9 Story 3 Part 2-Daisy Price

'What did I get myself into?...My plan was to become Sir Thornton's mistress, not his personal maid...did I really just get fooled into doing this for free?' In a sense, it was actually partly my fault for this happening to me.

After I slept with Nigel, he originally thought that it was a one night stand and pursued in kicking me out of his room. This went against my plans as I knew this was the only chance of getting Sir Thornton. In desperation, I asked if there were any jobs he needed to do as I explained to him I was low on money. Nigel at first seemed a little annoyed but he suggested becoming a personal maid for the council he worked for. I stupidly accepted the job without hesitating to think about what I was getting myself into…

It isn't exactly bad but the thing is...I've never done choirs or any such thing in my life. Whelp, it's my first day on the job so I will just learn as I go. Although, this maid dress is really sexy I'd love to get railed in this outfit.

While I was getting dressed, I began to second guess myself but I grew courage after taking an easy approach to the problem. It was time for me to be a good maid in hopes that Sir Thornton takes a liking to me.

I open the door of one of the rooms in the mansion and walk down the massive hallway. At the end of it, I spot a butler who I assume will be the man who will give me orders around the mansion. I approach him ready for my tasks.

"Hello new miss, my name is Spencer and I'm the head butler of this mansion" Spencer said as he smiled at me. From first appearance, Spencer is an old frail man dressed smartly for the mansion. It's what I imagine when I think of a butler.

"Hi there Spencer, my name is Daisy and I'm new to this job" I responded cheerfully. Spencer continues to smile as he begins to look me up and down. I thought he was checking me out but he sharply responded.

"You are in uniform so you are ready to learn"

"That's wonderful...is there anyone else employed at the mansion?"

"Yes certainly indeed, there are 6 maids and another butler in training to replace me when I leave. But you don't need to worry about that, you need to worry about your duties as a maid miss"

"Certainly Spencer, I will do my best"

After our greetings, Spencer beacons me to follow him as he shows me methods of cleaning rooms in the mansion and how to cook food. The cleaning part of this was ok but cooking was a different story. I kept burning the food and accidently cut my thumb while peeling potatoes. Spencer never once got mad but worked on trying to stop my mistakes. I like Spencer. He's a nice old man. Throughout work, I never once saw any other maid and I began to get curious.

"So Spencer, where are all the other workers?"

"They're all at the side of Sir Thornton, he's got guests coming to the mansion so he wants to impress them. As we speak, they are currently negotiating"

"Negotiating what?"

"It's something you don't exactly wanna know Miss" Spencer said in a concerned tone of voice. I didn't exactly know what Spencer was trying to imply but I stopped asking and continued working hard cleaning and cooking.

Whilst cleaning, I discovered that this mansion was just one of Sir Thornton's mansions. I was gobsmacked when I found this out, he must be extremely wealthy to afford such things. I wonder how he makes so much money. Heck, if it's easy I could possibly attempt to copy his methods of cash if I fail at being his mistress.

"Sir Thornton has summoned both of you to his negotiation room" said a man dressed in a butler uniform as he entered the room.

"Of course Robert, me and the new girl will make our way to their"

"Be quick Spencer, the clients will be here soon"

"Yes yes we will head over there now" Spencer said as Robert leaves the room leaving the door open for us. Spencer tells me to follow him and we both head towards the negotiating room where I will finally meet Thornton. I hope he's at least a 6ft giant with a somewhat decent body.

"Whilst we are in that room, do not say anything unless you are spoken to...got it missed?" Said Spencer in a low tone of voice. I nod in compliance and we enter the room.

Upon entering, the negotiating room was gigantic; It could easily fit at least 100 people in here. Within the room, a long rectangle table was accompanied by 5 men. 4 of those men, including Nigel who I slept with to get this job, sat close to the side of the man I was chasing...Sir Thornton. Behind the men, 6 beautiful maids stood in absolute silence along with Robert the butler standing at the side of them.

Looking at Sir Thornton, I couldn't hold the disgust at the sight of him. His chin was saggy with fat and his stomach was the size of a cannon ball. His skin was all crunchy with grease and his eyes were baggy. He might be rich but his appearance is poor. The only thing that could make him attractive would be his personality but I need to see him talk first to experience it. Spencer and I walked towards the line of servants and stood alongside them in silence. The maids looked at me but said nothing.

After standing for what seemed like an eternity, the massive doors at the end of the room opened. Entering the room was a group of men dressed in rugged clothing. I looked in shock when I saw a naked woman being leashed like a dog on a walk.

"Good afternoon gentlemen, me and my boys have brought potential stock which may peak your interest" Said the man leading the rugged looking men.

"Welcome gen *cough* men to my wealthy estate, it's sad to see pretty stock on a leach" said Sir Thornton as he lifts his saggy hands up greeting the men.

"Well I believe it's well mannered, it would be terrible if she tried to run or even try to steal from you whilst in this mansion" the rugged man said as he continues "I see you already have a fine collection of beautiful ladies at your side"

"You got that right Stanley, now let's get to negotiating" Sir Thornton says as he sips his wine glass. Stanley I assume takes control of the leash and tugs the woman in front of him.

"This is the stock I've got on offer, she's 18 and she is a pure virgin. Her origins is a farm girl so she has experience working with livestock but she also has good organisation which could provide useful service"

"Excellent catch *Sneezes* you've done and got a good girl there" Sir Thornton says as he uses his hand to clean his nose. He continues by saying "How about I offer you 100 gold coins for your troubles?"

"All due respect, I believe that you have mis-calculating your offer there, it's rare to find women who's a virgin and yet your offering an insulting amount of money for her"

Thornton bursts out laughing at Stanley's comments, he then replies after having a coughing fit.

"I don't think you understand what you're saying there. Not only I employ some of the men from that farm you worked on but I'm also keeping quiet about how you snatched that woman" Stanley smirks at this as he looks like he was preparing for this comment.

"Well then Thornton, It would be a bigger shame if people found out about your sex trafficking scandals as well"

"Naïve fool, half of the justice system is under my payroll. You will just be digging a deeper hole trying to *cough* me"

"That's very true, I wouldn't get far spreading the truth...but that's outside of this mansion...I don't see any guards in here...lets just say that it wouldn't be hard to just kill you like those farmers and just take what we want from this damn place" Stanley said as he and his men reach for their swords in their holders. The room falls silent for a couple of seconds, Sir Thornton and his advisers then begin to discuss worriedly. I look at the other maids but they all seem lifeless and calm as if what that man just said was an everyday thing they hear.

"Ok fine...me and my advisors have come *cough* to the calculated decision to offer you 1000 gold coins plus a guarantee to keep your secret hidden"

"Throw in an extra 1000 gold and you got a deal" Stanley said confidently as he smiled with pride. Sir Thornton looks agitated but he accepts. Both of Sir Thornton's butler's approach him and gave chests of gold towards the bandits. They accept graciously and they hand over the naked woman. They then leave with their pockets full.

'What the Hell is this place? What have I gotten myself into?' I thought to myself as I looked down towards the floor in disgust at what I witnessed. 'Still, the rewards I will receive for doing this will surely make up for the trauma I just watched'

Spencer approached the girl and took off her collar and leash, he then introduced himself to her and they both walked out of the room. I continued standing there puzzled but I snapped out of it when the younger butler Robert ordered us maids to continue back to work. One by one, we leave the room. I was a little worried as I've only had a couple of hours training but I will try my best to fit in and not look out of place.
