Blood was pouring from Sasuke's eyes. Slowly, his Sharingan rotated and turned into a new design.
Sakura was baffled; She never thought Sasuke would kill his own teammate for power. But, though she never got close to Taiho, they were still teammates and went through so many things together… tears started coming from her eyes.
"Sasuke… y-you became a monster. I w-will kill YOU!!!" Sakura yelled in frustration.
Sakura's brain was telling her, ' if I could have been faster, I could have saved him. If I am powerful… I could have saved him… if I could have killed Sasuke when he left the village… I could have saved him….'
With a furious yell, she rushed toward Sasuke.
"{Amaterasu}"

As I felt power rushing through my veins, I felt euphoric, and I couldn't help but look at the corpse in front of me who helped me gain this power.
Did I care that I killed my former teammate who saved my life many times by risking his own life many times?
If I were old Sasuke, I would have said yes. Years of being hunted by ninjas for my bounty and trained by Orochimaru. Instead, I have turned into a monster who would sacrifice others to gain power.
I have killed many Konoha ninjas who recognized me while I was traveling. It's not really hard to recognize me since I always wear the Uchiha symbol proudly on my back, unlike my traitorous mother, who whore herself to Naruto. Then, my Kekkei Genkai, which is only accessible to the Uchiha Clan, can be easily recognized by any ninja.
I threw the corpse of Tahio towards Sakura, who was rushing toward me.
While Taiho was a nobody, Sakura is a student of Tsunade, and the repercussions of killing her far outweigh killing Fodder 1.
I couldn't help but shiver, thinking of Naruto. When I heard Naruto was traveling outside, I thought I could kill him. I have already made up my mind that I would kill him for all the humiliation I have suffered under him.
I still remember Naruto slaughtering the Iwa ninja, who ambushed Naruto to this day. Furthermore, I could help but to run like a coward after realizing that I could even put a scratch on him.
Because of that incident, I decided to set an ambush to kill my former teammate to get power trusting that half black and white creature. After that, it was easy deciding between Kiba and Fodder 1 since Taiho was a weakling compared to Kiba, who was the weakest compared to all the clan heirs.
I suddenly felt an unknown power unlock in my left eye. Deciding to test it, I used it on Sakura, who was rushing toward me.
"{Amaterasu}" came out of my mouth unconsciously.
A black flame came out of my left eye and headed towards Sakura.
The flames are powerful, and I couldn't help but feel that it's just the tip of an iceberg.
Astonished by its power, I forgot that I had used it on Sakura.
'Shit,' I thought after realizing the risks if someone found out I had killed her.
Suddenly, I was hit by dizziness. In addition, my previously bleeding left eye started bleeding again.
'I have used too much power in my left eye… I need to escape.'
So I have tried to move the flames aside, but no matter how much I have tried, the flames didn't stop.
"AHHH" After hearing Sakura's scream. I told myself that I needed to leave. I was getting dizzy and could barely stay awake.

Tsunade was signing the paper, while she often left the work to her clones. However, today she is in a good mood.

"Jonin Sakura was found near the border, heavily injured and barely alive."

