2 PAST LIFE....

That women I saw was on front was Akine .

I wanted to say"Hi" but couldn't. I wanted to ask " how are u", "why are u here" , I wanted say anything to her , but couldn't. What I did was kept looking at her face .

But suddenly when she saw me her expression change from relieved to terrified.

"O bachan!! O Bachan!!!" Akine called with a shaky voice .

This was a first time I got to listen her voice.

"OO!! AKINE, is that u". " come here " grandma answer.

"Y-YYES, O bachan its me " akine said looking at my face.

After hearing that from grandma akine hurry towards her, like she is afraid of me. It was a weird for me.

" Have I ever met her before , No it can't be". "No one is world can forget her face after seeing once". " Than why she would act like this in front of me". I thought while seeing her going inside.

"HARUTO, come here dinner is ready" grandma said in her soft voice.

"Coming ,grandma" I said while still thinking about her behaviour.

When , I was about to enter the room , I saw smile on Akine face . A smile which can melt a heart away . A smile which can only be seen with person whom u love and trust from deep down the heart.

"HARUTO!! Why are standing there ?" . "Come here and sit " grandma said after seeing me standing near door.

"Come haruto, sit here , with me " grandma said to me while pointing at an empty chair next to her.

In front of grandma is where AKINE sit. But after seeing me again her expression change. From a smiley face to terrified face.

"AKINE, meet my grandson HARUTO , he will be staying with me whole summer" grandma said while pointing at me and with a big smile on face .

" And HARUTO , She is wife of our neighbour " grandma told me.

" Hi" I said while looking at her.

"H-HHi" she responded with a hesitation and avoiding to make eye contact .

Atmosphere while eating around us was very dull . I did try to make a conversation but no affect . Atmosphere in room was like sitting in someone funeral.

"HAROTO, she usually come and with company to me at dinner" grandma told me out of blue.

" I am getting late, grandma, I will take my leave " after finishing her half of dinner she said.

" At least, finish your dinner " grandma said in concern voice.

AKINE didn't even listen, what grandma said. She got up from chair and went outside in hurry. It was liking she was afraid of someone here. Like someone might kill her , if she spend one more second here. Her behaviour was very weird .

"Well grandma, what was this all about ?" I asked grandma after akine left .

"HAROTO, well u see that women has a very bad experience with men in her life. Her mother passed away when she was very young. Her father was a gambler but with a bad luck . People in the town used to say that he can gamble anything. They used to live just outside our town. In a nice looking house. Her father was rich. But due to gambling habit, he lost everything he had. After three year from death of your grandpa, KEN got settled next to our house. He too is gambler but with a good luck. And one day KEN and AKINE father gamble on SUMO match. And akine father lost. After this he ran away from home, leaving her behind in that house. When KEN got information , he was very angry. He forced Akine to marry him after this. There is a talk in the town, that he beat her and even have a affair with other women. Till her father pay his money, he will keep her with him. That what he told to people of town. And no one is brave enough to stand against him in this town .To protect that angel looking child. " grandma told me while having tears in her eyes.

"He, doesn't even give food to her, thats why she eat our house " grandma said.

" Yes !! Money is important. Is it more important than someone life. How can he be so cruel to her. How can father do this to her own child. Is money all that matters to people " thoughts that came to my mind after hearing akine story.

" Grandma I will clean dishes, u can go and sleep" I said to grandma after finishing our dinner.

Grandma smiled and went in her room for sleep.
