20 Her silence

Kruthika came to know what happened and realised that Abhikshith was having feelings for her. As she turned her face towards Krishna the place where they were standing turned to its initial.

"What is it Krishna? What I saw is it true? I can't believe it. He has feelings for me", asked Kruthika.

"Yes Kruthika. He not only has feelings for you but is also in love with you. I hope you have answers for your questions", said Krishna.

"But why he loves me? He works in a glamour industry, where he can find many beautiful women like me and even much more beautiful women", asked Kruthika.

Krishna chuckled, "Don't you think he asked that question for himself Kruthika. Do you apply conditions for love?", asked Krishna.

"But love is complex, it's complicated", said Kruthika.

"Everyone have their view towards a question. You are intelligent and clever girl.You were here to find the answers for your question and you have already found them. I think now I should take a leave", said Krishna.

Kruthika could only see darkness, she could feel her senses. She felt the warmth of sunlight, she heard the chirping of birds much more loudly. She rubbed her palms and kept on her eyes, she slowly opened her eyes.

"So Abhikshith is in love with me. Abhikshith hasn't proposed me yet and I can't reject him until and unless he proposes and I can't disclose him how I know it. I can't make things much more complicated than they are now. I should stay silent and calm as usual I am", thought Kruthika to herself.

It was around 6 in morning, she came down to prepare breakfast. Hemanth was already present in the kitchen before her. She had almost forgotten the dare given to him, Hemanth was supposed to help her in kitchen for breakfast.

"Good morning. So you came here to help me for preparing breakfast?", asked Kruthika with a smile.

"Yep", replied Hemanth.

"How's Sachin doing? Is he fine?", asked Kruthika where her smile vanished.

"We know him right. He got fine and went to sleep within half an hour", said Hemanth.

"He's such an amazing person really he is", said Kruthika.

"Ma'am everyone knows he is. But can we start preparing breakfast", said Hemanth.

"Okay. Chop the vegetables. And I'll prepare rotis", said Kruthika.

"Why are you preparing rotis at morning?", asked Hemanth.

"To give you more work. Now chop it fast", said Kruthika.

They both prepared breakfast. Hemanth called everyone for breakfast, everyone brushed their teeth and came for having their breakfast.

"Sachin, I'm sorry about yesterday night. I didn't mean to hurt you", said Abhikshith.

"No, Abhikshith sir. It's okay. It was like I've forgotten where I am standing, I would like to thank you for reminding me", said Sachin.

"Would you like to accompany me today at my work?", asked Abhikshith to Sachin.

"Sorry Abhikshith. But I thought I should work hard in my field and gain some recognition", answered Sachin.

"I was about to ask you about your opinion. We needed an assistant photographer in our set. Would you like to take that job? You would be given 100 Euros per day for 15 days", asked Abhikshith.

"Yeah I would like to have that job. Will you please recommend my name to director? I can show you mine photo album where I took all the pictures", said Sachin.

"Sorry I won't recommand anyone's name. I've confidence in you that you would get that job", said Abhikshith.

"Thank you for informing about job and having confidence in me", said Sachin, "So, when should I join you?"

"May be at 10 am we should be there at set", said Abhikshith. Sachin agreed to it and everyone continued with their breakfast.

Kruthika was silent around Abhikshith, she was thinking about the visuals she had in meditation. When everyone furnished their breakfast, they dressed and went for their jobs, including Abhikshith and Sachin.

Kruthika sat on sofa thinking about her stupidity, that she wouldn't have remained silent around him she should be herself around anyone in the world not only him.

She got her blanket from her room and was lying on sofa trying to sleep, but she thought of calling her parents and asking them about the alliance they searched.

Call conversation.

Kruthika: Hello mom, how are you and dad?

Madhavi: We are fine dear. How are you?

Kruthika: I'm fine. Did you find an alliance for me?

Madhavi: Yes. The boy is well educated and their family is also very good.

Kruthika: Mom. It's not been even a week that I've returned from India and you are already finding me an alliance. What's the urgency?

Madhavi ended the call, because sleep of her child was necessary than unnecessary talk of theirs. Kruthika just smiled and went to sleep.
