13 Meeting With Yoda!

Xytan's small figure followed behind Mace without a word. Mace was the same, he didn't say anything on his way to meet the Grandmaster. Eventually, they came to a room that was located on the top floor of the temple.

On his way, he passed many Jedi and their Padawan.

"Here it is, let's go." Mace opened the door by typing in a code. The space inside was dark with meager lighting to it. Yoda seemed to be fond of dark places, perhaps this was one of his racial traits.

Though a bit darkened, it wasn't hard for Xytan to see through the room. They walked until both Mace and Xytan saw him. There he was, the legendary character of Star Wars itself, Yoda. He sat in a meditation position on a bed with his back facing against them.

"Arrived, you have." Yoda opened his eyes and turned to us.

"I have brought the Youngling you wished to speak to." Mace gave a slight bow and said. Xytan hurriedly and did the same thing by giving a slight bow.

Yoda gazed upon Xytan and nodded before gazing over at Mace. Windu understood his meaning, so he said he'd excuse himself and left.

"Visions you see. The fall of the republic, you speculate." Yoda spoke when Mace left.

Xytan instantly understood what Yoda meant by his words. Yoda's wording indicated his doubt and disbelief of such an event.

After all, Yoda was also one of the most of many Jedi that didn't believe in things like visions. Yoda knew of Xytan very well. Yoda was one of the Jedi that had Shaak Ti watch over him due to his high potential.

He wondered why people with high potential like this always had these strange visions. Yoda had seen visions before, but he didn't believe in them. What came with his disbelief was the eventual halt of any force visions, thus, the force stopped showing him things over time.

Yoda had a whopping 19,000 Midichlorian count, truly worthy of a Grandmaster.

"Yes, Grandmaster, I see a lot." Xytan nodded and said meekly.

"The things you see, know, I must." Yoda squinted, but why would he care what a Youngling thought when he didn't believe in them? He even shrugged off Anakin who was the chosen one, who had also come to him about what he was seeing.

This was because of the strange but overwhelming confidence coming from Xytan. It was almost assured confidence, it was strange. In all of his life, he had never felt someone so sure of something.

Suddenly, black lines appeared on Yoda's forehead. He could somewhat read Xytan's mind. Yoda could sense that this Youngling was obsessed with surviving.

"Strong, the will to live is within you." Before Xytan could continue, Yoda spoke again.

Xytan was stunned, was it that obvious? Now, he believed he needed to get some skill later down to the line to hide his emotions and his thoughts.

"Grandmaster, if you knew what was to come, then you would understand. The order will fall no matter what you do, I just don't know when." Xytan smiled innocently.

"What you see, I wish to know." Yoda focused on Xytan and asked.

"Well, through the force, I know when everything goes south, you'll be forced to go into hiding." Xytan nodded with a smile, keeping his happy-go-mary facade.

"Hide, would I? Where to, will I go?" Yoda's eyes opened a bit.

"Hmm, it's a planet called Dagobah. The force told me everything about Grandmaster Yoda." Xytan's smile deepened, giving off a naive happy persona.

Yoda was now shocked. He hadn't told anyone relevant about this and no one would ever find out either. However, he did tell Obi-wan and Qui-gon, people he was confident in—that wouldn't fall to the Darkside, ever.

Yoda seemed confused as he slowly gazed toward the ceiling of the room thoughtfully.

"Grandmaster, sir. It told me that it even showed you before, though you reject it so much. It was the time when you were in the cave of evil, it can negate your light side prese..."

"Understand, I do." Yoda interrupted Xytan and stared at him in shock for the first time in forever. Even if he used some trick to erase this Youngling's memories of these events, it may fail. Well, he would succeed, but the force seemed to favor this child and it would probably give them back to him later.

Yoda didn't want a resentful highly potential child feeling angry and hateful because of such deeds, so he didn't dare do it. Yoda gave a low sigh as he slowly lowered his gaze toward the floor, clearly in deep thought again.

"It's okay, with me here, things will be a little different," Xytan said with confidence.

