Lilith's Visit

Years in the future, long after Marine took over hell, long after Ezekiel married Grace and became king, long after Vincent's death. Lilith crouches infront of his grave.

"Hey vincent..." she sits by the grave stone, leaning against it, "I'm sorry I haven't visited in a while..."

She sighed softly and placed a plate of two cupcakes on the grave, "but.. my life has been a bit rough since you passed... at first everything was ok for a while... but then I was slowly cut from everyone... and I had to go get my own food... but it's so difficult.. Deerkin can smell I'm different, Elementals have an insistence to have kids, even though I dont want anymore, and human and Demon's love tastes like silicon and plastic... and when i do stay with a human it doesnt take long for them to die... which... makes me believe if it wasnt for me... you'd still be alive..." Lilith spoke a touch slower as she spoke, finally lowering her head as she trailed off..

"I'm sorry vincent... I'm so sorry... " Tears filled her violet eyes, drowning them, causing her vision to blur... but... she smiled and looked to the graveston.

"but my loyalty to you hasn't faded even after all these years... I feel absolutely nothing for these people... only you... and after you left... I've felt empty...." She sniffles and wiped away her tears, "well... I'm sorry I cant stay longer... I have to go..." she got up, dusting herself off, she placed a kiss on a few of her fingers and touched the gravestone, "I love you vincent..."
