Perseus looked at the long list of information that was displayed for him to see. He was a bit curious as to why the training centers had alchemist and ranger available, after all, they were his twin's focus. Boops popped in and explained

'the subordination system is doing its stuff, its connecting information gained from Arjuna and allowing it to be employed here, in this case, it was shown through the training centers available but since Arjuna is still only an apprentice in alchemy the information for it is incomplete'

Perseus asked

"wait but we're literally on opposite sides of the continent, he's in the Nightshade empire and I and master are in the Belusain Kingdom. How the frick?"

Boops answered in a cunning and proud way

'you may be far apart in-game, but you are next to each other in reality.'

Perseus accepted Boops's answer and continued walking through the mansion. From the entrance was a large room with absolutely nothing in it. It was just bare grey walls with a staircase in the very back which spiraled up to the second floor and 2 doors on the corners of the big room. If you followed the door on the left you would reach the left-wing, which had rooms to stay in. If you went to the right a kitchen and more rooms to stay in would appear. There was no dining room it seems because on the second floor after the empty testing room was even more rooms to stay in. The third floor was no exception, besides the master bedroom which was a room a bit larger than a regular room. It was just more rooms with a dull grey color everywhere. The walls the floors even the ceiling.

Perseus checked out one of the rooms, he stopped on the second floor as he was ascending to peek into one of the rooms. He heard some noise in one of the rooms and walked to check it out. He slightly tilted his head in to see.

He saw a group of 4 boys jumping around excitedly, one hugged the bed like it was going to run away from him if he let go, another one gazed out the window his head swiveling constantly to see the new sights. Another boy pushed open the one singular cabinet in the room and kept on touching it and running his hands over it like it was pure gold. And the last one was rolling around on the hardwood floor with pure glee.

Perseus spent a bit of time just watching them, but deciding that he didn't want to interrupt their precious moments of joy he left as quietly as he appeared and walked up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

It seems most of the boys were on the 1st and 2nd floor since Perseus couldn't hear anything on the 3rd floor. Perseus walked to the master room which was the only room that had double doors.

The master room had a king-sized bed and a window, along with a closet. Perseus looked around for the trapdoor that should lead to the tunnel and the cave.

He pushed the closet away, but it wasn't there, he also pushed the bed to the side and nothing was there too. It was only after walking around the entire room again that he noticed a part of the floor gave off a hollow noise when he stepped on it.

He grabbed a dagger and started to pry open the hardwood floor. He saw a small tunnel that led to the side of the wall, and a ladder that went straight down. Perseus crawled into the small tunnel making sure that his weight wouldn't make the tunnel collapse onto the second floor and then he crawled to the ladder.

Perseus went down the ladder to see where it would lead him too. He dropped into a tunnel that could fit about 2 adult men side by side. The tunnel didn't have much else, he just kept on moving. It took about 3 minutes but Perseus successfully reached the cave. It was just a cave. A dark empty cave, but in Perseus's imagination it was something much bigger, it was a secret base a hideout in a hideout and a place where he could store and gathering things that couldn't see the light.

Perseus then countied walking holding a mana stone he grabbed off of the master room and used it as lighting. He made sure that the exit to the cave on the other side worked, which it did. After taking measurements of the cave with the help of Boops he went back to the mansion. While he was taking the long trip back he started to ask Boops questions.

"so are you sure that this is the right country to work in?"

'yeah, definitely this was Jason's choice and it was a good one. This is a marine centered country, heck their navy is one of the strongest. They have a lot of valuable resources and are in a good location, far away from the battles of the two empires. Plus Jason is part of the kingdom's strongest knight order currently, the rose kights, it's still kinda crazy how he was able to get in.'

"well yeah, but there are a crap ton of monsters and bandits recently"

'Yeah I'm not too sure whats going on, either but I guess we'll find out eventually'

"Yeah, I'm going to figure this out, screw waiting I'll need to look into this"

'well aside from the fact that the kingdom is being plagued by monsters and bandits of all sorts. Don't you think that getting Jack to infiltrate the reapers gang is a bad idea?'

"Maybe it is, but this is our best chance"

'alright, alright go ahead but make sure you have a backup plan'

Perseus laughed at Boops's cautiousness he grinned and said to Boops

"don't worry, I always have a backup plan"

Perseus climbed up to the top of the ladder and crawled through the tunnel to reach the master room. He climbed out of the mini tunnel and was careful to place the planks back to where they were originally. He definitely was going to make the entrance much easier to access and to travel through. Whoever decided to make the tunnel entrance on the third floor was an idiot. That he was definitely going to change when he had the money.

He got up and started to walk down the stairs to the wagon. As he walked down he noticed most of the boys had settled down. One of the boys happened to be walking across the hallway. He noticed Perseus descending and he snapped into attention. It seems that was something taught by the bandits.

Perseus just nodded toward the boy and said

"I'm going to get the rest of the guys, tell the people here that okay?"

The boy nodded his head heavily

"yes sir!"

Perseus then stepped outside where the wagon was waiting for him. The boy had already unloaded all of the supplies and such from the wagon. The sun was still out and Perseus had plenty of time. He checked out the mansion one more time. It towered in front of him like a fortress.

That was when he remembered something. He didn't name it yet. It was going to be their base of operations for a while and still didn't have a name.

Perseus jumped onto the wagon and urged the horses forward.

He needed to think about the name. Besides it was just a name, it wouldn't affect the mansion itself right?

Have some ideas about a good name for the mansion? let me know in the comments.
