2 Finally getting my Chance on Reincarnation

As nothing attacked me, I started to relax and looked around, trying to get a clue of where I am. Apparently, I wasn't at that weird place anymore. Now I was at a circular room with a white floor and black walls surrounding it, there was a single chair in the middle of the room.
She looked around again, exploring the many possible options of the room.
Then she saw something unusual...
...she had a body again!
Well, not really, it was more like red flames forming a humanoid form, with the main part of her soul being where the heart should be.
Other than that observation she saw nothing special coming from that room, her senses told her it was a normal room with a normal chair in the center of it.
She decided to sit down on it, after all the room was literally bare of anything BUT that chair.
She sat down and then...
...nothing happened.
As she sat in that chair, she wondered in what kind of hell she landed herself in, because this whole situation is even more ridiculous than the situation that got her into this situation.
She pondered for a while what her action could be, but she couldn't think of anything, after all this is an empty room.

Fate looked at her partner with a look that said "what the hell is wrong with you?".

Man, I am sitting here already since an about 14 hours, how long do I have to wait until something hap...
My thoughts were suddenly interrupted by a big blinding light, completely throwing my senses into disarray.
As the light slowly faded again and my senses returned to me, I saw two drop dead gorgeous women in front of me, it wouldn't be a stretch of the truth to say that they were objectively the picture of true beauty.
But it didn't really faze me, because for me my girlfriend, Chara, will be the most beautiful thing to ever come into existence, not that you should care though.
I saw one of them wanting to open their mouth to talk, but I interrupted them.
"Could you wait for a moment? I am confused of where I am, I mean this isn't the usual reception I get when meeting someone from the multiversal administration?"
Both of the goddesses looked at me baffled.
""HUH!""
This is going to take a long time to explain, after all the Underverse is complicated...
"So, you met the jurisdiction of your place?"
I nodded at them.
"Yeah, apparently what I did impacted the multiverse to some bigger extent, making me gain the attention of stronger beings in the multiverse. If I say so myself, I think I did a pretty good job, but apparently, I underestimated my job and my universe got destroyed in the process because of it, by Error. I almost ended up dying and I guess the millennials of hard work I put into it ended up in the drain too, but I guess this was the consequence of me getting cocky."
The two of them nodded at me in understanding, one must always stay vigilant, else you could lose your job at any given point.
"So, you met the jurisdiction of your place, who exactly did you meet?"
"Well, I got to know *all the good of the multiverse*, and if it's just about meeting, I guess I met King Multiverse too, he was an arrogant prick though."
The goddess who has been talking to me laughed.
"So anyways, I think it is time to stop our pleasantries, we haven't still introduced ourselves, I am Fate and the lovely person beside me is my partner Destiny, you made a mistake by calling us people from the multiversal administration, because our position is even higher, we are from the Omniversal administration and you got the lucky change to reincarnate in one if the many universes that exist."
I looked at the person in front of me skeptically.
"What's the catch?"
"There is no catch."
"Really?"
"Really."
I thought about the situation for a moment.
"Why me?"
"Well the reason is a simple one, it's because you have a special soul, for whatever reason you have absolutely no karma whatsoever, but the strength of your soul equals that of an tier 8 being, a newly awakened tier 8 being, but a tier 8 being nonetheless, what's important though is that you have absolutely no karma, could I take the freedom to ask why it is so?"
I was surprised by the thirst for knowledge of this goddess, her eyes were even gleaming brightly like one of my SAVE points, I didn't really know why my souls was like she described, but I could take an educated guess.
"Maybe it's because I took all my essence out?"
She looked at me with a confused gaze.
"Look at me, I am currently just a human shaped flame with my soul in the center, right?"
She nodded.
"My flame is red, symbolizing my will, it's determination in its purest form, forming a pseudo-body in the case I would ever lose my body, now look at my soul, it's transparent with a grey outline, right?"
She nodded at me in understanding, then she suddenly looked as if she had a revelation.
"You took all your essence out, which contained amongst over things your Karma, extracting all essence out and you have no Karma left. Though it's still a dangerous and reckless procedure, but with a strong enough soul, I guess peak tier 4, borderline tier 5 would be barely strong enough, and then the person would be strongly impaired, but you did that and now you are here because of it."
I nodded back; the goddess hit the nail right in the head.
"So, we did talk about reincarnation, right? Like in those shitty Fanfictions that pop out in droves?"
"Yeah, you could say it like that."
"Do I get any wishes or other cheat-like bullshit abilities that they get shoved up their asses?"
"Nope, no wishes, we can't just create things from nothing and lending our stuff ends up being really a real hazard for the afterlives of those that got reincarnated, the only reason why I don't scam the shit out of you by giving you said wishes, is because you are the soul that gets me my promotion, so I don't want to make it difficult for you."
"Equal Exchange."
I exclaimed slowly.
"What did you just say?"
I wanted to repeat my words, but she cut me off.
"I heard what you said! I just want to know what you meant with it!"
"Equal Exchange, I choose disadvantages for my next life, but I get advantages for them that equal them out, you know, just like trying to balance a scale, and I try equaling each side out."
She snapped her fingers after I finished my explanation, letting a scale materialize.
"I am in a good mood today, so I grant your request."
"Ok, then make me blind, lose all my memories from my last life, give me a weak and frail body, send me into a universe where super powers exist and take all the accumulated experience from my soul away."
Fate looked at me with wide open eyes as I said my last words, if I had to guess I think she was astounded at how much I was willing to sacrifice, the soul was something absolute, something that is almost impossible to improve, but here I am, willing to throw all of that away and even more so, from the look of her face it looks like it's the first time something like that happened during her job.
"Geez, what a surprise. Are you sure? You do realize that your soul will be downgraded from 8 back to 1, right?"
"Look I don't care what I have to sacrifice, but if I get that one wish fulfilled, I am willing to sacrifice even more if I have too."
"And what is your wish?"
"I want all the souls that have bonded with me to connect with my future new body!"
"What did you just say?"
"ALL – MY – FRIENDS – SOULS, IN – ME!"
She looked at me surprised; a bit uncomfortable.
"Wait, I think for that wish we must contact your..."
"Fulfill her wish Fate, I already took care of that!"
Fate turned around to glare at her partner, but she just lay her hand on her cheek and formed with her mouth the words "Ara, Ara" without actually saying them.
Fate looked at me as if her pride was just hurt now, she grabbed my shoulders and said to me.
"YOU STILL HAVE WISHES LEFT!"
"HUH!"
I didn't really expect that, I was dead sure that I would have used all up for my wish just now, but apparently the scales aren't even yet, so...
...SHIT! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO WISH FOR!

Meanwhile the reaction of Fate and Destiny seeing Frisk struggle with her wishes:
"Fate, what is wrong with the human girl?"
"It looks like she can't decide what to wish for."
"Isn't that like the easiest thing for a human to do?"
"Apparently she has another opinion to that, her first wish was for the sake of others too, and not for her."
"You think she will be okay?"
"I am pretty sure she will, she didn't make it till here just because of her luck."
"She seems interesting, want to observe her for our honeymoon?"
"That's actually not a bad idea, Destiny!"
"So, we have our plans?"
"You bet I have everything already planned out!"
"Then I am already excited with my future time with you, darling <3."
"Aren't we already always together?"
Destiny started to laugh, seeing her partner laugh so beautifully made Fate laugh too.
