29 First Fallen Angel.

Issei managed to activate his Sacred Gear which was a red gauntlet that left his finger exposed. He didn't know what it could do, but Rias said it was Dragon related. That sounded cool, but he did not feel too happy about it.

When he got to class, he felt too nervous to look at Vander, La Folia, or Naerdeath. Rias had told him to not look at them if he could not keep his eyes respectful. Vander would kill him with no hesitation and she even explained that Vander could make it seem like he never existed by wiping people's memories of him.

The idea that he could be killed and disappeared without even his parents knowing was terrifying. As for Vander, he half focused on the lesson and half focused on reading a spell book on different uses for lightning magic.

La Folia herself was reading a book that Serafal gave her which was a spell book with her Celcius Ice Trigger technique and another one with a ritual book. The ritual was to imbue her Glacial magic with a shard of ice from Cocytus. Serafall had only completed the first part of the ritual before she called it quits.

She managed to absorb only a small shard before the pain in her soul and body become much too extreme to handle. That was the reason she only used that power when needed as it drained her Demonic Power to the extreme. As the ritual was unfinished she had to use more energy to make up for it.

She thought about it as she felt she could complete the ritual as she was used to soul pain. Before he submitted to her, her demon tortured her soul day in and day out to break her. Back when he was weak and desired to eat her soul. Now that they were both strong they had a relationship of equals.

'Vander, do you think you could help me complete this ritual? I feel your blood would make the best material to draw it.'

He glanced over as they spoke with telepathy.

'Sure. I don't mind. Still, how are you going to get the Cocytus Ice shard and the rest of the ritual materials?'

'I am the daughter of Sirzechs Lucifer and Grayfia Lucifuge. I have my ways. I think I have an idea on how to make it even better.'

'How?'

'You know how there was a Mulpelhime core? I plan to go see if I can get the Dwarves to sell me a Helheim core or Ice shard.'

Naerdeath did not feel that was a good idea.

'I don't they will do it. They are greedy and don't like to sell to outsides.'

Vander had an idea.

'Will they say the same when I offer them some of my material?'

La Folia sighed.

'Nevermind. Let's not do it.'

Vander shook his head.

'If it can help you, I do not mind.'

She sighed as she knew that Vander was stubborn.

'Fine, we can go.'

'Alright, we will have to plan though.'

Naerdeath was curious but did not know if they would link her and her father. She was glad that she did not look too Dwarf like as her succubus genes were quite prominent Maybe she could pass off as a short succubus if that was the case.

They still partially focused on their school work, but it was a secondary thing for them. Even then they still made top grades on their assignments. They even finished their homework for the day in class without having to bother.

At the end of the day, Vander looked at Issei and walked next to him. La Folia and Naerdeath were confused about why he wanted to talk to Issei, but they still followed him.

"Walk with me Issei."

Issei looked at Vander, who looked down at him with a blank look on his face.

"W-what?"

"You are coming with me for a small walk. There is some stuff I need to make sure you understand. No questions. Let's go."

"Ok."

Vander had an idea.

"Let's visit your parents."

That made him worry about what Vander would do to them, but he did not refuse him. As they walked toward the exit, Issei's two perverted friends saw him walking with Vander, La Folia, and Naerdeath. They saw that Issei was scarred and got in the way.

"You aren't laying a hand on him."

Issei tried to tell them to leave it, but Vander just willed it and their expressions went blank. They moved out the way which made Issei understand that was how easy someone like Vander could do as they wished with humans.

"They will be fine. Come on."

They began to walk toward Issei's house which was not very far. They stayed silent as they walked until Vander broke the silence.

"Tell me, what caused you to be this perverted? There is a normal teen and then there is ogling girls like a total rapist. I am more impressed that some father has not beaten you to death for doing this in public."

Issei thought of it and explained.

"Well, my grandfather was a major pervert who stockpiled porn and chased after women with large breasts. That influenced me a little I guess."

La Folia covered her face in shock.

"How in the hell did he not go to prison? No, how did you not go to prison or a reformative school? I am more shocked that your parents think what you do is okay."

Naerdeath nodded.

"My father would kill you, gut you and use your skull to make a drinking cup if I tell him about what you did."

Issei looked down as he did not want that to happen. Vander scoffed as he looked at Issei.

"Look, tell me what you want most in life?"

Issei without missing a beat answered him.

"To become the King of my own harem."

Vander raised an eyebrow as he looked at him. La Folia and Naerdeath looked at him with less than impressed looks. Vander pointed at his face.

"You could wish for anything at all and you just want your own harem? I am not one to judge, but if you keep up this attitude, you won't even get women to look your way. If y-

At that moment the sky turned dark blue which made him look up.

"Oh, a bounded field."

He looked straight ahead as he saw a tall blue-haired woman walking toward them. La Folia instantly recognized what she was.

"A Fallen."

Kalawarnar squinted her eyes as she saw Issei. More importantly, Vander, La Folia, and Naerdeath were far from afraid. However, she could not feel even a shred of power from them which either meant they were normal or much stronger than she was.

Issei fell on his ass as he thought he was going to get killed again.

"How are you still alive? Raynare made sure you were dead."

Vander looked at her with an appraising look.

'She is pretty weak as is, but-'

Just as he was deep in thought a spear of light appeared in her hands.

"Even if there are more of you, I will make sure to kill the 4 of you."

She launched the spear of light at Issei's head with the intention of getting a quick kill. Before she could see it her spear of light vanished. She was confused until she saw La Folia holding her spear of light barehanded without even a change of expression.

