80 Not so Friendly Council and Quarians

It's been a week since the first contact meeting with the System Alliance and in this time John has found out the current year for the Galaxy which was 2175 which was 7 years away from the events of Mass Effect 2 where commander Shepard supposedly died to a Cerberus Cruiser but now that John is here he will save her before that happens.

Following the first contact, John had sent an Elf named Aywin to the citadel in hopes of coming to some form of an agreement but it seems that nothing worked since the Council wanted John to sign the Treaty of Farixen which restricted the number of dreadnaughts that he could have and after finding out that John has droids that could be considered an A.I. the council outright rejected them and even tried to force them to destroy it by threatening them with military action. The main reason for this was because the council didn't want a repeat of the Geth war and for a new robotic sentient race to emerge in the Galaxy since the Geth were already enough as it is.

The council feared another situation like the Geth will happen so once Aywin left to return to the Imperium they secretly planned to send a special team in to destroy the A.I. mainframe or whatever was controlling the robots but little did they know that would be their downfall.

The Alliance has sent Envoys to the Imperium in hopes of getting on friendly terms with the Imperium since they both were in a similar situation only the Humans were a part of the council while the Imperium was not. The Systems Alliance Council wanted to form a closer bond to the Imperium since like them were kinda the underdog of the Galaxy though what the Systems alliance didn't know was that given enough time and the Imperium will bo top of the rest of the galaxy.

John had accepted the Alliance Envoys since they could use this to their advantage in the future gaining allies so that the other races see them as friendly though he was sure that most races will still look at them to conquer since they were not part of the Council John hoped that they would come so that he can conquer them even though eventually he will.

John had begun rapidly expanding his Navy so that he could have enough ships to dominate the Galaxy and while he does that he will also expand to other planets in the Attican Traverse which might spark conflict with other races but John didn't care since sooner or later he would have to deal with them. The planets that he expanded to were Inti and Supay which both contained Magnesium which was a light metal that John could use for production.

The Magic Generators had proved to be excellent in changing the planet's atmosphere and improving the growth of plants which increased food production John had planned to make these Generators on the other planets that he colonize as well since he also noticed that with the Magic Generator more minerals had become available.

John had sent a small fleet to investigate a faint ships signal which was located in the Terminus Systems and after the investigating John was glad that he sent that ship since he had found the eggs of Rachni on board the ship so he brought the eggs back to his capital and he would let them hatch and potentially tame the Rachni.

After the egg hatched after a couple of weeks it was revealed that one of the eggs contained a queen Rachni while the others didn't hatch and instead had died. So being the last of her species John made a deal with the Queen and that was if she promises to serve him he will allow her to rebuild her species. This was what the Queen wanted in the first place since every Queen retained the genetic memory of their mothers, causing them to effectively be born with the collective knowledge of the previous hive and the new Rachni Queen only wanted to rebuild her species so she accepted John's offer and now she joined him and was given a massive amount of land on Chasca where she began laying eggs. He also would go and claim Suen which was the Rachni Homeworld before the Rachni wars.

Though queens are usually mated to brood warriors, the reproductive processes of the Rachni do not necessarily require a male. Queens carry the genetic information of their fathers inside them, allowing them to lay eggs even if no brood warriors are present. They are said to be able to lay a massive amount of eggs every few hours, resulting in an entire Rachni colony within days. This means that John would only have to wait days for a Rachni colony to be built and in a couple of months, there would probably be Billions of them depending on how things go.

Weeks after finding the ship with the Rachni Queen inside of it John had begun looking for the Migrant fleet as he wanted to make them an offer though, of course, he would first need to gain their trust since the Quarians mainly isolated themselves from the Galaxy and were constantly moving around.

After a few weeks of searching finally, John had come into contact with the Migrant fleet and he was now on his way to meet with them. After arriving at the location of where the Migrant fleet was John was brought on Board one of the vessels of the Migrant fleet usually this wouldn't happen since the Quarians were hesitant to let outsiders close to their fleet but John had massive ships that could destroy the Quarians since he now had around 400 ships and while small in number they are big in size.

As John was escorted to a meeting room he had seen 5 Quarians inside the meeting room which he assumed must be the Leaders of the Quarian Government so he went in and sat down and began talking to the Quarian Leaders

"Greetings Quarian Leaders I mean no harm coming upon your flotilla with my Massive ships but I have been looking for you for weeks now so that I may make an offer to you to gain your trust," Said john

"We don't usually deal with outsiders since None have been aboard the flotilla before and the first one to come aboard wants to make an offer to gain our trust I find that highly suspicious so what do you have to offer us," Said Admiral Han'Gerrel vas Neema who was the Admiral of the Main Quarian military fleet

"I only want to help you reclaim what you once had which is your Homeworld from the Geth and in return, all I ask is that you Join my Alliance that I am making which would greatly benefit you," Said, John

The Quarian Leaders were all flabbergasted at what John just said since never has a stranger offered to help reclaim their Homeworld or help them in general and the only thing that he wanted was for them to Join an Alliance with him which could prove beneficial to them since they can have allies but they still didn't trust John and didn't know if he had a hidden motive or not.

"That does indeed sound promising and we would appreciate the help as you would be reclaiming our homeworld which is something that will forever be remembered if you manage to do it and the Quarians would forever be in your debt but how will you manage to do such a thing as we have heard that your race is new to the Galaxy and have only a small fleet and we don't know much about you so how do you expect us to believe that you can retake our Homeworld," Said Admiral Han'Gerrel vas Neema. The other Quarian Leaders were also interested to hear of how John would help them since they were interested in his offer but saying and doing are two different things

"Right now I Have a fleet of about 5k," Said John obviously lying "And given a few months I can reach a fleet of about 10k and all ships in my fleet is large and has a high amount of firepower, and not only that I can lend you some of my ships for your people to use in the battle and if you accept my offer," Said John as he pulled up a hologram of some ships "I will give you 4 Supercarriers 20 Cruisers, and 15 destroyers and you can see the strength of them from these videos," said John as he showed them the video of when the ships weapons were being tested.

After looking at the video the 5 Quarian Leaders had begun discussing amongst each other until they all came to a decision

"We will accept your offer and hope to see your promise to retake our Homeworld come true soon enough," said the Quarian Leaders

"Excellent I will have the ships delivered in a week and I will also give you the location of my planet so that you can visit once their done and I hope that you eventually will come to trust me in the future," Said, John

"Only time will tell whether or not we can," said the Leaders as they left the room, and John was escorted back to his ship and left the System.

After returning back to Chasca John had begun making ships like crazy which caused him to become tired quickly after using a lot of energy so after making around 100 ships he had gone back to the palace to sleep to get some rest.

Citadel Council

"So we have assembled the secret Strike force to attack this Imperium," said the Turian the counselor

"Yes we have all the necessary equipment and should be able to sneak past any defenses that they have and once we located the Mainframe we will destroy it," Said another Turian

"Good we don't want a repeat of the Geth," said the Turian Counselor as he ended the call

He had hired some mercenaries who would sneak onto what he thought was the Imperium homeworld and destroy the mainframe which he believed controlled the Droids that the Imperium were using if only he knew that infiltrating the planet was impossible since John has prepared multiple defense stations around the planet and any ship that tries to enter the planet through stealth will be detected and shot down or captured.
