3 New Beginnings

Xeri awoke to nothing... absolute darkness. It was just himself.

"Where am I?" Xeri thought to himself. "I can't move, c'mon c'mon I can't have already died!"

In a village besides a mountain, A small remote house at the corner of the village.

"Ahhhh!!! Come come Wuge, I think It's coming!!" A woman was calling out. A young man ran in and went to straight to the woman. "Mother, I'm here, what's wrong?" The young man asked the woman.

"IT'S COMING, GO GET YOUR FATHER AND THE DOCTOR!!!" The woman yelled. "Yes, Mother." With that Wuge ran out of the house towards another.

"DAD, GO TO MOM, SHE SAYS IT'S COMING." Wuge excitedly told a man who was talking to another man. "YES yes yes, right away Wuge, Doctor we should go." The man said to another man.

Three people ran out of a house in the direction of another house further away from the village.

"Zhuri, Are you okay dear?" The man asked the woman as he rushed in the house. "HELP!!! I can feel he's coming." The woman warned the trio of men.

"Get her on the bed, Now!" The doctor declared. Just as he said it both Wuge and his father took Zhuri to the bed and laid her down. "What now doctor??" Wuge's father asked the doctor. "Now, you let me do my work." The doctor said as he put on gloves.

In the house all that could be heard was screaming from a lady.

"Come on, bear with it, it's almost out!" The doctor told Zhuri. "AAHHHH" Zhuri screamed in pain.

"Almost got it!" The doctor then spoke. "GOT IT, I got the baby!" As he said that, Wuge and his father then came rushed in and came to look. "Let me see first." A weak but loving voice came from behind the doctor. "Why of course." The doctor then came in front of the Zhuri and handed her the baby.

Zhuri with care took the baby. "Xion, Wuge, come and look at our baby. It's a boy." Zhuri softly spoke With haste both Wuge and his father Xion came to look at the baby. Xion came over and noticed a red mark on the baby's face, "Doctor, can you explain what this red thing on my baby's forehead is?" "Xion dear don't be rude, this doctor has already done so much, it doesn't matter what it is, he is still our baby." Zhuri intervened.

"It is quite fine miss Zhuri." The doctor told Zhuri. "That red mark even I'm not sure what it is, but I suspect that it may be beneficial to the young baby." The doctor gave an evaluation.

With that the family calmed down and looked towards the baby again. "My dear what should we call him?" Xion asked Zhuri. "I named Wuge, I think you should name this new baby Xion." Zhuri said with a loving tone.

"Haha I guess I will name this baby then. What do you think about Xeri?" Xion asked both Zhuri and Wuge. Just then the baby woke up and started crying. "It doesn't matter what we think, He already likes that name." Wuge stated with a smile.

Just then a red mist spread throughout the room and a faint image of a eye appeared in the sky.

"What is that?" Many villagers asked.

" What's with this red mist?" The doctor asked. The family then looked around to see the red mist surround them, or more like surround the baby.

With no one's eye on the baby, the red mark opened to reveal a eye that was grey, as if it was blinded.

Just then a light shot up from the grey eye into the red eye in the sky. The red eye then shut and floated down while shirking into the grey eye's position. This went unnoticed by the family in the house but not by the village.

Back with Xeri in the dark

" When will I be able to see light again?" Xeri was starting to think that the voice was only playing with him. " Wait, I can feel movement. It's? My arms? It should be. And my feet, HAHAH My whole body."

At this moment Xeri was excited but then he realized something. " Wait why is my body small? Much smaller? Oh no don't tell me, I'm a baby." Just as he was feeling down about being a baby he realized something else. "Dark? I'm a baby? I couldn't move? Am I still in the womb? Oh god no!"

Xeri was in pain since he was currently being born, so much so that he passed out.

Xeri awoke to someone calling his name. He looked around to see three figure looking at him and a fourth one standing back smiling at the three. "Are these people my family?" Xeri asked himself.

A couple minutes later Xeri felt a calling from above, he then felt something on his forehead. "Is this that eye that the voice gave me?" Xeri then felt power flowing through his small body into the eye and back.
