6 V1 Chapter 2.2

Kanata Atsuji woke up after everything has happened. He wakes up afterward.

"What was that? Is that a dream? Or a memory who the hell is that is that me? That is me right?"

"What am I saying again? What did I said before? "

He doesn't remember anything from what happened in his dream nor this so called world. There are no memories intact to him either that dream nor in his self. What are those? Are those dream of that really happened a question in his was never answered. Nothing had changed to him but the appearance in his dream and in this world is the same no one can answer that. Everything remained a mystery about what really happened to him. A big question remained in his but he has forgotten all of it.

He is like a new person. There are still a lot of unknown to him right now, all he knew about is a simple, basic knowledge ofa what a normal human is living. He doesn't really forget everything at least not all. Being human still remain in his self.

I finally woke up after everything. I was lying in a white bed and bandages are wrapped around my head and body. As I woke up I brushed my eyes. I grasped the sight of the face of a girl who is a stranger to me. I don't know who she is but when I opened my eyes she smiled with a bit of tear in her eyes. She gave me a joyful glare and he suddenly hugged me.

"I'm glad you're awake, are you okay? are you fine?"

I was shocked knowing I don't remember who she is nor what is she for me. She slowly removes her arms that are hugging me and she started to wipe her tears away. Her hair was a long shiny yellow. Her shirt is almost likely the same style here for what I saw people here.

"Thanks to God you're finally awake, I was worried Tetsuo too. You were asleep for 5 days you know"

"I'm not being rude but I don't know who are you and why I'm here? What happened?"

Her joyful eyes suddenly disappeared that replaced with shock, worry, and bewilderment.

"What do you mean by that?"

"I really don't remember anything. And why I'm here what really happened?"

"I brought you here in the headquarters guild, you are injured from the incident 2 days ago and right now you are being healed by Milaya for 2 days"

Everything was still remained unclear, about what really happened so I asked them about it.

"What happened to me and who are you and I mean where am I don't know what is a guild? What do you mean by the guild?"

"What are talking about? Is this for real you are joking are you I'm Akira Kei we're on the same team." the girl named Akira answered with a pleasing tone.

I was really, really puzzled about what really happened. I don't remember anyone here.

I asked her with doubt knowing nothing. "Akira Kei? I don't know you nor the girl you mentioned before"

She looks straight into my eyes likes she doubted me if I'm joking around or I really didn't remember anything

"Don't tell me you lost your memories when you fall, I'm not sure what are you are saying but if you are saying the truth it might be when you fall and created an impact with your head and lose your memories."

I go with the flow because everything is still unclear to me and keeps asking about what happened.

"When I fall? What are talking about? Why did I fall?"

"Remember we are fighting some enemy, and the enemy blows the explosives and it goes kaboom and you fly far away. Can't you see the bandages around you? Oh, I see you may have been lost your memories. But what are the memories you have lost?" she asked.

She started to think she even puts her finger towards her head.

"hmmm, mmmm"

She suddenly pointed her finger to my eyes with an angry eye in her.

"We are worried about you if you are joking around I'll never forgive you"

I really don't remember what happened. What is this girl talking bossy to me I'm just telling the truth. But maybe I was someone to her before maybe.

"Oh that's what happened but I still don't remember anything. I'm not joking around I just don't really remember anything including you the girl you are talking about and the boy you also mentioned before."

She leaves me for a while and she goes to a girl. I sit up and I slightly slap my head and shook it because maybe doing that will make me remember something. They seem to talk about something but I can't hear what they are saying.

"Hey Milaya can you come with me just a minute only"

"What's the matter Akira? Is something off?"

"Yes there is something"

The girl that Akira talks to started to follow her and they started to approach me. But when she saw me shaking my head she started to rush over me and seems to stop me.

"Hey stop, stop what are you doing, your wounds my open"

"Oh, I'm I was just doing it because it might return my memories"

"She is Milaya she is the one who heals you," Akira said.

The girl named Milaya gave me a puzzled look. She maybe also was wondering why my memories have been lost.

