1 Chapter 1

June 2015 is our first meeting. It's the first day of our class. I went early to school because I don't want to be late in my first day. I'm so very excited to see new faces and make friends.

The start of our class is 7:30. I'm now a grade 7 second and tbe start if my journey in high school. Before, I just imagine myself to be a high school student, but now it is astonishing that I am here.

When we arrived, there are many students outside of each classroom. My cousin Cloyd lead me to my section. We are not classmate, I'm 7-Carnation while his 7- Everlasting.

" Aleynia Ckeah " the girl shouted. I know that she is referring to me because that voice is very familiar.

It's no other than my elementary classmates Vivienne and beside her is Elaynia Mae. We are classmates eversince kindergarten. So, we are very close and fond of each other. We always have each other backs in every problem.

" What section are you? " I asked them.

" We're classmates! " she said.

" Huh? I'm 7-Carnation "

I'm confused on what is happening. I thought I'm in different section?

" Nope. We are 7-Anthurium. Our adviser said that we are in science class. There are changes. " I just nodded and smiled.

" Let's go or we will be late " we ran to our classroom. It is far from other grade 7 classroom but it is easy to find.

The first thing that I noticed when we arrived is the cleanliness of the hall way. We are near in the Principal office. All science class classrooms are just in one building.

I went to the name list to see if my name is there. I scan the whole paper and smiled when I see my name.

We went inside and greet our adviser. She is in her late thirties. She is beautiful and elegant.

" Good morning ma'am " I said. She just smiled at me and nodded.

" Please take your seats. We just need to wait for your other classmates before we start our class. "

After 10 minutes, we are complete. Ma'am stood up and went to the front.

" Good morning class. I'm your adviser Mrs. Lizel Lim. I know that you are all an elite student because you passed the one of the hardest examination in the whole country. Each of you has a great mind and potential to be an honor students. I hope that you will do your best everytime. "

All of our attention is in her. The whole room is fill with silence.

" So for now, you just need to introduce yourself. To be familiar in everyone." ma'am said and we just all nodded.

I'm so nervous right now because there are many unfamiliar faces.

" We will start our class tomorrow, but I don't know if your other teachers will also do this. "

" Ok ma'am " we said in chorus.
