18 Ch.17 Castle World

A man about 6ft6, wearing a black and red suit stood before Zelon. The amount of life energy and the mans presence in the force was tremendous.

Zelon just stared at the spirit, astounded with the amount of energy the spirit had access to.

"From now on you will be named Horus."

Horus smiled.

"Mother Gaia has sent me to an interesting master."

Horus looked at Zelon, observing every part of him, his senses peering even into his soul.

"I can see a bright spark inside of you; one burning with a passion to rule, you just need more kindling to ignite that spark into a great flame!"

"I will aid you with all my power, to ignite that flame."

Zelon nodded then looked at the massive tree.

"Tell me what you can do."

Horus closed his eyes.

"My body can absorb, compress, and release life energy. The planet that I am rooted to, will have a symbiotic relationship with my body."

"I will absorb life energy from the planet, and then release the energy back into the planet, purified."

"Any life energy I keep is then used to maintain the world inside of the holy tree, my planetary barrier, the growth of the planet itself, and the teleportation system between Holy tree's themselves."

"If need be, I can also exert control over the star system space, controlling who can warp in and out."

Zelon was surprised, he didn't expect the tree to have a world of it's own, inside itself.

"Holy tree's are the center of any network of Hearthtree; we can manage the smaller spirit's and combine our strengths together.

"The world inside the holy tree is connected to every other holy tree; and for every holy tree you have, the world shall expand."

Zelon began to smile with an evil grin, like a mastermind that saw the makings of a diabolical plan.

"Excellent, excellent; my thoughts weren't wrong, with your abilities, it will make controlling worlds so much easier."

"Take me to the inner world."

"Very well."

Horus walked next to Zelon and placed his hand onto his shoulder. Instantly they vanished, appearing in a bright space.

Floating in what looked like an endless white void, was a long marbled platform with a large green tree in the middle,floating in the void.

On the tree stood a massive castle, built deep into the tree's bark. The castle reminded Zelon of an old Victorian castle, painted white and gold, with a few green sigils on the walls.

The castle had 7 massive towers, 4 on the outer section and three in the center area. It appeared to also have 3 floors, worth of rooms based off the windows.

Not expecting a castle to be hanging off a tree, Zelon walked to the edge of the circle and looked down, he saw nothing but rest of the tree and the void around.

The tree's roots dug deep and far into the void, impossible to see the end of its reaches.

At the 4 corners of the platform, lay 4 more smaller circular platforms with a whole in the center.

"As more holy tree's are created they shall be connected to this world, a tree will appear at the smaller circle's for their connection point. You will also be able to teleport to any holy tree from those trees."

As they got closer to the castle, Zelon screamed.

"Wow!!"

"This is an amazing area, I can already imagine the things we would build here."

They began to walk into the castle taking a quick tour of the place.

The throne room held a large throne, made out of a mixture of gold and wood. The throne was somehow carved into the tree itself then molded with the gold.

Like the hearthtree's and the castle, the throne was also designed with the same green markings.

Large silver and white pillars adorned the hall with their pulsing green markings. The throne room held enough space to host 100 to 200 people if need be.

The castle held over 30 bedrooms, 4 meeting rooms, and 3 large storage rooms down in the basement.

"Master I hope you like the castle, it can be changed to fit your needs at any time."

"However, anything besides the rooms and beds will have to be made yourselves."

As they walked around, Zelon stopped to ask Horus a question.

"Can I teleport to any Hearthtree from this place?"

"Yes, however it'll require more energy than if you'd have used a holy tree."

"I understand, I will need to use that ability later on."

Once the tour finished, Zelon made his way back to the marbled platform.

"I shall name this world "Elenarda", meaning Star Kingdom."

"From this place I shall, rule over all worlds."

Horus watched in silence as Zelon made his declaration.

"Let's return to Ossus, we have much to do."

"If you ever wish to leave, just think about the world you wish to visit, the world must be connected to a holy tree to work."

"Ok."

Zelon closed his eyes and thought of Ossus and the area near the tree.

Once he opened his eyes, he saw all of his people standing before him.

"Master are you alright? Did you create this gigantic tree?"

Many questions bombarded his ears.

"Everyone quiet!!"

Drogula ran up to Zelon then screamed at everyone.

Drogula then turned and bowed to Zelon.

"Everyone I have created a new type of Hearthtree, this is a Holy Hearthtree, it will be my mainbase of operations in the future."

"The tree possesses an inner world with a castle, that will be my future capital."

"For now let's get the construction of Ossus's base setup"

"Drogula I will leave the dwarves in your charge, begin construction of a temporary barracks, some defensive fortifications, and if you can get some archer towers up."

"My visions have showed me a great danger in the future, we must be ready for whatever it is."

"I will get de boi's on it boss."

Drogula walked off and began to organize the dwarves.

"Alphani, Ventax!"

Quickly 2 dark elves ran forward.

"Sir?!"

"Gather your men, we will be setting out to explore the planet, there are some things we must find."
