynx opens up a small portal near a guy in front of a computer.
The guy turns and sees Lynx's head poking out of the portal.
"... What the fuck are you doing here Lynx?" Author
"Who are you and how do you know me?" Lynx looks at the author confused.
"..." Author is silent.
"Wait… Your hands are writing what we say… AM I A FANFIC?!?!" Lynx looks at the author stupidly.
"*Sigh* Yes… Why are you he- Nevermind. You are here for the name of the giant snake, right?" Author asks Lynx.
"Uhhh, yeaaaa… I wanted to find a guy who is using the OP wiki…" Lynx looks away nervously.
"Well the snake's name is Nola. Now go quickly before you cause trouble." Author
"Can I come more often?" Lynx sends a sneaky glance at the author.
"Nope. But here… If you want to know the name of someone or something you forgot you can ask me over that connection. Now go." The author makes a connection similar to the lasso that connects the two of us.
Author then pushes Lynx's head back into the portal and makes it disappear.
"Now, that that troublemaker is out of the way, let's make it stay like that. Have to be smart, since Lynx is sneaky" Author

"I summon in my name! My author!" I stand there for a few seconds but the lasso doesn't listen.
"I summon in my name! My author's mom!" Again nothing happens.
"Damn! The author knows me too well! And I was thinking what I could do to change things up a bit..." I cross my arms from frustration.
[Stop screwing around me or I will nerf you and throw Sengoku, Garp, Big Mom, Whitebeard, Shanks, Kaido and Dragon at you.] Author sends a message over the link.
"... Ok, I'll behave… For now." Lynx
[Good boy. Now go tame the snake.] Author
"..." I bite my lip and just continue towards the giant sky serpent.
Turning into lightning I fast travel to the giant serpent and the Merry close to each other.
"Hey guys! Go dock the ship somewhere. We will be going to the city of Shandia." I yell to the people on board.
"What? You finished everything?" Sanji asks.
"ARE YOU CRAZY?! WHAT ABOUT THE SNAKE THERE?!" Nami and Usopp scream.
"That ability! Did you kill God and take his powers?!" Conis is stunned, as the tyranny is finally over.
"Yea, he is dead. Don't worry about the snake. I will take care of it." I reassure them.
"Alright, we will leave it to you~" Zala winks and helps to steer the ship.
"I wanna stay and observe!" Conis bit her lip and jumped off the ship and stared at me.
"Noooo! Conis chwaaaaann!!!!" Sanji extends his arm after her like he just lust her too.
"If you wish, sure. But come, you need to be close so I can protect you. Hold on tight." I appear in front of her, sling her on my back and fly back towards the snake.
"NOLA!!!" I yell at the serpent.
"Julala?" Nola looks confused as I bring her back from her nostalgia remembering Kalgara and Noland.
"Nola! I know you are a good snake! Do you want to be back in Shandia with all the Shandians playing with you again? To spend time with you? Would you also like to meet the descendants of Kalgara and Noland? Come with me and I promise! The old Shandia will return!" Lynx
