Fight

As soon as the slash blasted them Dexter used it's momentum to turn in mid-air and move the girls on his stomach while he slid a few meters on his back.

Confused the girls looked at the person who saved them and was stunned to see Dexter lying beneath them.

Seeing their stunned face he smiled and asked," You girls, alright?!"

"Onii chan." both the girls hugged him and started crying.

"Thank you for saving us, Dexter!" Shuri said while on the verge of tears.

"Who the fvck are you?! How did you enter this place? I had already placed a barrier around this place…." The Fallen angel continued his question, but Dexter just placed them on the floor and stood up.

He looked at the fallen angel while narrowing his eyes and releasing his killing intent, "Shut up you worm!"

His killing intent was so concentrated that the fallen angel felt that he was in front of a dragon who had taken countless lives. He also combined his killing intent with the illusion that he just learned, although it wasn't strong but should still be able to hold the fallen angels for a few minutes.

"Look, I said Onii Chan would come and save us." Tsubaki said while crying and hugging Dexter's leg.

"Yeah, you said Tsubaki Chan, Onii Chan thank you for saving mom." Little Akeno said while crying and hugging Dexter's other leg.

"Thank you for everything, Dexter." Shuri said while on the verge of tears.

Seeing them in this state Dexter gave a sigh and picked up the little girls and gave them a hug and they started to cry louder. Then he looked at Shuri who was standing beside him with watery eyes and he took her in his embrace too. This broke the dam that she was trying to hold back and she too started to cry although not loudly but still he could still feel her shaking from fear.

Everyone needs support after a tragedy and this was a big one for them with their lives online. So Dexter just hugged them tighter as he didn't know how to pacify them.

After a minute they all stopped crying and started to remove themselves from his hug. But the little girls saw blood on their hands and become puzzled as they didn't feel hurt and they were young to understand its meaning.

Seeing that they have calmed down he put them down and looked at the fallen angel who was still in the illusion.

Shuri didn't have blood in her hand as Dexter was hugging her and there was no place for her to hug back.

But when Dexter put the girls down Shuri looked at the girls and was startled to see the blood on their hands she hurriedly wiped it with her cloth to see if they were hurt but the blood cleaned without any injuries. Seeing this she hurriedly looked at Dexter and he looked at her and gave a smile," Don't worry, it's not that bad."

Shuri looked at him in concern and unknowingly a flower had blossomed in her heart.

Finally, the fallen angel broke out of illusion and looked at him with hatred," How dare you, a lowly human, put me in an illusion?!"

Seeing that he had broken out of the illusion, Dexter moved forward leaving the girls behind and they were able to see his back, it was filled with a large slash which was still dripping blood and his whole back was burned black because of the impact.

Seeing his back the little girls and Shuri were Horrified and the girls started to cry again.

Dexter looked back at them and gave a reassuring smile. Then he turned on them and started to gage the fallen angel. He was a good looking guy but his eyes and face were evil and currently, his eyes were dots due to anger which made him look even eviler.

"Why did you attack the girls, it's not like they harmed you?" Dexter asked in puzzlement as according to his understanding Shuri and Akeno wouldn't be attacked until Akeno turns ten years old and this was way early.

Hearing his question the fallen Angel started to laugh and said," Of course it's due to the bounty. That b itch over there had a huge bounty on her head and as I was in town, I thought to collect it, that all."

"What's your name?" Dexter asked while feeling angry at the insult he threw towards Shuri.

"HAHAHAHA, you would be the first human to ask the name of your reaper and seeing you were able to live after my full power attack I will give you my name, Kai." Kai said with pride," Now are you ready to die?"

"HAHAHA, life is so fun sometimes!" Dexter said with laughter and tears formed in his eyes.

"Why are you laughing?" Kai asked in annoyance.

"Well, I killed your dogs and left plenty of my magic, so that you could find me, but looks like I meet with a nincompoop." Dexter said while still smiling.

"It was you fvcker, I am going to kill you." Kai said while creating a light sword in his hand and moving forward in an attack, seeing this Dexter suddenly vanished from his spot and appeared in front Kai that startled him and before Kai could recovery he sent a right punch to his face sending him flying towards left," this is for calling my girls b itch."

Then he teleported again and sent a left punch," This is for attacking them."

Then Dexter teleported and kicked him again sending him flying up," This is for their tears." and finally he teleported above him and kicked him down sending him crashing down," and this is for scaring them."

After just first attack Kai was in a mess and before he could recover from the first punch he was punched and kicked again and again. This made the girls cheer for their Onii Chan and Shuri looked at Dexter with a warm smile, through her tears that hadn't dried yet and it created a very beautiful and harmonious scene, like a hero saving the beauty.

Finally, when Dexter landed on the floor, Kai stood up from the floor covered in daubery of concrete and looked at Dexter with mad anger.

"I am going to kill you." saying this Kai threw light spears at Dexter which Dexter slashed through with his sword as slashing a paper.

Seeing this Kai started to throw the spears consecutively and Dexter kept slashed. Finally seeing that nothing was going his way Kai released a blinding white light which could make anyone lose their sight but Dexter just covered his eyes with magic and it didn't affect him at all. After all these tricks could only work on armatures.

After releasing his light the fallen angel started to move towards Shuri and girls," At least, I will get my reward." The fallen angel muttered while making a mad dash.

"Says who?!" Dexter suddenly appeared beside him and asked in his ears this made Kai lose all his bearing as he looked at Dexter as if he was a monster, seeing this Dexter made a final slash at him on his back slicing his back and spinal cord. Kai gave a shrilled cry and dropped on the floor without being able to move. He had used almost all his energy in the attacks, so he was out of juice and wouldn't even be able to heal himself.

This concluded his fight with the fallen angel, so he moved towards the girls and tried to look at them thoroughly, but was submerged in hugs even Shuri came and hugged him while dropping her tears.

Dexter was feeling truly blessed at this moment. he was relieved that he made it to them on time or he would never have been able to forgive himself if something were to happen to them.
