Chapter 2

Kiah's POV

I felt sick when I woke up and I immediately ran to my bathroom and throw up. My head was spinning but tried to get up after vomiting. I washed my face and brushed my teeth.

I sat on my bed and drank my suppressants. My head was still spinning together with a stomachache and I have slight difficulty in breathing.

Ignoring all the pain, I stood up and got ready for my training this morning. I walked out of my room and I was greeted by a smiling Justin but frowned when he noticed something.

"You look sick K" he said while looking worried.

"I'm fine" I said as I walk past him. He was suddenly walking next to me but I didn't gave any care of what he's doing. I was thinking of having something to eat before starting my training even though I don't feel like eating.

"Zion found his mate" with those words it made me stop and looked at him.

"Good for him" I said trying to make my voice as emotionless as possible but failed. All this pain is making it more difficult to pretend. I just started walking again as I head to the kitchen with Justin.

I entered the kitchen and saw Zion cooking but my attention was suddenly directed to a small boy sitting on the stool of the kitchen counter.

He was facing his back so I can't see his face. He has silver hair and he was also really thin, I can see his bones through his skin. I felt angry for some reason.

"He's Zion's mate" I started to walk inside the kitchen, trying to hide all the pain I'm feeling.

"Oh K, Justin. Good morning" Zion said making the silver haired boy look at us. I was now looking at an angel. His silver hair was beautiful but his big brown eyes which is a shade lighter than Zion's was more beautiful. I blinked twice as I averted my gaze away from him.

"Good morning alpha" I said while bowing my head but before I can lift my head it started to spin as I fell on the ground.

"K? I knew you're not feeling well" Justin was right next to me helping me to get up. I heard shuffling and felt another hand helping me to get up, sending sparks throughout my body. I looked at who it was and was met with big brown eyes with worried written in his face then suddenly he disappeared. I then noticed that he was pulled away by Zion who glared at me.

"Mine" Zion said as I looked away from him and got up slowly with the help of Justin.

"Don't worry alpha. I won't steal the luna from you" I said trying my best to not let him feel the sadness in the words I said.

"I'll take my leave alpha, luna" I said as I stared at them for a moment and then left the kitchen.

"Where are you going? You're sick! You should rest" I can hear Justin say while still in the kitchen. I just ignored him and started walking to the training grouds. I'll just eat something later.

I started training by myself since the others are still not here. I started feeling exhausted even before an hour passed. I suddenly felt weak and decided to rest for a bit but as time goes by my headache was getting unbearable.

I walked slowly towards my room to drink some medicine for my headache. I was on the stairs when someone spoke.

"Are you okay?" His voice was soft and quite. I looked at the person talking.

"I'm fine luna" I said still looking at him.

"Don't call me luna. I'm Kyle"

"I'm Kiah. Nice to meet you luna" I said, still bearing the pain in my head. He was still about to say something but I stopped him

"I'll take my leave luna. I'll speak with you another time" I said as I walked towards my room, hoping that I didn't look disrespectful from what I've said to him. I searched for my first aid kit to see if I still had pain killers. I drank one tablet and lay down on my bed. I closed my eyes, wanting the pain to go away somehow.

I started to feel myself relax, the pain slowly was going away but I still feel exhausted so I allowed myself sleep.

I was woken up by a mind link from the current alpha.

"Kiah, Justin I need you here in the my office, now"

I stood up slowly. I was already feeling better but I know it will go back later on but whatever. I just fixed myself and have head towards the alpha's office and saw Justin in front of the door.

"You didn't have to wait for me" I said and he looked at me smiling.

"You're okay now?" I just nodded my head as I knocked at the door.

"Alpha, It's Kiah and Justin" I said.

"Come in" I heard him from the other side of the door as I opened it. We walked in and stood in front of the alpha's table.

"I'll be giving both of you a work to do" he said and smiled at us. He was a good alpha and I look up to him.

"I need you both to escort this young lady here" the alpha said while pointing to a girl that's been sitting on the couch while looking down at her knees. "And the alpha of Moonlight pack back to his place" another man sitting next to the girl.

"They're mates but Jasmine seems to be scared so I need you both to escort them back to this young alpha's pack and make sure all is good for Jasmine and then you both can comeback" he said.

We can never say no to the alpha's orders, we didn't have a choice but to say yes, well I didn't even think of declining his orders even once. As soon as we agreed we got out and got ready to leave.

I packed a few clothes because I know we won't be really going to stay there for long and of course my suppressants. I need to take it before I can even enter the pack lands when we got back.

I walked out my room and walked down stairs with my bag on my shoulder. I waited for the others as I sat on one of the couch in the pack's living room. I sat silently and stared at the wall for a while when suddenly someone spoke.

"Where are you going?" I didn't looked at Zion and just continued staring at nothing. I wasn't in a mood talking with someone right now. I didn't care if I was being disrespectful to him.

"Are you ignoring me?" He asked, I can feel he was a bit pissed. He really doesn't like to be ignored.

I felt a hand touched my shoulders and felt a spark from the hand making me jump off the couch.

"What was that?" Zion asked while looking his hand. I didn't say anything, I was panicking buy didn't want to show any of it. After an awkward silence Justin and the others who are going to the Moonlight pack was already there.

"We'll take our leave alpha" I said awkwardly as I bowed slightly.
