1 The Frozen Padawan

"Come on Alexander or will be late for ceremony. I wanna see all the jedi knights and jedi masters." my sister Liliana was always excited to see the jedi Knights and masters when they came to our home planet Drykinia and home of the force sensitive warriors known as Drykinian. My sister was rather growing impatient by the second, so I pushed aside my emotions and picked her up an put her over my shoulder, I moved quickly but also safely as to not hurt anyone.

"Now that's what I'm talking about big brother, you're awesome." Liliana gave me big hug as she jumped off my shoulder to meet our uncle Burrus, a jedi master, the very first Drykinian to join the Jedi Order. She hugged him, his scarred face smiled from ear to ear, he hugged her back and he gave her a datacron. He motioned me to come over to join them in the celebration, I didn't really want to be there but I didn't disappoint my father nor my mother.

"Hey uncle Burrus." I sighed as I spoke to my uncle, he knew me better than anybody else in the entire Galaxy.

"Cheer up Alexander, it can't be all that bad." he chuckled and slapped me on the left shoulder to cheer me up.

"No it's not that uncle Burrus, his girlfriend the Twi'lek or should I say ex-girlfriend since she dumped him for a human." my sister immediately answered, as I grew embarrassed I immediately snuck away when fireworks started to go off, I snuck off to a spot where I could be alone in the woods of Elthgard. I ran swiftly but quietly I swung from branch to branch, I did a few aerial flips as I grew enough height so I could safely do so, as I came closer to my destination, a loud explosion came from the city, various mushroom like clouds of black an grey smoke filled the night sky above, I immediately turned around and ran as fast as I could to get to my sister an family. I swung from branch to branch as fast as I could, but by the time I got there my sister laid on the ground with a blaster burn through her chest, my parents were not far away my sister with multiple blaster burn thought their chest an stomach area, I ran around from body to body only finding more death of my kin an love ones from the city. I ran to my family home, once there, I could arm myself, grab some armor, and hopefully my father's ship which hadn't been used in like a decade, after a few minutes of running from corner to corner, alley to alley to make it home quicker, a familiar burning feeling of rage started to build up inside of me, the door slid open as I got there in the front of it. I ran upstairs to my bedroom, I grabbed my Bantha Hide chest guard, my Bantha Hide jacket, I moved to my father's and mother's room where I grabbed my father's star chart, my father's holo-communicator, his basic Light Blaster Pistol with holster and my mother's rebreather. As I was about to leave a small orb floated to me, it was grey an bronze colored, it was my personal probe droid designed for teaching me different languages and than as time went on I evolved his coding to be a hacker an I even gave him a voice to communicate with, his name was E.V.O, its was his basic package name but I never bothered to change it. He didn't speak he just hovered as he followed me, I moved carefully, quitely, from alley to alley, from street to street I only found death and finally I found a space worthy cargo ship, very small but with some mild defenses and that gave me hope.

"E.V.O I need you to hack this ship, make me the owner of the craft and open the cargo bay door plaease?" I asked E.V.O to do this and he didn't speak, he just did as I asked an within moments I was inside the cargo ship.