"You know, I always wondered what light would feel like. Feels warm, but not painful."

Naerdeath looked at the spear in La Folia's hands with a theory.

"Must be because your gene purity and your weakness have been reduced since you know what."

She was not going to give out the secret of Demonic Mana so soon though. Kalawarnar thought she might have picked more than she could chew and was about to teleport away. Vander began to walk toward her with just a small bit of his aura unleashed.

With each step that Vander took toward her the larger-than-life he seemed. She knew that not even if she had backup would she have any hope to even harm him. When he stood right in front of her she felt her legs turn to jelly making her fall to her knees.

Vander kneeled down in front of her and lifted her chin to look him in the eye.

"I have a proposition for you that will let you live and will work out better for you in the end. Are you going to hear me out or will your soul be fed to a Demon? I don't know where Fallen go where they die so I will make sure you-

She knew that if she said the wrong thing she would die and be worse for it.

"Yes. Just yes. I agree."

She closed her eyes as she looked toward the ground. Being fed to a Demon was the worst punishment that was known to the Supernatural races. Anyone who had a contract with such a creature was a truly powerful individual.

She rather become a sex slave than suffer the torture that a demon could inflict. It was said that the torture of a demon felt like an eternity of pain and suffering.

"You gave up faster than I thought. I don't have a peerage at the moment, but I will quite soon. I want you to become my first pawn piece. You are weak, but you are a Fallen Angel. Meaning you have the potential to improve. Say yes if you understand."

"Yes."

La Folia walked up to Vander as she looked at Kalawarnar over.

"There is a catch though. You are not doing this out of loyalty, but fear. Swear on your soul that you shall not betray Vander, divulge any of the information he will tell you or plan to harm him or people around him. Or, I will give you to a real demon of hell. My demon."

Kalawarnar nearly fainted as La Folia's ice blue eyes turned into a hellish black and red. She even unleashed Hellish Mana which had a very unique feeling that made it obvious she really did have a Demon in her service.

That made Kalawarnar hurridly make the pact.

"I swear on my soul to never betray, backstrap, scheme again, or harm Vander and those around him."

Vander got up once she made that as he now just had to train her to become worthy for his peerage.

"How many of you are there in this town?"

"Just 4. Me included."

Vander looked at Issei behind him and thought about it.

"Is their one named Raynare among you? Why did you attack this guy?"

Kalawarnar nodded.

"She is our leader. Before we went rouge, we were told by Azazel to just monitor him. However, we left the organization and decide to kill him before the Devils could take him. We failed though."

"I see. How strong are you compared to the others in your group?"

"I am the strongest in terms of attack power."

Naerdeath was not convinced though.

"Vander, are you sure she is good enough? I mean she is weak. Really weak."

Vander nodded as he got up.

"Your right, but I say everyone has at least some talent in them. Plus she is a Fallen Angel and her species has talent in it. Give me a while and I will make her a new Seraph."

Vander opened a teleport circle under him as he no longer cared about Issei.

"Issei, remember what I told you. I know where your parents live."

Naerdeath and La Folia walked up to him as he picked up Kalawarnar on his back. Her legs were jelly at the moment and she was not going to be able to get up any time soon.

In a flash of purple flames, they vanished and appeared in front of his mansion. When she saw where they were she realized that Raynare had actually been right about staying away from the one who lived here.

She wrapped her arms around his neck as he spoke to her.

"Welcome to my home. From now on, you are now in my service. You can move around the house freely as I have no need to monitor you."

"I understand."

Vander opened the door and went inside where Nerezza instantly knew he was back. The blood pact they had was perfect for this. She appeared in a swarm of bats with a bow.

"Welcome back sir Vander."

She looked at Kalawarnar who was on his back and knew what she was.

"I see you captured a Fallen Angle sir. What do you intend to do with her?"

Vander looked at Kalawarnar who was looking at Nerezza with some fear. Nerezza was the result of the union of a Noble Vampire and Devil so she had power in spades.

"I planned to train her myself to turn her into my first pawn. Fallen angels have some talent and I plan to make use of it in my peerage. I have my first rook in Naerdeath and my first pawn in Kalawarnar. She might be weak now, but I intend to fix that."

Kalawarnar sighed as she expected that Vander would use less than kind methods to train her. She expected to be treated as a lab rat by Vander, but it was better than being Demon food.

Just as he said that Serafall walked in with Rei. Her eyes locked on Kalawarnar with squinted eyes.

"A Fallen?"

Vander nodded as he walked inside.

"Akeno is part Fallen and no one says anything. I just find that girl dumb as something is keeping her from making use of that power. Is there a rule against having Fallen in a peerage Serafall."

Hearing who she was made Kalwarnar feel that the plan to steal Asia's sacred gear would fail without a doubt. If even a Satan was here what hope did they have to take it? No, even if they did take what good would it be? There was a Satan here.

"No, there is no rule against it. Only that is is very rare as most Fallen do not submit. What did you do to scare her so much."

La Folia laughed as she left.

"I just told her she would be fed to my Demon. No one wants to be Demon food."

Vander looked at Kalawarnar on his back.

"You can get off of me now."

She let go of his neck and landed on her feet. Vander crossed his arms as he looked at her.

"Come with me. I need to see what you have at the moment and what you need to improve."

She followed him to the training room where he planned to determine the best way for her to get stronger. If she did not meet his expectations he would simply keep her around as one of his non peerage servants.
