1 Chapter 1: System
"What?" I said as I woke up in what looked like a pure white room with a simple table standing the in middle.
"Where am I? I remember.." I grabbed my head trying to pull my memories back.
I was walking home from work when I saw a young child run into oncoming traffic, without thinking I dove forward and pushed the child out of the way. The last thing I saw was a bright light coming towards me and a loud thumping sound.
"So... I'm dead? so this where you go when you die? Is anyone else here?"
[Yes, you are now deceased] [No, this is the systems waiting room] [There is currently only 1 user in the waiting room]
"What?" I mumbled as lines of text started to appear in front of me. "Are you answering my questions?"
[Yes]
"Could you please explain what is going on" I asked politely to the mysterious entity.
[Congratulations, you have gained enough Karma to enter the reincarnation system] [User currently has over 1,000,000 Karma Points 'KP' allowing user to choose a universe to be born in to]
"Wait I get to choose? Can I have to become a hero or something?" I said suppressing my panic.
[You can live your life any way you desire]
"So what worlds can I go to? can you tell me some more"
[Users life and knowledge base has been scanned, Please choose from the list of worlds below]

[Star Trek]
I quickly scanned through over a hundred different universes that appeared and narrowed down my choices to these six.
"If I go to one of these worlds how much control will I get on how powerful or knowledgeable I am?"

'Ding!' 'Ding!' 'Ding!' 'Ding!' I heard lots of loud sounds each accompanied with an example.

I paused and tilted my head with and frowned while contemplated the benefits of each world. As they were all favourite shows of mine it took a while for me to decide.
"I choose Star Wars"

"What? I got a gaming system?" I shouted out in surprise.
[Due to users selfless actions before death the 'gaming system' was granted to the user free of charge]

"Woah! five million!" I shouted in surprise
"Wait if the Gamer's Mind skill is suppose to keep me calm and logical how come I can still be this surprised?" I frowned in confusion doubting if what I was being shown was true or not.
[Information: Gamer's Mind does not effect user in all situations, it allows the user to think Calmly and logically whatever the circumstance even if the user is surprised, angry, scared etc]
"I see"
'Just as the system said, I am completely calm and can think clearly about anything. This will be useful in battle or in stressful situation and at least I wont become some emotionless killer'.

"No thank you" After thinking for a while, I saw no need to change my name, the Star Wars universe was a big place any name would be usable no matter how weird, so why not keep my original name.

[Current race: Human - Do you wish to change?]
This time a huge list of races that exist in the star wars universe appeared in front of me. 'hmm being human would be more familiar but it would be interesting to change race, but I will have to at least look similar to a human' I took a lot of time browsing the list and considering each race.
I'm not sure how much time passed before I decided on a hybrid race of Diathim and Human, I was already used to being human and the Diathim race were said to be very attractive and have wings which I just wasn't able to resist, who didn't wish they could have wings a fly. The information showed that the Diathim had six wings but as a hybrid I only had two.
(He didn't know the amount of issues that choice was going to give him...)