Akira said everything to Milaya that I don't remember anything.

"He said he lost his memories and said he doesn't remember anything, he might have some amnesia," Akira said to Milaya.

"Oh that's the problem are you sure you don't remember anything?" Milaya asked me.

"Yes I don't remember anything" I replied.

She started to think about it, and thinks about some possibilities, and came up with these conclusions.

"I can be back or maybe it can't. You probably lost your memories when you fall from the incident that happened. If your memories didn't come back your head might have hit the specific part of your head that makes you forget everything." Milaya answered

I was wondering what really happened, maybe I really lost my memories but I was shocked that my memories can't return.

What will happen now if my memories will not return?

Akira was a bit angry and sad when she replied to Milaya. "What do you mean his memories can't go back?"

She sadly answered "It was a pretty high fall but we can still do something to make it back but when we are unable to make his memories back then I have no other option and let it be"

Milaya gave sigh to us. She looks closely at me and she holds her jaw trying to think of some solution on the way my memories can return.

"I don't know if I can solve anything but I will try to do something or look for some solutions for now you still need to rest and you need to recover from your injuries"

Of course, she might not really can't do anything about I can't blame her for what happened.

After that Akira leaves me behind for a while and she said "can you wait here for a minute I'm going to prepare something for you.

A minute has passed and Akira looks that she prepared a meal for me. She approached me with a big smile on her.

"Hey, Kanata you need to eat you haven't eaten for days now you need to recover. "

She prepared a meal I don't know what it is but as long as it's edible I will eat it my stomach also started to growl. Growl, growl, growl.

"Thanks for the meal Akira," I said it with gratitude.

I eat it with a smile, I was shocked it was extremely yummy and delicious I can't stop but to eat it.

I finally finished my meal and afterward, Milaya came back to us with a woman beside her with a hood and staff in her. And they approached me.

The old woman slowly removed her hood.

Oh, she is an old woman, as I expected from what she looks like with a hood before. Her wrinkled skin confirmed it.

"Hey boy I heard you lost your memories"

"Yes ma'am" I replied.

Milaya introduced the old lady to us. "She is Miram, my grandma also my teacher, the one who taught me how to use my magic to heal."

"…"

"Miram is here because she didn't teach me how to deal with that situation so I ask for her help."

"Miram san can you tell will his memories come back?"

"I still don't know but let me try"

Miram stamp her hood twice and she puts her two hands in front of me and she started to say something weird and a circle appeared in front of me.

What was that is that some other language? What the hell is she doing? .... Weird.

"What was that what is she doing?" I asked.

"shhh, Silence she is chanting some spell" Milaya wants me to not speak because I might interrupt what she doing.

Akira placed her hand near her mouth and she whispered to me. "She is casting some spell, it is magic. If you want to know I can explain afterward."

Miram was finally finished with what she is doing she slowly lowered her hand. "I can't determine what happened I can't assure you if his memories will come back I can't read his soul"

Akira gives a sad look and in her eyes, there is a bit of tear. She started to shout at them and tried to force them to do something.

"Are you sure please do something"

"I can't do something young lady, but there is still a little hope. You can go back where you all started maybe he can recover his memories back"

The two of them now leaves, looks like there is no hope remained in my memories but maybe as the old woman said if we go back where we started my memories might return.

Milaya came back to us and gave a an undefined expression. It's like she is worried or sad or I bewildered about it. "I'm really sorry, that we can't do something for now you still need to rest"

"Don't worry I will make sure your memories will return after your injuries are healed and when you can go out here In the guild. After you get dispatched for sure we'll make it happen."

She clasped her own two hands together and gave me a hopeful eye that looks like a spark of hope that came suddenly. I was a bit happy with what the result is but at least there is still a way.

I nodded at her and smiled.

I don't really know how to deal with this situation I hope I wasn't being pretty awkward. Of course, I don't know them. I hope I dealt with them properly.

"…"

My memories might not return but it looks like even I don't remember anything someone is still here for me.

"The world is vast full of true, liars and cheaters the moment you meet the real and genuine person never let them go"
