Hanju's POV and 1 month time jump

"You come highly recommended, kid," said a tall man with a permanent wide smile on his face.

"Indeed, Mr. Hansu is very competent," replied Hanju, taking some tea brought by the secretary named Sera Shin.

"But we don't take just anyone here," he said, standing up and emphasizing his impressive stature.

"Show me you're worth me risking my agency's reputation and money on you," he said, abruptly throwing the table at Hanju, who dodged the sudden attack by diving to the side.

"You've got good reflexes, but you're not at our recent recruit's level. So you'd better impress me more, kid, or you'll leave this place in your underwear..." Tom Lee couldn't finish his sentence as he took a hit to the throat before being showered with a rain of punches and kicks to various sensitive points on the human body.

Unfortunately for Hanju Gu, this was not enough to calm the ardor of the old man known as the "Fighting Prodigy," who stopped his string of attacks with a slap that sent him flying into the wall.

"Hahaha, Kim's friend was right, you're extremely promising and you always aim for the places where the opponent is most vulnerable or weak in their fighting style," said Tom Lee as a wild aura began emanating from his body.

"But that's not enough to be hired for now," he said with strange excitement in his voice as he tore off his clothes and rushed at Hanju, who was still on the ground after the previous slap had left an imprint of his back embedded in the wall.

As Tom Lee was about to kick Hanju, Hanju threw himself at Tom, slightly dodging his punch before grabbing him around the waist from behind.

"I knew you weren't the subtle type like Kim when facing an opponent head-on, but I think you're overestimating yourself here," said Tom Lee with an annoying smile on his face.

But Hanju paid no attention to these provocations and used all his strength to perform a flip trying to violently throw him to the ground.

"Hahaha, you're arrogant, kid, trying to throw me to the ground at your age...." Surprisingly, before Tom Lee could finish his sentence, he was thrown to the ground head first.

"You've got tremendous strength, hahaha," despite being on the ground, Tom Lee kept laughing.

"I like you even if you're not watching your back enough," said Tom Lee from the floor.

After those words, Hanju noticed he had lost his jacket and it was in Tom Lee's hands as he madly laughed on the floor.

"Alright, you pass. I'm taking you on as an intern. Welcome to The White Tiger Job Centre (or Baekho HRM)," he said, getting up as if Hanju's attacks had little to no effect on him.

"On your way out, go see Sera Shin, she'll explain all the formalities and your responsibilities," he said cheerfully.

After that, Tom left, keeping Hanju's jacket he had ripped off in his hands.

"I hope he won't do anything weird with it," thought Hanju, lighting up a cigarette.

"So were you able to gather enough data on Tom Lee?" Hanju asked the AI.

[AI: I was able to analyze him but I didn't get anything really useful for the host since the being named Tom Lee only used his raw physical strength during your confrontation.]

"I see," thought Hanju bitterly, looking at the door Tom Lee had exited through.

"AI, show me my overall level," ordered Hanju.

Name: Hanju Gu

Height: 1.88m

Strength: XXX+

Speed: XXX

Potential: S+ (in awakening phase)

Intelligence: A+

Resilience: XXX+

"I reached this level of strength in just 1 month," he said, admiring himself for persevering through the hell Hansu had put him through.

"Here are the documents you must read and sign, after which you'll be an official intern and of course one of ours," said Sera Shin with a sweet smile that would have easily fooled Hanju if he didn't have Mikoto Suoh's memories.

"Poor Samuel Seo, this witch really hides her game well," he thought, reading and signing the document.

"Do you have any requests at the moment?" Hanju asked out of curiosity.

"There's nothing for an inexperienced intern like you right now. But if there is something, you'll go as a duo with the new guy to limit the risk of failure," she explained, emphasizing the word "inexperienced."

"I understand and I hope to gain more experience with your help," said Hanju, winking at her while also emphasizing the word "experience," before leaving the agency.

"Poor kid ,hé doesn't know you should never trust a woman," said a man with cruel baldness after Hanju's departure.

"He's young, it's normal for Sera excited him easily Sanghui Han," said a man dressed professionally.

"Yes, you're right Yeongcheol Kim, the kid is still too inexperienced with women," he said, arranging his hairstyle with the little hair he had left.

The two hadn't noticed their conversation would soon bring them huge trouble, but that's another story.

"Thanks to Mr. Hansu I'm now an intern at The White Tiger Job Centre," thought Hanju, anticipating the future.

Currently he didn't need money since he already regularly received with the trading and had even been able to change apartments for a more comfortable one.

"Daniel Park, I can't wait to experience your skills," Hanju mentally said, remembering the reason for his desire to temporarily join White Tiger Job.

"Ding ding..."

Hanju took out his phone to see Dahyeon Kim was calling him.

"She's already like this with me even though we're not official," sighed Hanju, answering.

He had already declined Dahyeon Kim's calls too much today, and since he had nothing else to do, he might as well talk to her.

"Hello Hanju, can you hear me?" asked Dahyeon Kim on the other end.

"Loud and clear 5/5, how are you?" he asked, forgetting he was the one rarely keeping in touch.

"I'm fine, idiot, and that's my line since you don't really come to class anymore," she said little happy at first but slightly sadly at the end.

"I told you I would be extremely busy. I barely have time to post videos on Newtube and take care of my Ingsta," he explained, scratching his head.

"I know, you made that very clear to me 1 month ago..." she said in a faint voice.

"I'll call you back," said Hanju, hanging up.

Hanju could only finish his cigarette and throw it away, cursing himself a little for playing with this innocent girl's heart.

Mini flashback (party day 1 month ago)

"Thanks for walking me home," said Dahyeon Kim, slightly shy in front of her house.

She and Hanju had just been to a party with her friends and their partners .now she had been walked home by Hanju.

"You're welcome, after all you're a friend," said Hanju without thinking too much at the time.

"Actually, about that," she expressed, unable to look Hanju directly in the eyes.

"I wanted to tell you I really like you," she said before quickly and innocently kissing Hanju on the lips and pulling back with a completely red face.

At first, Hanju was puzzled but he quickly pulled himself together and took advantage of Dahyeon Kim's disordered thoughts to hungrily devour her lips.

"Wait for me, okay?" said Hanju, looking straight into Dahyeon Kim's eyes as she could only nod mechanically.

===================================

Author's Note: Yes, Hanju has moved up a gear with Dahyeon Kim, showing his plan named "Yoo Jinho" worked.

And yes, I confirm the protagonist has ulterior motives for temporarily joining "The White Tiger Job Centre." So expect to see him soon commit morally questionable acts.

In short, see you next time for the continuation and long live Lookism!
