Waller in her private helicopter sees the people of Washington D.C rioting in fear over Brainiac's message. Brainiac with a large smiles sits in his large ship watching the entire world riot.

Waller walks through the dirty halls of Belle Reve prison well inmates cat call her. Waller stops at one cell in particular and watches the man in the cell doing push ups. " Benjamin Turner or better known as Bronze Tiger, you've been selected for another mission." before he could say anything Waller walked away. Continuing down the dirty halls of Belle Reve, Waller gets hit in the head with a origami boomerang. Waller stands towering over the man folding another boomerang, " Digger Harkness, you are now part of Task Force X.". " Open the doors now!" Waller demands the guard " Miss Waller, I mean no disrespect but she's dangerous" " I don't care! open it!". Inside the cell is a women with white hair and a meta dampening collar. Waller tells Killer Frost that she is part of Task Force X and leaves. In the dirty rainy city of Gotham, Waller's helicopter lands at the dirty Arkham Asylum to recruit another member of The Suicide Squad. Walking through the asylum she arrives at Waylon Jones prison cell, Waylon is chained to a wall and his cell is covered in bones and rats are crawling everywhere. " Killer Croc, you have been selected for Task Force X." Killer Croc tries his hardest to attack Waller but the chains are incredibly strong and Waller left as soon as he tried. Waller who finally found the last 3 people of Task Force X heads back to the base to inform everyone.