"W-where… am I?" a hoarse sound came out.
She realized she couldn't talk properly, something obstructing her mouth.
A voice interrupted her thoughts. "Good, you are awake; I have already informed Tsunade-sama. You are lucky you have survived, but the bad news is-"
"That's enough!" A fresh voice interrupted the previous one. It didn't take few seconds to realize the voice of her sensei.
As Sakura opened her mouth, her sensei said,
"Don't try to speak, and you are currently breathing through a tube," Tsunade said gently as she could.
Its was weird listening to her gentle tone. Her sensei was always strict and strong and only used gentle tone when she talked to Naruto-kun.
While she looked calm, her eyes revealed sadness and changed to pity.
Sakura is, of course, oblivious to this. She was trying to wrap her mind around how she ended up in this situation. The last thing she remembered was fighting Sasuke, black fire, and bam; everything turned dark.
Noticing Sakura's silence and facial expressions, Tsunade opened her mouth and said,
"Sakura… rest for some days. I will come every day to examine you. Do not worry, everything will be alright." Tsunade tries to assure Sakura.
Sakura's eyes smiled, and wanted to give a thumbs-up but realized that her right hand was not responding.
At first, she thought that her right arm was probably tied to something, so when she turned over, her facial expression turned to panic, and tears started coming from her eyes, which turned hollow.
Tsunade couldn't help but tear up, looking at her precious student.
"Your right arm was heavily burned to the bone… we had to remove it… I am sorry, Sakura. I tried everything, and I don't know what to do." Tsunade signed and sat down next to her.
Gently rubbing Sakura's head.
When Sakura heard that her right arm was gone, she knew her ninja career had taken a hit. She might never become powerful.
An image of a handsome, red-haired man appeared in her head.
'N-Naruto-kun… I am-' she could help but cry out loud, and her face twisted with sadness and regret. All she cared about now was that she couldn't be together with her loved one.
'All the training I did. All night I sacrificed, so I could become a jounin and get accepted as Tsunade-sama's student… all my hard work…' Sakura thought while she was crying.
Suddenly, she realized half of her face felt weird when Tsunade rubbed her head.
"Can… s-see… myself-f?" Sakura asked in a broken voice.
Tsunade, releasing her blunder, took her hand back quickly.
Tsunade really didn't want to give Sakura a mirror to look at herself since….
"Okay, Sakura… know that I am here for you," Tsunade said while sighing.
Sakura's head was getting filled with all the adverse outcomes. She already realized that maybe something had happened to her face, but she still had a slight hope that her mind was playing tricks.
In a mirror, a half-bandaged person can be seen. Half of her body was covered in bandages painted slightly red from the blood being absorbed.
When Sakura looked at her face when it lost all hope, half of her face was burned. Miraculously, she could use both eyes, but her face was burned.
Her mind was filled with hatred. All the helplessness and sadness turned into a burning hatred. She wanted to make the person who did this to her suffer.
'Sasuke' name popped up in her mind. Suddenly, her head was hit with pain, and an influx of memories appeared.
Back flames rushed towards her. Sensing danger, she raised her arm to protect herself. The cursed flames burned through her and slowly spread towards her face.
Remembering the pain she felt. The helplessness couldn't get rid of those flames fueled her hatred of Sasuke more.
All she wants now is to kill Sasuke and will do anything, even sell her soul.
"Give me some time, Sakura, and I promise I will find a way… Stay strong." Tsunade said before leaving.
Naruto, of course, knew her condition. While his {Heal-bite} is not strong enough to heal her scarred tissues, his {Rinnegan} can fix her back. But why would he? Naruto didn't care about Sakura. Tsunade, of course, doesn't know that Naruto can heal Sakura. If she knew, she would have asked him, and Sakura would have been healed already.

< Timeskip- Few weeks >
During the weeks, many of Sakura's friends visited her. Hinata and Ino especially came every day to check up on her mental health.
Sakura's mental health was gradually declining, and after meeting Naruto once, her mood improved since she saw that she did not repulse Naruto.
Today, Tsunade and Shizune visited her to talk about what happened.
"You're making outstanding progress, Sakura. Come, tell me what happened. First, you teleported to the nearest Konoha station with a half-burned body and barely breathing. Second, I remember giving all my students tokens to teleport you to the nearest station." Tsunade asked.

Tsunade gave her sometimes to relax, and Sakura thanked her and continued
"Sasuke used {Chidori} to stab my teammate, killing him."
Tsunade turned her head to her side and showed an angry face.
Sakura didn't know why she continued her story.
"After Sasuke killed him, his Sharingan turned from three tomeo into a different shape… he said something like, "I have finally achieved my final form," and I rushed toward Sasuke in anger, but suddenly black flames suddenly came out his left eye and Ahh…." Sitting down on the chair, she opened her mouth and exhaled deeply, thinking about Sakura.
"Inoichi, I want you to find the best therapist for Sakura." He nodded and took leave.
Then, turning to Naruto, she handed him a scroll.

After I read the scroll, I couldn't help but be surprised.
In the Cannon, Sasuke often had chances to kill Naruto, but he always left him alive, so I thought Sasuke was emo tsundere and didn't want to kill his "best friend." However, looking at the information on the scroll, reading Sasuke killing Taiho and heavily wounding Sakura with permanent scars is surprising.
I looked at Tsunade and said, "It looked like Sasuke killed him to upgrade his Sharingan into Mangekyo Sharingan. It is like the ultimate form of a Sharingan. (Well, three is EMS, but she doesn't need to know that.). A person with Mangekyo Sharingan can receive two unique powers. It looks like Sasuke's left eye ability is called {Amaterasu}."
I waited to let the information sink in. Tsunade nodded her head and questioned, "So what does this {Amaterasu} do?"
"It is a unique black flame which can burn anything, even fire, and it can last for seven nights and days or until the caster cancels the Jutsu. It doesn't require any hand seal." I replied.
Tsunade said, "It sounds like a weaker version of your fire, but there should be a weakness, right?"
I couldn't help but smirk, "Mangekyo Sharingan has a huge weakness… It causes blindness. The more the user uses his unique powers, the faster the blindness spreads. Sakura here luckily survived. Sasuke probably was weakened by awakening his Mangekyo, and further using {Amaterasu} probably caused him to fall unconscious. If he were conscious, Sakura would have burned to ashes."
Then I explained to her in detail how to deal with {Amaterasu} and, of course, told her the "possibility" of controlling the fire since Sasuke's right eye can control any flames, including {Amaterasu}.
Tsunade concluded. "I will increase Sasuke's bounty and officially state that he needs to be killed from now on. Even if he is captured, he will be publicly executed. Do you have anything to say, Naruto-kun?" she stated.
I shrugged my shoulders and replied, "You reap what you sow".
