4 Chapter 4:A talk with Dad

Before this story starts I just want to say that I might make a time skip soon to start off the main series.As I said in the Synopsis this story takes place a few months before the main story begins.That's all I wanted to say so enjoy me making this bad story and making Steven very Overpowered

Steven woke up and the memories of what happened last night came back to his head.After taking a bath last night he ended up crashing on his bed and falling asleep.He woke up and noticed that the gems weren't there which probably meant they went on another mission.Steven didn't think he could look at them straight in the eyes after what he did last night.Even though they weren't real he was still devastated on what he did.Steven got up and changed his clothes into something to

exercise in, that's right his quest came back.

Steven looked at his quest and saw it was a little more than before, so now he knew that the system wasn't joking about raising the intensity of his workouts as he got stronger.Steven went on the beach and began to work out, not planing on stopping until he was done.

(Time skip 1 hour)

Steven didn't take as long as he would have to finish off his workout, even though he only got the system the other day he already felt like the strongest person alive.Steven planned to enter an empty ID later and train all his new skills that he got.After taking a shower and changing into his clothes which felt a lot looser then usual.Steven then exited the house and went to the car wash.He saw a van there and knew all to well who owned that van.He went up and knocked on the backside of the van, and once it opened he saw a man with beard Surrounding his mouth and long hair with a huge bald spot in the middle.He wore a white v neck tank top with shorts and flip flops, he also had noticeable tan marks on his body.This person was Steven's father Greg Universe.Greg saw Steven and said.

[Who's there, I have a waffle Iron]He said but then noticed that it was just his son Steven.

[Hey buddy what are you doing here, I wasn't expecting to see you today]he said, Steven looked at him and stated.

[I want to talk about something]Greg sat down after hearing that and patted next to him, indicating for Steven to sit down next to him.

[What do you want to talk about]Greg said a little worried for his son]Steven then began to speak.

[I had a dream…It wasn't like my normal dream as I was fighting a ton of zombies]Greg didn't know where this was getting at but kept on listening non the less.

[After killing the zombies I saw Pearl, Amethyst, and Garnet as zombies too….And…I killed them.I don't know what to think, the dream felt so real.I know they weren't real but still.]Steven said as he looked down in shame.He didn't want to tell his dad that this dream was real.Greg then looked over to Steven and said.

[That was a pretty bad dream, but you have to remember you didn't kill them and there still alive.]Greg said he then said something else.

[Steven I want you to remember that no matter what you do I'll always love you and that goes for your mother and the gems as well, we can never be mad at you.Just be true to yourself and stay strong and you'll be fine]Steven understood as nodded his head.He got up and thanked his dad and then left.Greg looked off at where his son was leaving and smiled.

[You'd be proud of him if you could see him now]he said as a few tears rolled down his eyes.He. Whipped them away and went back to do what he was doing before.

As Steven left and went back to the beach house he went into an Empty ID to train some more.Steven then spent the next few hours practicing all of his new skills.

(Time Skip 6 hours later)

By the time Steven decided to finish his training for today it was already getting late out.Steven then exited the empty ID and appeared in his room.Just then the Gems came back from another mission and greeted Steven.Steven went and hugged them which they were confused on why he just suddenly rushed at them and hugged them.

[Are you ok Steven]Pearl said.She became worried that something happened.Steven just replied.

[Im ok I just wanted a hug, what's so wrong with that]he said as he hugged a little tighter.The gems hugged him back into a group hug although they were surprised by Steven's Strength, they didn't know he was already this strong but of course Steven wasn't hugging them with his full strength.

After a while of talking and enjoying each other's company they went to sleep.Steven then went into an Empty ID to train his skills even more before coming back and falling asleep.

(Time skip 9:00 A.m)

Steven woke up an hour ago and did his work out quest which went up to make him do more than yesterday.

He had just finished and was heading back inside to see the gems looking at him weirdly.Steven decided to break the silence.

[Whats wrong are you guys ok]He said as he looked at them.The Gems didn't have any missions to do today so they were just going to relax and enjoy their break.When they woke up they didn't see Steven anywhere and assumed he went out around town.That conclusion immediately was proven wrong when they saw Steven outside the window working out.They we're surprised to see him exercise and so extremely as well.Steven was still only 13 years old and he shouldn't be working out so hard.Pearl than answered Steven back.

[When did you start exercising and so extremely too, your just a child you shouldn't be working out so hard]she said.she was worried that Steven would hurt himself training so hard and at such a young age.

[I just started two days ago, since I want to go on missions with you I have to get stronger first right.]Steven said.It was true that he wanted to go on missions with them, and to do that he had to be strong enough to fight back and not be taken out so easily.He had a feeling that more powerful enemies would soon appear and he wanted to be ready for when that happened.The gems looked at Steven suspiciously, Steven working out this much at his age wasn't something that can be pushed aside.Garnet then said.

[Well Steven how about you work out lighter and maybe if we see results we'll take you on a mission]Steven nodded his head, although he knew he'd only increase his workout he'd probably have to start doing it in the Empty ID to not worry the Gems.Steven and the Gems really didn't do anything else today as all they did was relax and take a breather.The Steven got up and went to the bathroom, he wanted to be alone to open his lottery tickets that he forgot about.

*System open all 5 lottery Tickets*Steven thought.A tab then opened showing Steven what he got from the lottery tickets.

{Purification pill:Purifies the body after consuming.This pill should be taken in the bath as it will push negativity out of the body}

{bubble:A pink bubble that protects you and anyone else that you decide to allow inside.You can also surround objects inside this bubble}

{Blood lust:Incase yourself in an Aura to scare your enemies.The stronger your enemy is compared to you the less that enemy is effected}

{Weighted bands X10:A band that can increase its weight to help with training.These weights can also be places on enemies to stop them.An infinite amount of weight can be applied to these bands}

Steven then used his Mystic lottery Tickets.

{Healing touch:With this skill you can heal any injury you want just by touching it.This also works on curses or sicknesses}

{Flying Thunder God:A space time technique that allows its user to teleport to a Mark that is placed by the user.This mark can be placed as many times as needed.This mark can be applied on anything and allows the user to teleport to that marked thing or that marked thing to be teleported to them}

{Emperor Eyes:allows user to see their enemies body in extreme detail.This can help with with seeing enemy's weaknesses and predict the movements of your enemies.}

Steven looked at all these new skill and was impressed.He would train all of his new skills later.He left the bathroom and went back to where he was before to relax before going out at night in an Empty ID to train some more.
