40 Making A Move!

Xytan didn't answer her question, he just remained silent. Viola only smiled, but surprisingly, she didn't press him about it. Though she didn't like secrets that weren't told her that Xytan harbored, she dropped the topic.

Viola continued to taste and eat different candy bars happily. Xytan told her that too much was unhealthy, and that she wouldn't be able to eat this every day.

The next day, Jin and Viola came over to his room to practice.

Strands of yellow lightning shot out of Jin's fingertips at the test dummy. Viola was no different and attacked the dummy all the same. That's right, Xytan had taught both of them Electric Judgement!

It took them about 3 months to finally learn the Technique, but they still learned it at a good rate of speed.

"Man, I love this skill! It's too bad that it's really only good against Sith but that's fine by me." Jin continued to shoot the dummy with lightning.

"It's good on everyone, it's just more effective against Sith if they're hit with it. Hmm, Xytan said that there was a chance that someone could fall to the Darkside if they continued to attack non-Sith with this Technique." Viola said as she was also shooting lightning.

"No worries there. I would only use such Techniques on Sith anyway. I can fight others regularly through the use of the force and my lightsaber." Jin said with confidence, something he had always had to begin with.

"True." Viola nodded and agreeance.

After a while, they stopped shooting the training dummy with lightning. It was a good thing training dummies weren't alive, or it would have filed a complaint against these two.

Xytan just walked out of his room, he was doing something else alone. He also discovered something recently that he wanted to get done right away.

"Did you have fun testing your lightsaber on droids yesterday?" Xytan never went to check the experience.

"Haha, of course, but I can't show it." Jin grinned and stated that it was so, he was satisfied with his creation.

"I feel you there, I would feel happy about it too." Xytan didn't front, he would have felt the same way.

"My question is, why are your hilts so long?" Viola couldn't hold it in anymore, Jin's hilts were quite out there.

"For power strikes when I'm using a single one of them. I can't fully exert that much strength when using two at a time. However, I'll grow into them for that later on." Jin simply said he'd rely on one for now, but later down the line that would change.

"I was wondering about that, glad to know the reason why." Xytan saw Jin's type of hilt for people who would mainly use Form 5 or even 7.

"Yeah. It's too bad we can't join in to help the rebels deal with the Empire. I heard many rebellions have risen up, and they're currently fighting against them." Jin learned this from the Mandalorians, who had purposely said this in front of many Masters, Padawans, and Younglings.

"We'd get demolished if were to fight them. I'd rather gather intel on them, before hitting them with a powerful strike that could take them down, or cripple them for a long while." Viola rubbed her chin with a grin.

Xytan noticed that her chin rubbing was becoming a habit. She must have picked it from him since he did it often.

"That is true, but the rebels haven't found anything yet. It's best to not get involved for now by just staying alive and keeping a low profile." Xytan only said this because he already knew their weakness, and it lied with the Deathstar.

"Yeah. We can't do anything now to contribute, so we can only wait until we're older and stronger." Jin sighed. He really wanted to make a difference, but he was just a weak little kid right now.

"There will be a day, just you wait," Xytan assured him. None of the Younglings and Padawans in this base liked being cooped up in just one place for a long time.

"It's okay, I heard Master Visk'lin talking about taking Younglings and Padawans to a city on this planet. The city is pretty far away though, but the visit should be worth it." Viola was elated when she heard this news.

"Visk'lin? Are you talking about the blind guy?" Jin recalled the Master that always had his eyes covered.

"He doesn't even have eyes, that's just how he is. Both Visk'lin and Lee are apart of the Miraluka race." Xytan shook his head, not sure whether he should laugh or cough it off.

"Ah, no wonder!" Jin nodded thoughtfully.

"Mhm, oh yeah, Xytan. Where did you learn this Electric Judgment from again? I heard you talk about it when you spoke out against Master Sha Koon." Viola could never forget that moment, those strange looks from the Younglings at that time...were priceless!

To actually dare doubt a Master!

"I learned it from Lee, he taught me. As I said, you guys can't tell or show anyone this move for the time being." Xytan warned. They could use it when they got older all they wanted, but not now.

"Of course, I won't utter a word, even if they beat me," Jin assured

"You know I can keep my mouth shut, I won't say anything," Viola smirked with confidence.

"Jeez, I heard that they were Gray Jedi. They seemed to be easy going and easier to deal with compared to..." Jin didn't finish and tightly shut his mouth before staring in Viola and Xytan's direction.

"...." Xytan

"...." Viola

"Uh, I didn't mean it like that." Jin hurriedly and said.

"No, you're perfectly fine in my book. I agree with you, I prefer the ways of a Gray Jedi more than the other Force user's ways." Xytan couldn't hold him up, and flat out told them that he won't be a Jedi later down the line.

They were both shocked hearing Xytan say this, he didn't want to be a Jedi? Viola didn't say anything, but Jin slowly started to nod his head.

