The turn up for the party was large.  There were many guests at the party from the high society.  Men and women, young and old, had shown up in large numbers. 

All of them were curious about Aldrin. To keep up with him and see what he has been up to. And find out more about Eisha and the fuss about her. 

Businessmen had proposals to pitch to him, the women wanted to get in his bed, the mothers and fathers plotting to unite their children with him. 

Eisha was in her room in a pink tulle long evening gown. Scared and confused, she had agreed to accompany Aldrin to the party in the heat of the moment. 

She was literally in a moment with him when she said yes. Now that she had time to think it through, she regretted that decision so much. 

Christmas parties weren't for her and the darkness backing her with his smirk could agree with her. She tried to stop her beating heart from exploding from the nervousness coursing through her body.
