43 2 Years Later...

=2 Years Later=

At Baratie,

Akiko is sitting at a table, eating a bowl of sundae.

'That useless of an older sister! As soon as she heard about Zoro being held at a Marine's Base, she dashed out of here and leave me alone even though she's the one who brought me here!!' Akiko thought before taking another spoonful of ice cream.

Few weeks ago,

"Akiko! Let's go!" Rin said.

"Coming!" Akiko said before hopping on board the Wandering Wood.

"That's everything, right?" Rin asked.

"Yup!" Akiko answered.

"Okay, let's go to Baratie." Rin said.

Few days later, they arrived at Baratie.

They enter the restaurant and take a seat.

"Rin-chan~ you're here again. What do you want to eat?" Sanji asked.

"I brought a friend today, so two bowls of miso soup." Rin answered with a smile.

"I'll go get it right away." said Sanji before he walked into the kitchen.

"You've met him already?!" Akiko asked.

"Yeah, a year ago. I was bored so I went to Baratie to eat. I've been coming here from time to time." Rin answered.

"So, you've been eating here happily while I am stuck on that island!" said Akiko.

"I also work, you know." Rin said with an annoyed face.

"Fine..." Akiko said.

"Here's two bowls of miso soup." said Sanji while putting the meals on the table.

"By the way, Sanji. Can you ask Chef Zeff if I can dock my ship here for a few weeks?" Rin asked.

"I'm sure the old man wouldn't mind since you never cause any trouble here." Sanji said.

"But I still need his permission. This is his restaurant, after all." Rin said.

Sanji smiled and said "Okay! I'll ask him for you."

"Thanks, Sanji!" Rin said.

Zeff gives his permission to dock at his restaurant.

Few weeks later,

Rin and Akiko is inside Baratie eating bowls of sundaes. Rin is reading the newspaper she just bought today.

"?!" Rin smiled and excitedly said "Look Akiko! Zoro is being held at the Marine's Base! It says it's been more than a week since Zoro is being held."

"Looks like Luffy is going to show up sooner or later." said Akiko.

"I'm gonna go check Zoro out! Here's some money that should last a month. Bye~" Rin said before dashing out of the restaurant. She make a wooden eagle and starts flying away.

"Wait. What!" Akiko said.

Back to the present time.

'Well. At least she left some money...' Akiko thought. "I'm gonna stay on the ship. It's a good thing she left with a wooden eagle instead of the ship." Akiko mumbles to herself.

Back to Rin,

"Thanks to the puppet eagle's speed, I arrived faster than I thought." Rin said. She hide the eagle in the forest. She puts on a cloak and enter Shells Town.

Rin directly went to the Marine's Base. She checked if there's any of the troublesome marines before climbing the walls. She sees Zoro and said "Long time no see, Zoro!"

Zoro look up at the direction of the voice and sees Rin sitting with one leg on the other on top of the walls. "What are you doing here, Rin?" He asked.

"I'm surprised you still remember my name. I heard an old friend of mine got caught by the marines. I'm just visiting him, that's not wrong, right?" Rin asked.

Zoro chuckled and said "Nope, nothing's wrong with that."

"I thought you work with Johnny and Yosaku. Where are they?" Rin asked.

"I don't know. They probably went the wrong way or something. I haven't seen them for a year." Zoro answered.

"Pfft-" Rin chuckled. 'Zoro probably got lost somewhere along the way...' Rin thought. "Ahem. So what did you do to get caught by the marines?" Rin asked.

"I beat up an annoying person's annoying dog." Zoro answered.

"Do you want me to untie you?" Rin asked.

"No, thanks. I can survive." Zoro answered.

"Well, suits yourself." Rin said before getting down from the walls. "Now I wonder where's that bar from the anime." Rin mumbles to herself.

Rin walks around the town until she founded the bar.

"Excuse me!" Rin said while entering the bar.

"Welcome!" said the bartender/Ririka.

Rin took a seat and said "I'll take a plate of fried rice."

"Coming right away!" said Ririka.

'I feel like staying for a few days... should I informed Akiko first?' Rin thought. 'System.' Rin called.

[Yes?]

'Open the chat function.' Rin commanded.

[Understood.]

(The chat function is basically a chat in the system that can be use by Rin and Akiko since their system is connected.)

Rin: Akiko. I won't be going back for a while.

Akiko: What! Why?!

Rin: Cause I want to.

Akiko: Seriously...

Rin: Yup!]

"Excuse me. Do you know any good inn around here?" Rin asked Ririka.
