Previously..

The latter took a deep breath while holding onto the strap of his shoulder bag, sauntering down the seemingly empty hallways.

'They must be on their clubs..' The blonde boy thought to himself as he turned to the corner to meet a few opened doors.

He peeked in each one of them to see a small number of students doing activities such as Karate, Ballet and other bunch of club stuff.

Although, none of them really caught his attention nor interest.

Not until he arrived at an eye-catching room,

The Astronomy Club.

. . .

'It's the astronomy club..' He thought to himself taking a step inside the room, looking around the space-like theme room. 'Estelle.' He mutters.

He looked around the space-like room as his eyes grazed upwards, to the ceiling where the solar system is painted, he dwelled seeing the well-painted planets, he averted his gaze away, landing on a see-through closet to see an astronaut suit that seemed to be a DIY, it was well made though.

"Oh! Viktor! Fancy seeing you here!" The said girl gasped startling the blonde who gave her a nervous crooked smile and a small bow afterwards.

"This room looks nice." He murmured approaching the tan who's currently fixing a a large telescope infront of the room window.

"Thanks! Uh.. i did my best." She giggled to herself, taking a step back to admire the large telescope she's been working for 15 minutes now, it was a big plastic painted bottle with lens on either side that really showed a design of a telescope, but hey, it works though. "Now, where's my pencil.." She huffed looking around, making the foreign boy chuckle beside her.

"Allow me." Viktor cleared his throat gently taking the pencil from the tanned girl's ear.

"Woah! Was that a magic trick or was it on my ear the whole time?!" Estelle laughed as the foreign boy giggled with her. "Hey, it's nice seeing you giggle." She added walking over the table nearby. "You don't really giggle much often."

Viktor crooked a small smile again, firmly holding onto the bag strap on his shoulder. He does giggle very much, but who could blame the foreign boy? It's his first day of school.

"So, did you already decide which club to choose or?" The brunette chuckled placing the pencil down before facing the blonde foreign boy.

"I don't--"

"You don't know yet because, nothing is catching your attention here? You have multiple hobbies, but you can't still decide the main hobby you want to focus in and that also constitutes in having a hard time choosing for a club." Estelle cuts him off with a nonchalant smile, startling the latter for the nth time today.

He didn't expect that the brunette wasn't just a future astronomer, she's a fortune teller as well..?

"Wait, that's--"

"--True, speaks a lot about cancers." The girl chuckled focusing back on her large telescope, continuing on fixing it cutting the foreign boy once again.

"Oh--.. No, i'm healthy! I don't have a canc--"

"I didn't mean it like that, you doofus!" Estelle blurts a laugh, reaching out for the small screwdriver nearby. "I meant, your zodiac sign is 'cancer'." She added.

"Oh.. H-Horoscope.. Oh yeah.." The blonde chuckled horrendously to himself as he internally smacked himself on the head. "But, how did you know i'm a cancer..?" He added, pure curiosity sparked in his gaze.

"I can tell very well. You have reads." Estelle smiled warmly as she hands the small screwdriver to the foreign boy. "Hold this." She added as the blonde obliged. "Congratulations, you have joined the astronomy club!" The tan cheekily chimed as the blonde stared at her in bewilderment.

"Was this a trap?" His eyebrows knit in defeat as the other burst out laughing.

"I mean, come here. Let me show you something that'll surely convince you in joining the club." Estelle excitedly jumps on her place, pulling the blonde for him to take a closer look at the telescope. "I made this DIY telescope a few weeks ago, it works pretty well i guess.." She scratched her nape awkwardly.

Viktor hummed inclining his eye to the lenses to see a blurry view of the dark winter clouds.

"It's not that clear.." The blonde whispered under his breath, standing up straight to pull out his handkerchief in his pocket before cleaning the big lens of the telescope. "There it is." He added.

The tan's eyes widened moving closer to take a peek too, to see the view was now clearer than earlier.

"Oh, that's why!" Estelle gasped to herself as she backed away, patting the blonde's back. "There she is!" She added, pulling the blonde back to peek at the telescope again. "The North Star!" She beamed.

"I don't seem to see any other stars.." The blonde boy hummed to himself as the tan girl sighs heavily.

"It's the winter island.. what do you expect?" Estelle chuckles with a tint of sadness on her tone, the foreign boy stared at her in empathy.

"Oh.."

"You must've seen thousands of stars, haven't you?" The tan blurts out of blue, leaning on one of chairs as she admires the boring sky outside, the winter breeze flew by as the voile curtain swung between them.

As if in slow motion, the blonde boy took the sudden-slow-reverbed-time to admire the tanned girl's light chestnut sparkling eyes.

"Mhm.." The foreign boy hums, staring at the tanned girl's chestnut sparkling eyes, admiring every feature of it, even if there were no stars in the sky, the tanned girl showed a thousand in her eyes.

As the speed of the time went back to normal.

"Do you miss looking at them?" The tan's shoulder dropped in a relaxed manner as the blonde gently shook his head unknowingly making the said girl gasp.

'How dare you say such t--?!'

'I'm looking at them now, though..' Viktor thought to himself, giggling as he averted his gaze away from the still furious girl.

He never knew that the stars would be a big deal to someone like Estelle De Guzman, the thousand or even billion sparkling stars he used to ignore every night was actually being yearned by someone at the other side of the earth.
