Fateful Encounter

'How to deal with this Xatu, then' Jun thought before suddenly his eyes caught something on the neck of Xatu.

It was a black square object exposed from the feathers of its neck. After pulling it out slightly, Jun realized, "This is a camera!"

There was a camera hanging around Xatu's neck, but it was already broken due to Metang's Flash Cannon. Looking at the damaged camera in his hand, Jun closed his eyes and thought for a while. He is in the Vermillion forest of Kanto region, there is Mighyenas and Xatu which is Pokemon not from Kanto region suddenly here, Xatu near his location, Xatu has camera on it. Suddenly Jun eyes snapped open.

He was being spied on!

"The Xatu following me? It seems that I have been targeted!" This was the only explanation for what was happening to him right now.

There was also a possibility that the target was Flannery, but now it had changed to him. But why were they targeting him? Jun suddenly stood in a daze and looked at his Shiny Metang. Yeah, impossible for Pokemon poacher to hold their greed when they saw his Metang. So, they were targeting his Metang, huh?

Jun narrowed his eyes and looked back at Xatu. Then, how to deal with this Xatu? Keeping it would cause trouble for him, and killing it was impossible. He still didn't know the identity of who was targeting him.

The Pokeball could detect the life force of a Pokemon that was bound into it. If the Pokemon died suddenly, the owner would be notified directly. If it was a Pokémon poacher with an arrest warrant, he would still be safe since they wouldn't dare to report it to the police. However, if the one who was targeting him was someone else, without evidence that he was spying and had malicious intentions towards him, he could basically report Jun to be under investigation later.

There was no way for him to avoid the investigation since the police could easily use Psychic Pokemon to foretell the incident before and also Pokemon that could use hypnotism to make him confess his crime.

So, basically, killing Xatu was not an option.

Jun looked at his surroundings. The silence was eerie, to be honest, but since Metang was with him, he felt a little bit safer.

"Eevee, come here," Jun beckoned to Eevee. Using Eevee's hidden abilities would be very effective in this situation. After contemplating the pros and cons, Jun finally chose to bring Xatu with him. He lifted Xatu and dragged it with him.

After Jun and his Pokemon left the area, another Xatu flew out from the tree and stared at the direction Jun was leaving for a while.

"Krrr~" Xatu growled while expressing a little sadness with it, then flapped its wings and left the area.

Dragging Xatu with him, Jun became more careful of his actions. He needed to leave the area first. He remembered being dragged by Emolga into the depths of the forest. Jun hugged Eeevee in front and Metang in back to ensure his safety before observing his surroundings. The depths of Vermillion Forest now loomed around him.

The depths of the Vermillion Forest are no longer as lively as the periphery and seem very quiet. It is precisely because of this silence that people's hair stands on end.

With a glance, Jun could see Seviper spitting out cold snake letters in the grass, Ariados hanging upside down on a branch, and Victreebel constantly drooling. This is why you need to at least start adventure when you graduated from the integration school. Other than the basis knowledge about the Pokemon, you at least know how to protect and survive in the wild.

Learning about geography, how to read maps, which Pokemon are dangerous and which ones are not, and which foods can be eaten in the wild are all essential skills for any trainer before embarking on an adventure. By passing tests on these subjects, trainers can ensure they are well-prepared and equipped to handle any situation that arises.

Take Ash as an example: he charged recklessly into the wild zone on his first adventure and almost got killed by a flock of Spearow in the end. If he had taken the time to study and prepare beforehand, he could have avoided this dangerous situation. Remember, being well-informed and prepared can be the difference between life and death in the wild.

Jun, who had not been away for long, suddenly heard "shh-shh" sound and become alert suddenly.

"Emoo~!"

Jun breathed a sigh of relief when he realized it was Emolga.

Emolga, who dissapeared early comeback to Jun side while gliding. But what surprise Jun there's a Pokemon behind her as it ride on her back.

After Emolga landed safely, Eevee jumped from Jun side to Emolga and held their conversation. Maybe asked where are you going? or something like that.

As Jun looked at the Pokemon behind Emolga, he noticed a Jigglypuff who was hiding behind the tree after landed and looked right and left as if afraid of something.

Noticing Jun looking at her, Jigglypuff also stared at him for a while before going into a daze. Jun couldn't help but wonder what was wrong with her, but he quickly shook off the thought and looked around cautiously.

"Hic~hic"

Suddenly, he heard a sniffing sound coming from nearby. Jun stopped suddenly, surprised by the noise. As he turned around, he saw that the Jigglypuff, who had been hiding behind a tree not far away, was already in tears.

What happen now?

Because Jun had a doubt, he dismissed it until he saw Jigglypuff suddenly running towards him while crying. Unsure how to deal with the situation, Jun decided to backed away and to his surprise Jiggypull always following him.

Why was the Jigglypuff following him? Was it the same as Xatu, coming to spy on him? Jun couldn't help but wonder what was going on and if there was any connection between the two.

Because of Jun backed away everytime Jigglypuff reach him, Jigglypuff become panicked and anxious.

"Jigglyyy~!"

Noticing that Jigglypuff was crying helplessly, Jun decided to stop to test it. He initially thought that Jigglypuff had mistaken him for someone else, but it soon became clear that Jigglypuff was looking for him.

When Jigglypuff saw that Jun had stopped, it ran over and hugged him, crying desperately.

Initially confused, Jun looked down at Jigglypuff and when he saw a tattered silk scarf tied around its arm. He suddenly realized why this Jigglypuff was crying desperately to him.

He lifted Jigglypuff and asked in disbelief, "Y-y-you... you're Pudding, right?! Y-you're Aunt Mia's Jigglypuff, right?!"
