Chapter 2.1: The perfect gift?

It was almost time, it's almost Omnisha's birthday...Omnisha's heart pounded in her chest as excitement filled her body with joy and delight.

her Mother was out, inviting only five of her closest friends as her mother is not very much of a big fan of big parties despite the fact she prepares big parties herself; maybe she's just not the socializer type of lady.

Chris, her brother, was out in search of a special gift to give to her. he may have lied that he's had a gift planned in his head but oh alas, that was also a lie. his previous gift broke because he accidentally dropped it and it broke. what was the gift you ask? well it was a porcelain doll that she's been wanting ever since she was little. it had a pretty little blue dress that matched with her sapphire eyes and black hair, it had black shoes and a white ribbon on the back of it's head.

such a shame how porcelain can easily break like glass...

Chris was devastated and he needed to replace that gift today! He ran to different shops, hurriedly finding a perfect gift to give to her. Oh how will Chris find this perfect gift? his sister is going to be sad and disappointed that he didn't give her a gift on her birthday, her special day.

That was when Chris encountered an old antique jewelry shop, he became curious and wondered if there was anything special inside to buy for his little sister.

The jewelry shop looked like those old fortune teller shops you'd encounter on a fantasy world, with violet scarlet curtains and golden hedges to fit with the atmosphere of the shop. Chris looked at the shop's slogan, it said. "PERFECT JEWELS". that's it!! he can get Omnisha a necklace! or bracelet? maybe a crown? doesn't matter. he needed to buy her a gift quick and fast. make it perfect and make it a wish come true.

and thus, Chris walked into the shop of jewels.
