Stress is something like intolerable things...there's various people in this era who are under huge types of frustrative life...sometimes they can tell...sometimes not...when it's become impossible to share with someone then dilemma becomes double...none Is beyond stress...matter is how it can be prevented....or making it minimised...some rehab centre helps these kind of people who are undergoing stressful life to make the breath too fine...
