The Reapers Descend

Legion had developed a plan to attack the Kree Empire first since they were the first enemies of the Empire in this Universe.

So starting from Torfa Legion invaded the next planet that was under the Kree Empire's control. The first invasion by the Reaper's Was met with light resistance from the Kree Empire but as the Reaper's expanded more the Kree Empire had no choice but to mobilize all of their forces.

The Supreme Intelligence which is an artificial intelligence and the former ruler of the Kree Empire who embodies the empire's greatest minds had ordered the Kree Empire's Star Force to join the battle against the Reaper Forces.

The first major battle that involved over half of the Kree Empire's Navy had taken place on one of their Core worlds.

The Kree Empire wanted to relieve this planet of enemy forces since it was so close to their Capital planet Hala.

But as the battle went on the Kree Navy was torn apart by the Reaper's and the Geth ship's. But still the Emperor ordered his Admirals to fight until the last ship.

While this was going on he had contacted the Nova Empire in an attempt to request help from them.

The Nova Empire was surprised to see that the Kree had come to them with a request for help. But they had also seen the report's and videos of the Reaper's attacking the Kree Planet's.

They didn't know what the Reaper's were nor where they came from but if they continue to exist then they don't know what these things will do once they destroy the Kree.

So the Nova Empire assembled their fleet's to send and help out the Kree Empire in their fight against this strange force.

But by the time the Nova empire had arrived the Kree Navy was completely destroyed. All of their fleet's had either fled the battle or were destroyed by the Reaper's.

And as the Nova Empire's Fleet's got closer they had discovered that the enemy fleet's were still there but not attacking them.

The Reaper's were just holding a blockade position above the planet as on the surface the inhabitant's were getting processed by the Geth forces.

But it wasn't indoctrination it was just forcing the Habitant's to join them or die. Out of fear most joined but there were some who resisted, fighting until the end.

As the Nova Empire's fleet approached the planet, Commander Aria T'Loak observed the situation from her flagship. She had never seen anything like it before. This strange fleet was a force to be reckoned with, and the Kree Empire was unable to do so alone. But the Nova Empire was not one to back down from a fight.

"We will engage the enemy," Aria declared to her subordinates. "Prepare for battle."

The Nova Empire's fleet moved in, weapons charged and ready to fire. They quickly engaged the Reaper and the Geth forces, determined to save the planet's inhabitants and put an end to the threat posed by this fleet.

But as her fleet engaged the enemy she soon found out that this battle was helpless. Her ship's were just getting torn apart by the enemy with weaponry she had never seen before.

A single Laser blast destroyed a ship in mere seconds and their own attacks were not even affecting the enemy forces.

Commander Aria tried to keep her forces in the battle long enough but they were getting decimated so she had no choice but to pull her fleet back.

A total of 40% of Commander Aria's fleet was destroyed in just mere minutes of battle with the enemy fleet.

But at least from that battle she had learned a few things about the enemy, but it wasn't enough to change the advantage the enemy had in the battle.

An enemy like this she needed to inform Xandar of this threat. But as she tried to contact Xandar none of the communication's went through.

All she was getting was static. "Commander we are getting report's of fighting occurring in the space around Xandar, and the Government is requesting all available Nova Corps to deploy to it's defense" Reported one of the other officer's.

Commander Aria had fear in her eyes since either the Kree Empire betrayed them and are working with that fleet or there was another fleet just like the one that they just fought somewhere out their in the Galaxy.

"All ship's set a course for Xandar we must defend the planet and protect the civilians" Ordered Commander Aria.

All the ship's changed course and was now on route to Xandar to protect the civilians.

Meanwhile on Xandar the Geth and Reaper ship's were blockading the planet destroying any ship's that were leaving.

The Nova Corps had formed a protective Barrier over the Major cities on the planet to allow the people to get away from the battle are.

Legion was waiting on the reinforcement's that he knew would come to help the planet so that he can destroy all of them at once.

Once he is done then he will leave a few forces on the planet to maintain control and head towards the next planet.

As a Synthetic he didn't need sleep nor did the other Geth so he could make use of all the time he had without wasting anytime.

The next planet he would attack is the Home world of the Kree Empire.
