Exploring.

It's been a few days since my new life, and surprisingly enough, it's been quite fun. I've gotten over the whole I'm a kid thing after the second day. Admittedly, it was somewhat difficult. I was about to hit 20 before I died, and now that I'm a 7 year old kid... Yeah, you get the idea... I think.

But other than that, training has been going quite well, amassing me 1000 EXP everyday which was enough to get me to level 8. I've also got two new skills.

[Sprint: Level 5]

[Passively increase you running speed by 5%]

[Unarmed Combat Mastery: Level 4]

[Increase strength and proficiency in all things unarmed combat related by 4%]

Sprint just happened to come by randomly, and I got Unarmed Combat Mastery because I wanted to have at least some form of fighting. When I asked Tai, I was unfortunately denied... So I just used whatever was durable enough for my above average strong child hands. That being a wooden pole that we just keep in the house.

Training had been raised by 12, however I've been gaining less and less from the training I've been doing. It's now either 1 or nothing at all. Guess I'll have to up the training...

And finally, we got a dog. Zwei. It was yesterday.... And when we brought him home. Pure. Chaos.

I don't know how, but he was able to almost set the house on fire, not even 10 minutes of us having him... IT JUST DIDN'T MAKE SENSE!

"How did you even do that?" I stared at the black and white pup lying on my stomach. My answer was met with a small bark. "Fine, keep your secrets." I scratched under his chin.

Being cooped up in this house all day is boring. Sure, there are games and stuff, but with my stat enhancements there not that fun. Sure, I can go into the backyard, but that's as far as I can go. Unless I want to tag along with Tai to go shopping, I'm very limited with options.

"Hm, tv shows are pretty... weird here." I stared ahead at the tv, trying to cure atleast a fraction of my boredom.

The show was an action one about a male trying to avenge his dead family. I guess the cool thing about this show was that the fight scenes were pretty cool... Although it is kind of ruined by the transformable weapons, but a good movie nonetheless.

"What do you think, Zwei?"

"Woof!"

"....Right, I think I'm going insane."

"Pft, you sure are." Hearing the voice, I looked at my left spotting Yang chuckling at my antics.

"Glad to see someone is thriving off my boredom." I blankly reply, taking Zwei off my stomach in favor of sitting up. "So what brings you to my humble couch."

She snorted. "Dad wanted to know if you wanted to go shopping with him."

"Yes," I said with an all too serious face, quickly getting off from the couch.

"I'll never understand your obsession." She shook her head, watching me pass by her.

(Timeskip)

I walked beside Tai inside Patch's local grocery store, waiting for the chance to dip.

'Why couldn't you have been a woman who just met someone they knew.' I stared ahead, cursing him in my mind. As cool as dad Tai is, his puns make me cringe.... And he's already told me about 15 of them, I'm losing my mind.

[Well not actually of course.]

'Right, right.' I roll my eyes as we enter the dairy section. The irony.

"Now, which type of milk should I get." I watched Tai take a look at different selections of milk, a look of concentration on his face.

[Now's your chance! Plot convenience says so!]

I step sideways, once. Twice... And dipped as fast as my agility could allow me, quickly exiting the grocery store.

"...Okay, mission successful." I breathed out and started walking in the direction I wanted to go, literally the only reason I wanted to go shopping anyways.

After a couple of minutes I reached my destination.

{Patch's Public Library}

A library. An orgasm zone for all gamers. I walk in, breathing in the scent of a library. On my left was the Librarian and some other stuff. And to the left was skilltopia.

I walk to the large selection of books, somehow being ignored by the librarian.

"Now, time to find what I came here for." Obviously I want books about Aura. After that, I'll just take anything I can find.

(Another Timeskip. I own this story)

[You spent... a whole hour in there. Luckily, your dad is still picking out milk]

"Mhhm..." I swayed out the Library, my mind currently still trying to process all the information that I stupidly jammed in my head. "I... want to go home."

[Aura: Level 1]

[Aura Points Cost: 25 per minute]

[The use of your soul and what-not. Increases all stats except for LUK and CHR by 10%]

[Weapon Mastery: Level 1]

[Increase proficiency with all things weapon related by 1%]

[Meditation: Level 1]

[The art of breathing in and out with fancyness. Increase MP and Aura Point regeneration by 1%]

[Cooking: Level 1]

[Do I even need to explain?]

There were some more skills but those weren't really worth talking about for now. Right now, I now had Aura unlocked which was very helpful.

[Skill Tree: Aura]

Oh, and that as well. But right now I just wanted to sleep. So, I stumbled back to the grocery store finding Tai still choosing out milk and sighed.

"The consequences of my actions..."

Don't like this chapter, but I don't feel like rewritting it.

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
