A Cliché In The Guild Huh...

After I barged the large doors of the castle out of my way,I asked the guards that were guarding the door if they knew if there was an association of sorts that were similar to the guilds from games.

"So uhh, I know this is awkward and all but is there an association of sorts that there are requests sent by people and people answer these requests by solving the problems stated in the requests?"(Ririsu)

The guards gave me a dubious look and then answered.

"What you are probably referring to is the Adventurer Guild, young lad."(Guard 1)

"But isn't this common sense?"(Guard 1)

Since they tried to pry into my business I'll try to make them pity me. Pity can be used in all sorts of ways such as free donations. Pride? What does that do? Does it put food on the table?

"You see I lost my memories so it's a little hard to do things right now, haha..."(Ririsu)

"Didn't you just come out of the castle though?"(Guard 2)

Damn I underestimated this guy, I thought since he looked like a potato he would think the same things as a potato.

However, while I was wondering how to find a way to get out of this predicament a man who had silver hair and golden eyes who looked around his twenties came out from doors.

I unconsciously squinted my eyes due to how sparkly his clothes are.

"I believe you are Akarui Ririsu, the king has decided to bestow your humble self these items."(Sparkly Man)

Humble self? I'm pretty sure I've been saying selfish words. Has the sparkle gotten to his head?

He then handed over five hundred coins that were plated in gold and a book.

He could have also given a bag...

"And you have also left behind a comrade who had wanted to follow along with you on your strenuous adventure."

"Ah."(Ririsu)

I just relieased that Shira decided to come along with me. I left her behind though...

"You forgot about me."(Shira)

She said listlessly. Why is it that when a listless person looks angry they look scary, and I mean really scary.

"Well, I'll forgive you for now..."(Shira)

You say that but you look like a devil plotting a murder.

While I was figuring a way how to not die by the hands of Shira, sir sparkly intervened.

"I'm sorry I eavesdropped in your conversation with these guards however, if you want to reach the adventurers guild then it would be best to head to the entrance of the capital."(Sparkly)

"What if we can't find where the guild is?"(Ririsu)

"Don't worry you will find it."(Sparkly)

What does that mean? Is there something that stands out about the guild?

"Now then, it is time for me to depart. I bid you farewell."(Sparkly)

He walked back in the castle, however since I wanted to see how strong he was I said in my mind "Inspect".

When seeing the absurd status I accidently shouted.

"DO YOU EVEN NEED HEROES?!"(Ririsu)

Shira looked at me as if I was scum.

"That conversation is now finished, lets look for the guild for now."(Shira)

I guess, I'll tell her when we're in a place we can rest I guess..

We walked for a little while in the direction near the exit to the Capital but...

"What's this?"(Shira)

"Are your eyes also seeing something this sparkly, or is it just mine."(Ririsu)

"What a coincidence mine does too."(Shira)

We walked in the guild hall and there were three lines behind the counters. It seems like the three lines are so they can interact with the guild receptionist.

We walked to the shortest line and waited a few minutes.

"So what do you want, sir?"(Guild Receptionist)

"We both want to register as adventurers."(Ririsu)

"BAHAHAHA, these brats want to register as adventurers!"(???)

A chubby man who looked obese was laughing. One part of my mind wants to kick him and the other just wants to punch him. I wonder what I should do?

"Please stop bringing inconvenience to people sir Shetty."(Guild Receptionist)

I accidently muttered-

"-Who names their child 'Shetty'? Was the mother trying to think of naming her son 'waste'

but decided to go with a less vulgur way of going around it?"(Ririsu)

For a second there was silence. Then the next second noises of laughter erupted.

"YOU DAMN BRAT"(Shetty)

Shetty with his head red shouted at me. I wonder what I did to him...

"Huhu, Shetty please, stop *snicker* inconveniencing people"(Guild Receptionist)

"I'LL KILL YOU, YOU BRAT"(Shetty)

Shetty brought a sword that was at least two times his size out of nowhere and swung.

"DIE!"(Shetty)

However since I was accustomed to fighting in the previous world, I stepped aside and decided to kick his stomach which was full of fat. It looks like I decided to kick him like the first part of my mind said.

He flew back. No I mean, was flung back. This might be due to the power from coming to this world.

I then muttered-
