Now that Grayfia had left Vander looked at Rias as he asked her for some information.

"Do you have a spare Bishop peace?"

She nodded.

"I once had a Mutation Bishop piece so I still have my regular one. Who do you want to add to my peerage?"

Vander crossed his arms.

"Where are they then?"

Rias pointed out the door.

"In this building. My brother sealed him away because his Sacred Gear was too uncontrollable."

Vander squinted his eyes.

"Come on, we are picking them up then we go to my mansion. After we will go back to the Underworld for some last-minute extreme training. Rituals and all."

Rias did not want to disobey her brother though.

"But it was my brother Sir-"

Vander smiled at her and asked her a very scary question in a very kind tone.

"Would you rather disobey him or me?"

She shivered as she got up with a nervous laugh.

"Of course, it is time to bring him out of the seal. My brother won't mind."

Akeno, Koneko, and Kiba got up and followed Rias, and Vander out of the room. Raynare, La Folia, and Naerdeath followed Vander, but Issei did not get up. He was not in the mood and no one bothered him.

As he sat on the couch Ddraig spoke to him.

"Won't you follow them?"

"Why? No one respects me at all around here."

"That is true. After I awoke I looked through your memories and have not been a very noble person. Still, you can change now you know. Earn their respect with your actions."

Issei squinted his eyes.

"Why brother? Raynare a girl I loved killed me, Rias who I thought saved me let me die to add me to her peerage. Worst of all I have to interact every day with Raynare because she belongs to Vander. How unfair is that?"

"That is how the world works Issei. The strong do as they please while the weak stay on the bottom. How about you show them that you can be strong too? You have already started to train for the day that you can leave Rias and find your own harem. As a dragon host that is something that is yours for the taking."

Issei groaned as he got up.

"Your right. I can't let them decide for me."

He ran to follow the rest as they were standing in front of a large door that had police tape and a heavy lock. Vander walked toward it and snapped his fingers breaking the seal.

"Let's go."

Rias reached out and grabbed his arm.

"Vander, can you please be gentle? He is very easily spooked."

He looked down at her confused.

"I am not that scary."

La Folia scoffed.

"You are 6'10, of course, you are scary. Of course, I like that."

She winked at him which made him smile.

"Thanks. Fine, I will restrain myself."

Rias sighed as she opened the door. When they opened it they heard a high-pitched scream.

"NO! I DON'T WANT TO GO! GO AWAY!"

Vander looked at the coffin in the middle of the room with a raised eye brow.

"That a vampire?"

Rias nodded as she walked toward the coffin.

"He was once a Half Vampire, Half Human hybrid."

She removed the lid of the coffin which caused Gasper to scream.

"NO! DON'T LOOK AT ME!"

She sighed as she hugged Gasper.

"His name is Gasper Vladi, my family."

A scoff could be heard which came from Issei. He did look at Gasper confused.

"Knowing Gasper was a boy was confusing so he avoided looking too much.

"Come on, we don't get a lot of time."

He walked toward Gasper and grabbed his arm. That caused Gasper to panic and his Sacred Gear to activate. He froze time in his line of sight which did not include Vander, La Folia, and Naerdeath as Vander used his own time magic to cancel it out.

He still saw how Gasper went to the other end of the room.

"Please don't be mad."

Akeno smiled as she explained what happened.

"This is his sacred gear Forbidne Ballor View. Anything in his line of sight is frozen in time, but he can't control it. So when he gets nervous his power activities on its own."

Vander started to plan for a combo with Akeno and Gasper as if he froze th Peerage of Riser, she could take them out with Holy Lightning. Vander walked toward Gasper and kneeled in front of him. Just that made Gasper nervous, but Vander was not done.

He leaned in close and-

"Boo."

That made Gasper scream and his Sacred Gear activate. It tried to freeze Vander in place, but Vander grabbed his arm.

"Relax kid."

Vander cleared his voice and sang a little line.

"I will make a man out of you."

That made La Folia break out laughing as he was quoting Mulan. It even worked in this context as Gasper lacked less manhood than Issei. And that was saying something. Vander lifted his arm and bit his wrist causing Gasper to recoil as the blood leaked.

Rias knew what Vander wanted Gasper to do so she explained something.

"He does not like blood."

He held his arm above Gasper, but no blood dripped down as he prevented it.

"Open wide."

Gasper shook his head.

"NO! Blood is nasty."

Vander frowned as he looked at Gasper.

"I was not asking. Open wide or I will force feed you."

Gasper stuck his tongue out as a drop of Vander's blood fell on his tongue. His eyes went wide open as he felt power rush through his body and his eyes felt like he gained control. For the first time in his life he turned into a swarm of bats like Nerezza usually did.

Dark tendrils of power rose from the darkroom as Vander felt time begin to freeze as Gaper took control of his own power. Vander waved his hand and turned Gasper back into is vampire form.

"Calm down, don't go all crazy. Take a deep breath."