"This seems right. I don't want to defame the Jedi Order, but...If they were so right and perfect, why did it...?" Those images from the Jedi temple began to flash through his mind at that moment, and his expression turned bitter and sour.

"No order is perfect, but that whole ordeal could have been avoided altogether. No use in crying and whining about it now. We can only do what we can to prevent something like that from happening again." Xytan could easily sense his surge of emotions. He could even see that this was a great weakness of Jin through the use of his Shatterpoints.

What was done was done, they could only keep moving on by training and getting stronger.

"Right, right, we can't let that happen again." Jin agreed wholeheartedly, something like that couldn't be allowed to happen again.

"Gray Jedi, what exactly do they...believe in?" Viola gave it some thought, she wanted to know more about this group.

"Balance," Xytan said one word.

Xytan wasn't going to call his Order, the Gray Jedi Order or something. He was going to give his Order a different name, like other groups. For example, the Knights of Ren and the Jensaarai, who all had names for their own Orders.

Viola and Jin didn't see anything wrong with the idea of being a Gray Jedi. However, Xytan didn't explain the part about the dark side being affiliated with it just yet.

The 3 talked for a while longer before they left Xytan's room. Viola and Jin went to battle against more B1 Battle droids.

As soon as they left, Xytan got right down to business.

"I can save points if I can find a suitable planet for myself. I've decided what planet to target for terraforming." Xytan discovered that he could take control of planets of his choosing. However, the planet can't be owned or native to any species or races.

"Let's see if the planet actually exists first. System, do a quick search for the planet Zakuul!"

[Search may take up to 10 minutes!]

The system quickly began calculating and searching.

Xytan could only wait, he just looked over his lightsaber and practiced his force lightning again. He was even thinking about upgrading the Tier for his lightning.

[Match found!]

"Show me!" Xytan hurriedly and said with excitement.

The system revealed a Holographic image of the planet.

"Show me the colors, other than just a blue blocky planet." The system quickly switched over and showed the planet's real coloration.

"This isn't good." Xytan frowned when he saw the planet. It was green and yellow—as if it had poisonous gas on the surface of the planet.

"Can you show me the condition of the planet?" Xytan wondered, asking the system.

[You must be within a certain range of the planet for further details!]

The system spoke coldly before going silent.

"Alright, I think it's time to make a move." Xytan couldn't wait any longer, he had to do something. He quickly left his room and went over to speak with Lee and Yuda.

It was a good thing that all of his Spartans and Mandalorians were currently present within the base.

"Oh, you want to leave now to begin our operation in the beyond?" Yuda was stunned, but he nodded nonetheless.

"Yes, we only have so much time. The Empire is so strong right now, and I'm a little tired of hiding." He wasn't worried about how long it would take to get there. The system could lock onto the space near the planet and warp him there.

Of course, this was going to cost him.

"Alright, how do we go about this?" Yuda and Lee wondered.

Right then, a few Mandalorians slowly started to walk into this room. These were a few of the first Mandalorians ever summoned. The Mandalorian Leader was even present for this.

Xytan tipped a Mandalorian off about what was going down here and told them to bring the Mandalorian Leader and Spartans over.

Xytan began to explain what he wanted to be done.

"Mando, you will bring a few Mandalorians with us, so you'll be coming with me. Es'cade, you'll also be coming, while Al'cade will stay here with Lee and the rest of the Mandalorians. You guys may be needed to keep the situation under control."

Yuda knew right then that he was also going with Xytan on this journey. Xytan thought about sending droids to scout through the Unknown Region, but his ship could instantly arrive there with the system.

That part of space was void of life, there were no ships going by or near there.

However, Xytan still felt like he wanted to move the planet to another location.

"Hmm, what do I tell that Master of yours when she comes knocking?" Lee was aware of Shaak Ti and Xytan's Master Padawan relationship, this could get a little ugly. Lee didn't think it would get to the point where they would start exchanging blows, though.

"Just tell her that I've decided to go out and learn a bit about the universe. furthermore, tell her that I will be back soon." It was obvious that they wouldn't allow him to go out if he asked, he was certain of it.

"Alright, I'll do what I can." Afterward, they all started to leave the room in small numbers at a time, as to not attract any attention from the Masters.

Xytan obviously plans to sneak out on his own, he wanted to get something done.

They didn't leave right away, they slowly gathered the working droid army and loaded them onto a large carrier ship steadily. The Mandalorians and droids also started to load up a bunch of resources onto some ships.

At this point, the base was completed and finished. They even had hangar to land and park ships.

Xytan knew this would take some time, so he went back to his room until everything was finished and ready. He might even have to leave tomorrow instead of today, but this was okay.

Xytan couldn't review the plant's condition because he needed to be within a certain range of it.

"I hope it isn't as bad it looks." Xytan huffed and hoped.
