16 Absurd Combination

After school is over. He change is clothes and going to karasuno high school through back door. What izumi know, there should be a competition for each new member. and he is going to watch. he know that crazy fast play combo from shouyou and tobio would occurs this day.

Izumi peek at the training ground and as he expected, the volleyball members already gathered. He walk toward building entrance. He greet them with waving his hand.

"Oi shouyou, tobio, ryuu-san, suga-san."

"Miyamura" Shouyou, ryuunosuke, and sugawara said at the same time. and tobio just nodded at izumi.

"Hello everyone, can I join? by the way my name is Miyamura Izumi, nice to meet you." said izumi with smile.

"So, you are Hinata friend that he talked about? Let me introduce myself. my name is Sawamura Daichi. I'm volleyball captain. nice to meet you miyamura." Said a guy who has short dark hair and dark brown eyes.

"It seem captain let the first year to compete each other. then I'm going to watch." said izumi

"Hahaha, don't be shy, let's play together." said ryuunosuke as he approached izumi.

"No no no, i don't know how to play. I'm gonna watch first." izumi refused as he is still beginner in volleyball. he might have fast response, so what he can do is just blocking the smash. what izumi know is the position in volleyball which is outside hitter, opposite hitter, middle blocker, setter, and libero.

Izumi approaching a tall and slim guy with short blond hair, pale skin, thin eyebrows, and golden-brown eyes. he also use glasses.

Beside him is young-looking guy with an average build. He has dark grayish-green hair with a flyaway piece of hair sticking up at the top.

Izumi greet them as he reach out his hand "Nice to meet you, my name is Miyamura Izumi."

"Hello, my name is Yamaguchi Tadashi, he is Tsukisima Kei" Said young-looking guy while pointed at a tall guy with short blond hair.

"You don't need to say yamaguchi." Said tsukishima with annoyance.

"Hey you don't need to be cold like that Kei-chan" teased izumi.

Tsukishima just clicked his tongue, while the others murmured "Kei-chan" as this nickname seem cute.

After a while, a girl with shoulder-length black hair that she tucks behind on the left side while the rest hangs on the right side with a single small hair piece hanging in the middle, grey eyes with visible long eyelashes, a distinct mole located on the lower left side of her chin and she wears square-rimmed glasses.

Izumi say to her with smile "Hey girl, are you lost? you want this little brother take you back home."

The others twitch their lips, as he didn't expect izumi flirting with a girl right off the bat.

"What the hell are you doing to our Kiyoko-san?" Said tanaka as he strangle izumi.

"The hell baldy. there's a girl you know and didn't introduce to me." said izumi, then he facing a girl named kiyoko and say "Nice to meet you, My Name is Miyamura Izumi."

The girl nodded and say "Shimizu Kiyoko" then walk toward sawamura.

"What a shy girl." izumi smirked then walked away.

"Alright then, we're gonna do 3 vs 3. Hinata, tanaka, and kageyama in one team. and I will join tsukishima and yamaguchi." said sawamura.

"Hey hey, who should we dest...ehem, block first? the bald one, or the short one?" said tsukishima with his smug attitude.

Sawamura and yamaguchi just sigh, while tanaka and hinata annoyed by tsukishima.

The match is started. kageyama tossing toward tanaka on the left side. when tanaka looks like he about to score with his smash.

*bam*

Tsukishima hand blocks right on target. his block get a score for his team.

"Wahaha, nice block" izumi cheers.

Veins popped up on tanaka head when he look at tsukishima smirked face.

"Damn, let me see if you can block next time." said tanaka.

The match continues. Tanaka got a score from his smash. but it seem not all his smash worked against tsukishima. well tsukishima have advantage with his height. his height already 190cm despite being a first year. shouyou finally got a nice toss, his jump is amazingly high, but he can't pass through tsukishima.

"Is His Majesty King only at this level? why don't you try the King toss like what you did?" Taunted tsukishima to kageyama.

Kageyama just silent, but then hinata ask "hey, what do you mean by His Majesty King and King toss?"

Tanaka was about to take action but stopped by sawamura. Then tsukishima tell hinata "Do you know why he called The King? It's because his unreasonable toss toward his teammates as he keep order his teammates response his unreasonable toss by smashing toward the other side. that's why he called the King, not the King as what you think it is, but a Dictator King. After that, his toss rejected by his teammates, what a funny script."

The one who didn't know the story looking at kageyama who still silent.

"It doesn't matter what kind of toss. I will spike it" Said hinata with confidence.

"Nice said shouyou. It doesn't matter how tobio play. But he need to look at the spiker first. look at spiker ability, what he good at, what toss suitable for spiker, and can a setter draw out a 100% spiker capability? if you can do that, you undoubtedly a national level setter." Explained izumi. kageyama dumbfounded by what izumi said. he didn't expect izumi who just start playing volleyball understand a lot. he begin to think that what he did in middle school is really big mistake.

Izumi add "You met shouyou at middle school tournament. so you should have known his ability. how can you draw out his capability depend on you tobio."

Sawamura, sugawara and tanaka just thumb up toward izumi. they both understand what izumi said might help kageyama grow.

"Ahh what you said hurt my head. Anyway just give me a toss." hinata screaming while holding his head.

Suddenly kageyama look at hinata, and told him to jump highest as he can and just spike the ball, he told him that he doesn't need to look. he can even close his eyes while spiking. as for the ball, kageyama will take care of it.

The match continues once again. sawamura take the service. tanaka receive the ball, the ball bounced toward kageyama. hinata suddenly run so fast and jump with spiking stance. kageyama focus toward the ball and jumping hinata, suddenly he toss the ball so fast and accurately land on hinata palm.

*bam*

Sudden silence occurred. tsukishima can't even react. even sawamura who usually calm can't even believe what crazy thing hinata and kageyama did just now. hinata just look at his palm while all others look at hinata.

"Hahaha, that was so fast as I expected. that's absurd combination really working from two of you. hahaha" izumi's laugh broke the silence.

"Hinata, he, he close his eyes when he spike you know." said sawamura with completely unbelievable expression.

"What!???" the others except izumi dumbfounded.

"That's why i said their combination is absurd, hahaha." said izumi with his laughter.