"Confident you are, a child, you also are. This secret, you must keep. Never got to the Darkside, you must not." Yoda was completely assured now.

"I also know the secret to becoming Immortal after death, Grandmaster." Xytan suddenly said.

Yoda was shocked again, but he didn't show it. This was still a child, but he knew so much, this really stunned him. Yoda finally understood what Shaak Ti was talking about when she spoke about him.

Yoda was just about to speak when Xytan spoke again.

"Yes, I'll keep it a secret, don't worry." Xytan smiled and said. However, Yoda didn't fall for this facade of a smile anymore, this kid was definitely acting but he wasn't lying.

"Dismissed you are, Xytan. Once Shaak Ti returns, Padawan she makes you." Yoda announced and said lastly.

"Wait a minute I thought that could only happen at a certain age for Younglings." Xytan was dumbfounded.

"She knows you well, keep you on a leash, she can. No causing trouble, you mustn't. Your training and discipline, you have to complete." Yoda could somewhat gauge Xytan's rebellious personality by just talking with him.

Now, this wasn't how Xytan was expecting things to go, he didn't want a master. Xytan left the room feeling somewhat dejected, but he couldn't refuse. He wanted to ask if the council would agree to this, but him being given a master was a small matter.

So, they could care less.

"You've come out, what did the Grand Master say?" Mace was outside, he was leaning against the wall and waiting.

"It's a secret." Xytan gave a mischievous smirk.

"Child, you shouldn't be the way you are." Mace was speechless when dealing with this toddler.

"Go on, I'll go ask the Grand Master myself." Mace shook his head and told Xytan to go on his way before heading into Yoda's room.

...

Xytan returned to his room and sat on his bed thinking to himself.

He wasn't telling the Jedi and warning them out of the kindness of his heart. It was because of something bigger that would follow after order 66. It was something he was expecting to happen, and something he wanted to happen most.

In any case, that would be explained later.

As of now, he continued to browse through the system. He could be seen swiping through the air nonchalantly like a phone screen.

Xytan noticed that there were other functions that had yet to be unlocked. There was a function that allowed him to convert system points into credits, but it wasn't unlocked yet.

There were other shocking things on this system, he could even buy people like Darth Nihilus. If he unleashed this guy into the universe, there would be some hell to spend!

"Nah, I don't know about releasing this guy. Maybe someone like Galen Marek would be fine since he is so talented." Xytan scrolled down through the Legends section and stated.

Just as Xytan was browsing the system, his AS-11 Crow Droid flew over. Its eyes were flashing with red light. Xytan knew what this meant, it was a report or message sent to him by his Mandalorians. They would do this only if something big happened, something of importance.

Xytan sat up and ordered AS-11 to play the Holo message. AS-11's eyes flickered once again then a small project of a human in armor appeared. He couldn't see the color of the armor since the project was in blue, but the armor was recognizable as the Mandalorian Leaders.

Xytan listened to the whole message, and he was stunned by it. Afterward, he started to laugh happily, still in amazement.

The message was simple, they had succeeded in tricking a Hutta. It didn't go well at first, since they were going to be defeated. Once they were caught, they told the Hut that he had a bounty on him for 500,000 Credits.

They told him that, he could kill them but that won't stop this person from sending more people. They would only up his bounty, inciting more people to come for his head later on. At that point, the only path would be death, and even if he survived, it'll only continue to go up. Afterward, they might form a huge alliance just to kill him. He would have to spend his days looking over his shoulder at every turn.

So, the Hut compromised and double the price for them to kill the man hunting him. After all, they said it was one guy and no one else. The other Mandalorians were stunned to hear that their trick had worked.

It was the quickest Million credits anyone would probably ever made. Though it was risky, they benefitted in the end. They used a good amount of credits to buy materials and food. Xytan didn't want them to buy any droids for now.

This was because of Order 99, which was similar to Order 66 but only effective on droids. After showing Xytan this message, AS-11 went to stand on a chair.

"I guess I'll start training again tomorrow. I'll see what other new things I can do around here instead of nothing but training." Xytan stretched and laid on his bed before falling asleep.
