34 Chapter 34: She sets sail.

= 1 Year Later =

Rin is 17 years old and Luffy is 15 years old. Rin grown into a pretty lady, kinda on par with Nami and Robin but her body ain't as busty as them. Her hair has grown longer so she ties it up. She is wearing a light blue shirt with a black hoodie and she also wears a shorts with tights and a pair of comfortable brown boots. Rin is on the harbour because today is the day she sets sail.

She hop into a boat near the harbour.

"See you again, Rin!" Luffy shouted.

Rin smiled and said "Yeah!"

"Make sure to eat well, okay?" Makino said in a gentle tone.

Rin nodded and said "Okay!"

"Hey! Kid Waitress, take care!"

"Be safe!"

"We'll miss you!" said the villagers. They have been calling Rin, "Kid Waitress" because she would frequently work at Party's Bar as a waitress when she's a kid and even after she grows up.

"I'm not a kid anymore but thanks!" Rin said while waving to them.

Rin starts rowing the boat leaving the island. Once Dawn Island disappeared from her side she stopped and look around to see if there's anybody around. When she confirmed that there's nobody around, she used her power to make a big wooden eagle and get on top of it.

"Rowing is too slow." She smiled and said "Flying is more faster!" as soon as she said that, the eagle flaps it's wings and took flight.

"...Wait... I forgot to learn Navigation!!!" Rin facepalm herself for her stupidity. "Um... Ah! System how much points does it take to unlock Navigation level basics?"

"Now let's take a look at the map." She look at the map and decided to go to the nearest island.

Less than half an hour later the island is within Rin's view.

"Guess that's the island." She lower the eagle near the water and turned it into a small boat. She doesn't want to scare the people away. She rows the boat to get nearer to the village. She get off of her boat and get on the harbour.

"Are you a traveler?" said a person who is holding a fishing rod and a bucket.

'A fisherman?' Rin thought. She smiled and said "Yeah! Something like that."

The fisherman smiled warmly. "I see. Then are you here to buy a ship? This village make some good quality ship!" He said proudly.

'A ship... well, I guess I do need one. It's more comfortable to sleep in my own ship than in an inn.' Rin thought. "Yeah! I'm searching for a ship." She answered the fisherman.

The fisherman laugh a little and said "Then it's your lucky day! My friend Max is one of the best shipwrights on the island. I'll introduce you to him now if you got the time." He smiles.

"Aren't you going fishing?" Rin asked.

"Nevermind that. I changed my mind. It's rare to have a young traveler this days especially a young lady like yourself." The fisherman said.

"Okay then. Please show me the way." Rin said with a gentle smile.

"Just follow me! Oh! I'm Rick by the way." The fisherman introduce himself.

"Rin." Rin introduce herself.

They chat and walk for a while until they reach a small hut around the shore.

"Is that the place?" Rin points at the small hut.

"Yup! It's small but believe me he's a great shipwright. Let me call him." said Rick.

The fisherman went to knock on the door. A second later a tall kinda fit man opens the door.

"Hey Max! You got a customer!" Rick said happily.

The person called Max yawned before asking "A customer?"

"Yup! This gal here would like a ship!" said Rick while pointing to Rin.

"Oh... what kind of ship do you want?" asked Max in a lazy tone.

'Can this person really make a ship?' Rin thought. "Hmm... I want a ship with a bedroom, a shower room, a small kitchen and a storage room. I would prefer the ship to be a little smaller than a medium size caravel." Rin stated.

"... It'll be finished in about 2 weeks or less and the payment is 750 000 Berrys." said Max.

'2 weeks! Earlier than I expected...' Rin thought to herself. "2 weeks... okay then." Rin pays Max the amount he asked.

"2 weeks huh? I'll show you to the best inn with the best price!" Rick said happily.

"I would like that. Thanks." Rin thanked Rick.

A while later they arrived at a nice looking inn. The innkeeper is a nice woman. The stays comes with lunch and bath place so Rin decided to stay there.
