Introduction to cultivation

Hello! author here. I had this story in my language (Portuguese) and I thought: since I'm learning English, why don't I try to translate and post this story in English?

So there must be some errors in the grammar, if you find, please let me know by commenting.

this is an auxiliary chapter, for those who do not understand anything about cultivation or want to know more about the work.

Cultivation: The process of improving health, increasing longevity, and becoming powerful. This is accomplished by cultivating Qi and training in the martial and mystical arts.

Qi: It is the vital energy that exists in all things. And the density of Qi in the Daintian is the main basis for defining the difference in power between two cultivators.

Dantian: Refers to the region of the body where a person's Qi is concentrated. There are technically three dantians, but here, we've simplified the concept and used only the lower dantian (located three fingers below and two fingers behind the navel).

Cultivation Method: A mystical art or collection of techniques that cultivators practice to cultivate.

Cultivation Handbook: A book containing detailed instructions on training in a cultivation method or martial arts style. Generally considered extremely valuable and therefore kept secret (or at least not made available to the public).

Qi Deviation: A state in which the cultivation base becomes dangerously unstable, causing internal damage to the body and symptoms of psychosis.

Spiritual Beasts: Beasts that have become powerful through the Qi present in the surroundings. They are divided into three levels of Low, Medium and High Level Spiritual Beasts. And further divided into Nine Ranks from One to Nine. The Low Level Level One Spirit Beast is the weakest, while the High Level Level Nine Spirit Beast is the strongest in the Lower and Middle Heavens.

Cultivation Realm: The amount or capacity of refined Qi possessed by a cultivator.

Realms of cultivation of the work to date:

Realm of Mental Reinforcement.

Realm of Body Reinforcement.

Foundation establishment.

Qi stabilization.

Qi refining.

Core Formation.

Rising Soul.

Half Holy.

Holy.

These are the realms that I will present in the lower heaven. As the story progresses more may appear.

This world is divided into three parts:

The Lower Heavens: Also called the mortal world by cultivators of the Upper Heavens. This place has the lowest Qi density, so the middle cultivation realm of cultivators here is Body Reinforcement, and publicly, peak cultivation is Half Holy. This is also where the first part of our story begins.

The Middle Heavens: This is where our MC hunter is from. It has better living conditions and higher density of Qi compared to the lower heavens. The power structure will be defined in later chapters.

The Upper Heavens: As its name suggests, it is the place where the realm] of lower cultivation is very high. Not much is known about this place, just that it takes a lot of cultivation to get there.

Every cultivator's main goal is to gain immortality and reach the pinnacle of cultivation.