Gasper took a deep breath as Vander said.

"I am ok. Thank you for the help."

Vander shook his head.

"Use it to help Rias win her ratting game. We are going to the Underworld very soon. You will take part in it and I have just the person to help you with being a vampire."

Vander was curious.

"Who?"

"My maid. Her name is Nerezza, she is a half-devil half-vampire. Now, that is dealt with, is everyone ready for some of the most extreme training you will experience in your lives?"

Kiba nodded.

"I am ready. I plan to defeat Ripper this time around."

Naerdeath gave him a thumbs up.

"Good luck with that. He wants to kill and eat you."

Kiba knew they were not kidding as Ripper always licked his lips when he saw him. Koneko herself accepted as well.

"I plan to make use more of my Senjustu, meow."

That came out of nowhere, but as she had begun to accept herself more it came out. Vander patted her on the head.

"I am happy for you. Akeno, have you taken my advice?"

Akeno nodded.

"I have begun to come to terms with myself. Yesterday I gained these."

She spread her wings out and now she had a second pair. She now had two Devil wings and two fallen wings for a total of 4.

"You are doing great. I expect you to gain another set during the training. Rias, how has your control over Energy of Destruction come?"

"I have managed to control its shape and I no longer need to blast it, but copying what La Folia does is beyond me at the momemet."

La Folia understood.

"That is fine, I have two weeks so I expect you to be able to form a construct by then. Now, Issei. What about you?"

Issei explained what he had been doing.

"As my talent for magic is terrible, I have been working on my body recently. I am pushing the number of times I can boost my power and hold it."

Vander nodded.

"That is good. You will need some weight and gravity training. All of you will and now I have an idea of how to train you. Let's go pick up your new piece and my servants before we leave."

Vander wave his hand and in a flash of dark purple flames, they vanished and appeared in his mansion. Nerezza appeared in a swarm of bats which made Gasper feel happy someone like him was around.

"Sir Vander, Lady La Folia, Lady Naerdeath. Welcome back, why are you early?"

Vander explained why he was there.

"Rias is challenging Riser to a Rating Game and I bought her two weeks of training. Can you bring me Asia, Kalawarna, and Dohnaseek. We are going to the Underworld and I will also take the chance to get my Evil Pieces will I am done there. Would you like to join my peerage?"

Her red eyes went wide open as she did not think he would offer her that. She bowed and have him a nod.

"It would be my pleasure. I shall go fetch them for you, my lord."

"Thank you, I will check on you know who. For now, you can make yourself at home."

He teleported into the room where he had Freed. Before Vander placed him here he was lean wth decent muscles with long white hair. Now, his hair was falling out in patches and he was starting to look like skin and bones.

Vander glanced at him and saw his eyes were starting to look hollow.

"Good."

He walked toward the blood tank that was nearly full. He removed it and replaced it with another one. He refilled the potions that were injected into Freed and looked at the blood tank.

He brought a small amount out and drank it. His body pulled out the useful components of the blood which were not many as even a hero was still human. However, there was still some limited use for it as he would have a better connection to Gram when he found it.

He preserved the blood and dropped it into his shadow for safekeeping. Once he finished that he teleported out of the room and returned to the main gathering area where everyone had gathered.

Rias was talking to Asia and found it odd that Vander did not want her in his peerage.

"Vander, are you sure you want me to add her to my peerage? Twilight Healing is very rare and is great at healing."

He nodded.

"I am sure. I can't make the most of her as she is far too kind to be part of the battle-related peerage I plan to make. If I am to take a healer I need a battle healer who can also fight, but she can't. She is kind to a fault."

Asia looked down as it was her kindness that got her kicked out of the church.

"I am sorry."

Issei just gave her some encouraging words.

"At least Vander was honest with you."

Rias no longer tried to say anything as he was right to be mad.

"Well Asia, are you willing to join my peerage as my second Bishop?"

Asia nodded as she removed her cross. She handed it to Vander who looked at it in his hands.

"I am willing."

Rias pulled out her spare bishop and activated the ritual then and there.

"In the name of Rias Gremory, do you accept to serve as a member of my household?"

"I do."

The Bishop entered Asia's chest and from her back emerged two devil wings. Akeno, Kiba, Koneko, Gasper, and even Issei congratulated her. Once that was dealt with, Vander looked them over with a serious look on his face.

"Alright, once we head down all of you will undergo the rituals I want. They are painful, but you will need them and your training will increase in intensity. Asia, you can forgo this as you are no use in a fight. However, your training will be to heal them when they get injured.

Nerezza, I want you to train Gasper on being a vampire and I will have something for you. You better be ready for two weeks of Hell."

Vander waved his hands and teleported them into the Underworld. He laughed in his mind at how screwed Riser was when he finished. In a flash of fire, they disappeared and appeared in the Gremory mansion. They would not stay here for long though as he was just making a pit stop.
