(Who is Darth Vader?)

Chapter eight:

(Inside Cale's dreams.) He saw two men fighting and one of them had cut the others limbs off. He was groaning from the pain when the other yelled. "You were the Chosen One. It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them bring balance to the Force not leave it in darkness." The man who spoke the words walked up and took the other man's lightsaber. The man on the ground screamed. "I hate you." The other turned around to say. "You were my brother Anakin, I loved you." (Anakin... I feel like I heard that name before but where.) Anakin then burst into flames. Burning him severely. The man then left Anakin to die. Then Cale saw a familiar face, Emperor Palpatine's. "Go get a medical capsule, Emperor Palpatine said. (Could this have been another apprentice Emperor Palpatine had?) He then saw Anakin being given prosthetics and a familiar mask was being put on Anakin. (No it can't be.) "Lord Vader." Said Emperor Palpatine. "Yes my Master?" Asked Darth Vader. "Rise." Replied Emperor Palpatine. Cale then jumped up with sweat dripping all over him. The dreams he had were so vivid. Had they been real? He got up from the hospital bed and put on his Jedi robes, while Rey was tying her long brown hair into triple buns with brown ponytail holders. And then they went to Luke Skywalker's personal chamber to ask if it was true.

Cale and Rey stood inside a room with a huge meditation chamber where Luke Skywalker kept himself inside. The meditation chamber opened and Luke Skywalker said without looking at him. "So you are awake Rey's young Padawan?" Luke Skywalker asked. Cale and Rey got on one knee and bowed to him. "Yes, Master Skywalker." Replied Cale Lestin. "You seem to be hesitant about something. What is it you wish to ask me?" Asked Luke Skywalker. Cale did not stand back up but spoke. "While I was sleeping I had vivid dreams." Said Cale Lestin. Interrupting him Luke Skywalker said. "The Force can let you see into the future and the past. That is probably what you saw." "Yes, but, (pause.) "Before your father was a Sith Lord was his name Anakin Skywalker?" Asked Cale Lestin. Luke Skywalker got up and walked right up to him bearing down on him. "Do not ever speak that name in my presence again. Do you understand?" Asked Luke Skywalker. "Yes, Master Skywalker." Replied Cale Lestin. "Good now observe how things are going on the bridge." Said Luke Skywalker. Cale and Rey stood up and left the room. As they left the room Luke Skywalker thought to himself. "I do not want them to remember that name because that name no longer applies to me." There was still a part of him, a small part that remained Darth Vader's son and if his enemies ever found that part out they could use it against him, or worse what would Rey think of him? That's right, despite his tough exterior he cared about what a nineteen year old girl would think of him. Even though he did not show it he thought of Rey as a daughter. He also knew from reading her mind she thought of him as a father too. He promised himself that he would never let himself be in this kind of situation again and yet here he was caring for another person. The visor screen sizzled as a picture of General Poe Dameron came on screen. "Master Skywalker, Cale and Rey had just stolen the Millennium Falcon and is going into hyperspace." Said General Poe Dameron. "What? Tell the crew to lock on their position and follow them while you still can General and get me a secure channel to talk to them." Replied Luke Skywalker. General Poe Dameron's picture disappeared disappeared and a picture of Cale and Rey appeared. Luke Skywalker stood up and yelled. "What in the hell do you think you're doing?" Cale responded with. "If you won't tell Rey and I about your father's past then Rey and I will find out by ourselves." "Cale I demand you come back immediately and I promise not to punish you severely." Said Luke Skywalker. "We will come back (pause.) "When we are good and ready." Said Rey. She shut off the connection and they went into hyperspace. Luke Skywalker stood there feeling more angry than ever before. He switched the visor screen back to General Poe Dameron. "General ready my shuttle." Yelled Luke Skywalker. General Poe Dameron started to visibly shake. "Yes, Master Skywalker." Replied General Poe Dameron. As the Raddus went into hyperspace. Luke Skywalker would show Rey and Cale that no one disobeyed the Grand Jedi Master not even the scavenger girl from Jakku.
